Cette position peut être facilitée au moyen de détrompeurs (non représentés) placés sur les parties avant 8 et arrière 12 et qui ne permettent la fermeture par emboitement des deux parties 12 et 8 qu'une fois l'alignement correct fait. Une fois cet alignement obtenu, il ne reste qu'à faire coulisser la partie avant 8 vers l'arrière (ou vers l'intérieur) du tube de renfort 12 jusqu'à l'emboitement complet des parties avant 8 et arrière 12. Cette fermeture complète peut être matérialisée par exemple par un ou plusieurs clips 13 qui se referment. La bonne fermeture signifie alors le juste positionnement du joint de diffusion 2 sur le goulot 7 de la bouteille et le maintien mécanique de l'ensemble.     a sealing diffusing gasket (2) provided with at least one diffusion opening and capable of being clamped resiliently around the neck (5) of the bottle (3) when the bottle is opened and placed in the ejection position and capable of sealing the mouth (7) of the bottle when said sealing diffusing gasket is clamped in this manner, one first grip-forming part (4) that is integrally formed with the sealing diffusing gasket (2) and comprises a first means (6) for gripping the bottle when the bottle is in the ejection position, characterized in that the first grip-forming part (4) comprises a first nesting means (8), and said assembly (1) further comprises a second grip-forming part (10) that is provided with a second nesting means (12) that is designed to nest with the first nesting means (8) when the bottle is placed in the ejection position, and second gripping means (16) that are integrally formed with the second nesting means (12), said assembly enabling the production of a jet of effervescent liquid of a selected size, duration, and distance when a user agitates the first and/or second gripping means (4 and 10) that are nested in one another.
  2. Assembly according to claim 1 in which the sealing diffusing gasket (2) is made monobloc and in a flexible elastomer type material.
  3. Assembly according to any of the above claims, characterized in that sealing diffusing gasket (2) comprises a mounting portion (23) designed to be elastically clamped around the neck of the bottle in the ejection position after said bottle is opened, and a sealing diffusion portion (21) designed to close the mouth of the bottle placed in the ejection position.
  4. Assembly according to any of the above claims, characterized in that the sealing diffusing gasket (2) comprises a plurality of diffusion openings (20).
  5. Assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first grip-forming part further comprises clamping means (28) for keeping the mounting of the sealing diffusing gasket secure and sealed around the neck of the bottle in the ejection position.
  6. Assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the second grip-forming part further comprises holding means (18) for the body of the bottle in ejection position.
  7. Assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first nesting means (8) comprises a tube having a selected length and diameter, whereas the second nesting means (12) comprises a reinforcement rod presenting a conjugated form with the tube in such a way that one nests in the other when the bottle is in the ejection position.
  8. Assembly according to claim 1, wherein the first and second gripping means (4 and 10) are in the form of a gun grip.
