The present invention relates to devices for treating the hair, and more particularly but not exclusively those intended for shaping the hair, in particular those intended for straightening, curling or embossing the hair, comprising a removable refill of cosmetic product. , and the corresponding cosmetic product refills.

Background

Usually, hair straighteners consist of two arms connected to each other by means of a hinge which allows the opening and closing of the latter and of at least one heating element arranged on the arms. During the styling operations of a lock of hair, the latter is introduced between the two arms in the open position, then the two arms are manually closed on the lock of hair. The lock of hair is then subjected, until the opening of the two arms and the extraction of the lock of hair, to the heat emitted by the heating element.

Requirement WO 2009/078046 describes a styling device comprising two arms interconnected to allow the opening and closing of the device, at least one heating member and at least one seat for receiving a hair treatment device, the hair treatment device allowing the distribution, in operation, of a hair product. The hair treatment device is composed of a carrier material impregnated with a hair product and suitable for single use.

WO 2009/015027 and US 2009/0025247 disclose a device for smoothing the hair, allowing the application of a hair product by contact with the hair. The hair product to be applied is contained in a removable refill allowing its application. The removable refill comprises a reservoir containing the hair product in gelled form and orifices for dispensing and applying the product, made directly through a wall of the reservoir. The refill is introduced into a housing arranged on one of the two arms of the hair straightener, by sliding along the axis of the arm on which it extends.

He is known to FR 2 999 884 a device for straightening the hair making it possible to vaporize steam on the latter.

It is known demand WO 2013/045331 an applicator for applying a care substance to the hair, comprising a refill of care substance received in a housing of the applicator. The cartridge has a porous carrier soaked in the care substance.

Requirement WO 2013/090896 relates to an appliance for treating the hair, in particular for styling, comprising a treatment agent support, in particular a porous material soaked in, to be applied to the hair or the skin. The support is attached to an accessory, itself removably mounted on a hair treatment device. The support has a T-shape allowing it to be mounted in a groove of complementary shape in the accessory.

The patent application EP 2 397 045 relates to a hair straightening device comprising a removable accessory having an absorbent material supplied with liquid by a reservoir.

There is a need to further improve the devices allowing the application of a hair product in order to allow the user to easily be able to reload the device with hair product and / or change the hair product to be applied.

We represented at figures 1 and 2 the handpiece 2 of an example of a device for treating the hair according to the invention.

This handpiece 2 has two jaws 3 and 4 movable relative to each other between a spaced configuration (not shown) for introducing a lock of hair between them and a close treatment configuration.

The jaws 3 and 4 are carried by respective upper 5 and lower 6 arms, which are, in the example considered, connected to one another at one end by an articulation 8 extending along an articulation axis Y, the part to be hand 2 thus forming a clamp.

The refill 20 comprises a body of substantially parallelepiped shape which has, as illustrated in the figures 2 and 3 , a housing 22 of an application member 26. In the example shown on figures 1 to 4 , the refill 20 comprises a first mounting means 27 cooperating with a second mounting means 29 of the first arm 5 to allow the mounting of the refill 20 on the first arm 5. When placing the refill 20 on the arm 5, the projecting relief 52 engages in the recessed relief 52 and allows the locking of the refill 20 on the support 48.

Preferably, the protruding relief 52 and the recessed relief 54 are such that they prevent the walls 32 and 34 from disengaging from the support 48 under the own weight of the refill and that the effort that the user must provide to disengaging the walls 32 and 34 from the support 48 is not too great.

1. A device for treating the hair, comprising:
