Claims (3)

  1. Dampfgeformter doppelschichtiger stoßdämpfender Sporthelm, umfassend einen Helmkörper (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Helmkörper (1) eine harte Oberflächenschale (2), eine EPS-Materialschicht (3) und eine EPP-Materialschicht (4) umfasst, wobei die harte Oberflächenschale (2), die EPS-Materialschicht (3) und die EPP-Materialschicht (4) passend hintereinander zusammen montiert sind, und wobei die harte Oberflächenschale (2) an der äußeren Oberfläche der EPS-Materialschicht (3) gewickelt ist, während die EPP-Materialschicht (4) an der inneren Oberfläche der EPS-Materialschicht (3) gewickelt ist.
  2. Dampfgeformter doppelschichtiger stoßdämpfender Sporthelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der EPS-Materialschicht (3) um eine aus EPS-Material hergestellte EPS-Materialschicht (3) handelt.
  3. Dampfgeformter doppelschichtiger stoßdämpfender Sporthelm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der EPP-Materialschicht (4) um eine aus EPP-Material hergestellte EPP-Materialschicht (4) handelt.
