Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for ventilating a laboratory space according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such arrangements are already out of the WO2007033821A1 and include a self-supporting support frame, which is mounted on the ceiling of the laboratory space and on which the supply air and exhaust air ducts are mounted above the corridor areas or the laboratory area. Although the ventilation arrangement described therein, although a high degree of flexibility in terms of extensions and changes in the spatial conditions of the laboratory, but this is relatively expensive and expensive to assemble due to the massive intrinsic stiffness of the support frame.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an alternative arrangement for ventilating a laboratory space which is inexpensive to manufacture and easy to install.

This object is achieved by an arrangement with the features of claim 1.

Further features of the invention are contained in the subclaims.

The arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that, due to its modular structure, it can even be installed locally even in laboratories with little clearance, since the individual components are very small compared to continuous support frames and thus easy to handle. Thus, the support elements with the two cantilever arms, which are in the form of a "T", which is fastened with its lower end to the ceiling, can be assembled in the area of the floor of the laboratory space from the individual profile supports by screwing them together and then to the fastened via ceiling anchors previously fixed to the ceiling compensation arrangements and in their inclination and their distance from the ground to adjust. After the support elements have been attached to the ceiling, then the Zuluftkanäle can be attached from below to the boom arms, and placed according to a first embodiment of the exhaust duct from above on the arms and possibly screwed. If desired, in this variant embodiment, an exhaust air line for process air can be previously inserted into the further receiving space provided laterally from the exhaust air duct, whereby good access is always ensured from the side during the entire installation. Finally, the supply lines for the sanitary media can be drawn into the receiving space between the two supply air ducts, which are preferably placed on corresponding support arms, which are preferably mounted by hooking the support arms in corresponding longitudinal grooves on the side walls of the air supply ducts.

According to a second alternative embodiment of the invention, the exhaust duct is not arranged on one or both of the cantilever arms of the support elements; but it is preferably in each case a further exhaust duct on the opposite side of the passage area added to further support elements, each having a vertical pillar member and only one attached thereto further boom, which extends in a horizontal plane in the direction of the respective adjacent passage area.

Overall, this results in a very fast and cost-effective installation of the ventilation arrangement according to the invention.

As in Fig. 1 to 4 2, a laboratory space 2 has a first passage area 2 a and a second passage area 2 b, which are separated from one another in a known manner by a first and second row 4 a, 4 b of laboratory tables 4 arranged head to head. The arrangement 1 according to the invention comprises a plurality of support elements 6, which are arranged above the laboratory tables 4 and on which a first and second supply air duct 8a, 8b for supplying fresh air and at least one exhaust air duct 10 are removed for the removal of exhaust air from the laboratory room 2, on their arrangement will be discussed in more detail below. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, each of the support elements 6 comprises a vertical pillar element 6a, which is fastened with a first upper end to the ceiling 12 of the laboratory space 2. At the lower second lower end of each fastener 6, a boom 14, designated by the reference numeral 14, is received, which has a first, above the first row 4a of laboratory benches 4 in the extending boom 14a and a second, above the second row 4b of laboratory benches 4th extending cantilever arm 14b has. The vertical column elements are preferably arranged centrally above an imaginary vertical center plane which extends between the opposite back sides of the tables 4 of the first and second rows 4a, 4b of laboratory benches. The first and second extension arms 14a, 14b extend laterally from the imaginary vertical center plane preferably completely in the area of the upper side of the tables 4, ie preferably only up to the edge of the respective first or second passage area 2a, 2b.

As the representation of Fig. 1 In this case, it can be seen in detail that the vertical column elements 6a are fastened to the ceiling 12 of the laboratory space 2 at preferably equal distances of, for example, 3 m from one another in a vertical plane extending in the region of the laboratory table 4. The first supply air channel 8a, which in particular on its underside and / or in the side gear side wall not shown in detail, preferably slot-shaped air outlet openings, is attached to the undersides of the first boom arms 14a of the boom 14. A second supply air duct 8b, which is preferably substantially identical or mirror-inverted to the first supply air duct 8a, is received on the underside of the second extension arms 14b and accordingly extends above the right (second) row 4b of laboratory benches 4.

As the representation of Fig. 2 and 4 Furthermore, the first and second supply air ducts 8a, 8b are arranged at a clear horizontal distance A of, for example, 0.9 m from each other and delimit with their respective outer walls a parallel to the supply air ducts 8a, 8b over the length of the first and second Series 4a, 4b extending from laboratory tables 4 away receiving space 18, in which schematically indicated supply lines 20 can be added, which are used to supply required in the laboratory room 2 laboratory media, such as technical gases and liquids as well as compressed air and vacuum, etc. The receiving space 18, which is subdivided into two subregions beyond the imaginary middle plane, may for example have a width of a total of 800 to 1500 mm or even more.

In order to effectively illuminate the laboratory tables 4 as well as the passage areas 2a, 2b, below the first and / or second extension arms 14a, 14b, preferably directly adjacent to the outer sides of the first and / or second supply air duct 8a, 8b lighting elements 26 for illuminating the first or second row 4a, 4b of laboratory tables 4 and / or the gear area 2a, 2b be included. For this purpose, the lighting elements can be suspended in grooves which are preferably formed in profiles which form the outer side walls of the first and second supply air ducts 8a, 8b. Alternatively, it can be provided that the lighting elements 26 are integrated into the supply air ducts 8a, 8b, or are accommodated in ceiling panels which cover the receiving space 18 for the supply lines 20 on the underside.

As the representation of Figures 2 and 4 can be removed, above the lighting elements prepared guides for computer cables 19 and power cables 21 and a busbar 23 are arranged.

In contrast, the exhaust duct 10 for the removal of air from the laboratory room 2, that is, in fact, the exhaust air generated in the area of the laboratory tables 4, in which in the Figs. 1 arranged on the top of the first and / or second extension arms 14a, 14b. As shown by Fig. 4 For this purpose, the exhaust air duct 10, which is preferably rectangular in cross-section and in particular made of sheet metal, has a multiplicity of spaced, unspecified lateral suction openings over its length.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the first and / or second supply air channel 8a, 8b made of a rigid material, preferably made of sheet metal, and are mechanically connected to two or more of the cantilever arms 14a, 14b to form a torsionally rigid unit. The connection is preferably a mechanical screw connection with at least two of the extension arms 14a, 14b, which makes it possible to remove the supply air ducts 8a, 8b, or even partial segments thereof, if necessary, also from the boom arms.

According to a further aspect of the present invention, the undersides of the support elements 6 are connected to a longitudinal member 32, which is above the first row 4a and / or second row 4b of laboratory tables 4 parallel to the longitudinal direction of first and / or second gear range 2a, 2b extends. This results in the advantage that the ceiling construction is considerably more rigid overall, and on the longitudinal beam, which can be installed easily retrofitted, wall elements for the spatial separation of the first and second passage area 2a, 2b from each other and / or not shown in detail shelves and / or in the aforementioned international patent application described media columns for providing laboratory media, such as technical gases, vacuum, water, or electricity, fasten in a few simple steps. For this purpose, it may be provided according to a development of the last-described embodiment, if in the longitudinal member 32, preferably in the region of its underside at least one longitudinal groove extending over the length thereof is formed, by means of which the wall elements and / or shelves and / or media columns by associated T-nuts and screw can be solved and mounted freely positionable along the support 32 on this.

In connection with the wall elements mentioned above, which can be suspended in the region of the imaginary vertical center plane between the two rows of tables on the support 32 in order to spatially separate the two rows of tables 4a, 4b and associated passage areas 2a, 2b, this embodiment is expressly intended by the Claims of this application be included, as long as it is a laboratory space 2 with a building ceiling 12 spanning the two aisle areas 2a, 2b, to which the wall elements by means of the support members 6 and the support 32 are attached.

Furthermore, provision may be made for the first ends of the vertical column elements 6a to be coupled in each case via a mechanical compensation arrangement 24 to the ceiling 12 of the laboratory space 2, which preferably comprises two plates 24a, 24b which are mutually adjustable by screw elements at a distance and inclination, such as this in Fig. 4 is indicated. Of the plates, one plate 24a is fixed to the ceiling 12 and the other plate 24b is attached to the first upper end of a vertical column element 6a. By turning the preferably four screw elements, the inclination of each column element 6a as well as its distance from the ceiling 12 during assembly of the assembly 1 can be adjusted.

As the representation of Fig. 4 can still be taken in detail, the vertical column elements 6a and the first and / or second cantilever arms 14a, 14b be coupled to each other via reinforcing elements 28, which in particular via sliding blocks and screwed into this screw on the outer sides of the vertical column elements 6a and the first and / or second boom arms 14a, 14b are attached. The reinforcing elements 28, which preferably consist of steel plates or aluminum plates, in this case effectively increase the load capacity of the extension arms 14a, 14b and additionally ensure that the torques generated by the supply air ducts and exhaust ducts 8a, 8b and 10 also reliably in the event of fire on the vertical supports 6a be transferred.

In order to reliably initiate the torques and also the weight of the individual components in the event of fire via the vertical column elements 6a and arms 14a, 14b, which are preferably made of aluminum profiles, in the ceiling 12 of the laboratory space even in the event of fire, tension elements in the form of steel rods can not be further shown Inner sides of the aluminum profiles of the vertical column elements 6a may be arranged, for example extending from the lower second support member side receiving plate 24b to the reinforcing member 28 out.

At the same time or alternatively, one or more extension arms 14a, 14b may be secured at their ends to a ceiling 12 fixed to the ceiling of the building Fig. 4 Example shown pulling element 36, preferably a guy rope or a threaded rod to be coupled, via which the boom 14a, 14b can be acted upon with a preferably adjustable tensile force in the direction of the ceiling 12 of the laboratory space 4 out. By arranging two such tension elements 36 on the directly opposite first and second extension arms 14a, 14b, the danger of a lateral pivoting of the arrangement according to the invention can be successfully reduced to a minimum with little effort, wherein the intrinsically stiff connection between the two supply air channels 8a, 8b and the jibs provided by the tension elements 36, 28 holding forces are advantageously introduced into the entire arrangement. As a result, the number of tension members 36 can be reduced to a minimum of only two oppositely positioned traction elements 36 in the extreme case, thereby reducing the cost and corresponding to the leadership of the Lines need clearance on the top of the boom arms 14a, 14b is only slightly reduced.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, a further overhead receiving space 30 can be provided above the receiving space 18 for the supply lines 20, which is bounded laterally by the exhaust air duct 10, and in the exhaust air ducts 34 are feasible for process air. The exhaust air ducts 34 for the process air serve to discharge the gases which are sucked off in the fume cupboards 38 arranged on either side of the first and second duct region. For this purpose, 38 further support members 6 may be arranged above the deductions, but at the lower end, only a cantilever arm 14c is attached, which extends in the direction of the adjacent aisle area 2a, 2b out. These cantilever arms 14c may be fixed to the ceiling 12 of the laboratory room 2 by tension members 36 or holding elements, not shown in more detail, in order to absorb the torques generated by the conduits 34 and the cantilever arms and to introduce them into the ceiling 12 as required.

The vertical column elements 6a, cantilever arms 14a, 14b and 14c and also the longitudinal members 32 are preferably known profile carriers, in whose outer circumferential surfaces at least one, but preferably two mutually parallel grooves are introduced. This opens up the possibility of connecting the cantilever arms 14a 14b with the cantilever arms 14c on the deductions 38 as needed by a cross member, not shown in detail, in which further wall elements or devices can be hung.

According to a further alternative embodiment of the invention, the exhaust duct 10, as in the Figures 5 and 5a is shown, not on one or both of the cantilever arms 14a 14b of the laboratory tables 4 arranged support elements 6 received, but it is preferably in each case a lateral exhaust duct 10a, 10b supported by lateral support members 6, which on the laboratory tables 4 opposite sides of the respective gear areas 2a, 2b, are preferably arranged above the prints 38. For this purpose, these each have a vertical pillar element 6a and only a single further boom arm 14c fastened thereto, which extends into a horizontal plane extending toward the respective adjacent aisle region 2a, 2b.

As the representation of Figures 5 and 5a In this case it can furthermore be seen that the relevant lateral exhaust duct 10a, 10b is preferably fastened to the underside of the further arm 14c, whereas a corresponding exhaust air duct for process air 34 is arranged on its upper side, which is particularly preferably above the unspecified vertical exhaust ducts of the ducts 38 extends. The exhaust air ducts 10a, 10b of this embodiment can be provided with slot-like suction openings not shown in more detail, which extend in the longitudinal direction of the exhaust air ducts 10a, 10b, and which are preferably interrupted in the area of the exhaust ducts 38. Alternatively, the lateral exhaust air ducts 10a, 10b may also have circular air inlet openings in this second embodiment, in which preferably no exhaust duct 10 is provided above the laboratory tables 4.

As continues the presentation of Fig. 5a can be taken in detail, can be arranged on the top of the lateral exhaust ducts 10a, 10b supply lines for sanitary media or power lines or lines for the transmission of electronic data, which are advantageously accessible from above in this embodiment. By the in Fig. 5a and 5b shows a pairwise symmetrical arrangement of two supply air ducts 8a, 8b in the region of the central longitudinal axis of the laboratory space 2 above the laboratory tables 4 and in each case one lateral exhaust duct 10a, 10b above the ducts 38a the advantage of an efficient air flow, which at the laboratory tables. 4 working people from above with supplied fresh air applied. This ensures that discharged from the fumes 38 in accidentally open sliders harmful harmful vapors are discharged in a very efficient way directly through the lateral exhaust ducts 10a, 10b on the outsides of the prints 38 upwards, without the vapors in the aisle area 2a , 2b or even reach the area of the laboratory tables 4.
