    characterized in that the side wall (4) of the tray body (2) comprises an outer peripheral wing (6) extending substantially parallel to the bottom (3) of the tray and in that each fastening tab (11) comprises a housing (12) inside which the wing (6) is able to be inserted at least partially in order to sandwich the wing (6) of the side wall (4) between the walls of said housing (12).
  6. The serving tray (1) according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that the base comprises a resiliently deformable member (14) configured to allow the tensioning of the skirt (7) in the state of the skirt (7) positioned around the bottom (3) of the tray.
  7. The serving tray (1) according to claim 6 combined with one of claims 4 or 5,
    characterized in that the resiliently deformable member (14) comprises a part forming a bridge between the ends of the band (10) and bears, on its bridge-forming part, a fastener (15) for removably fastening the resiliently deformable member (14) to the tray body (2), this fastener (15) being able to form, in the state fastened to the tray body (2), on the one hand, a member for identifying the access opening (9), on the other hand, a member for activating the tensioning of the strip (10).
  8. A base of the type able to be secured to a tray body (2) in order to produce a certain tray (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, said tray body (2) comprising, on the one hand, a tray bottom (3), on the other hand, a side wall (4) protruding from the bottom (3) of the tray and comprising an outer peripheral wing (6),
    characterized in that the base comprises a skirt (7) and a resiliently deformable member (14) for tensioning the skirt (7), said skirt (7), able to extend around the bottom (3) of the tray while delimiting an open perimeter, comprising a band (10) and fastening tabs (11) forming a foot distributed along the band (10), said fastening tabs (11) able to allow the fastening, in the upright state, of the band (10) to the outer peripheral wing (6) of the tray body (2) each having a housing (12) assuming the form of a slit between the flanks of which the outer peripheral wing (6) of the tray body (2) is able to be at least partially inserted.
