The heating cassette 10 has for connection to the frame panel scarf element 22 on a first part 32 of a mechanical connection device 34 . The first part 32 has tabs 36 in which tab passages 38 are formed. The frame panel formwork element 22 has a second part 40 of the mechanical connection device 34. The second part 40 has screw-through recesses 42 , which are aligned in the mounted state of the heating cartridge 10 on the frame panel scarf element 22 with the tab through-holes 38. Fig. 4 shows only a part of the mechanical connection device 34. Further tabs and through holes are on the in Fig. 4 opposite side of the heating element 10 and the frame panel formwork element 22 is provided.

Fig. 5 zeigt eine Schalung 44 mit der auf das Rahmentafelschalelement 22 aufgesetzten Heizkassette 10. Aus Fig. 5 ist ersichtlich, dass die Heizkassette 10 einen Stützfuß 46 aufweist. Der Stützfuß 46 bietet eine Anschlagfläche 48 für die Anlage des Rahmentafelschalungsrahmens 24 (vgl. Fig. 4). Der Stützfuß 46 ist bevorzugt aus Metall ausgebildet und fest mit dem Rahmen 12 der Heizkassette 10 verbunden. Der Stützfuß 46 weist Stützfuß-Durchgangsausnehmungen 50 zur Befestigung der Heizkassette 10 am Rahmentafelschalelement 22 auf. Die Stützfuß-Durchgangsausnehmungen 50 sind dem ersten Teil 32 der mechanischen Verbindungseinrichtung 34 (siehe Fig. 4) zugeordnet. Zur Erleichterung der Montage der Schalung 44 ist diese auf Holzbalken 52 aufgelegt. Beim Anordnen mehrerer Schalungen 44 übereinander ist nur an der/den untersten Schalung(en), die auf dem Boden aufsteht/aufstehen, ein Stützfuß vorgesehen. Eine über der untersten Schalung angeordnete Heizkassette weist demgegenüber keinen Stützfuß auf. Fig. 5 shows a formwork 44 with the mounted on the frame panel scarf element 22 Heizkassette 10. Die Schrauben 54 sind ein Teil des ersten Teils 32 der mechanischen Verbindungseinrichtung 34 (siehe Fig. 4). Die mechanische Befestigung der Heizkassette 10 am Rahmentafelschalelement 22 erfolgt im Bereich aller vier in Rahmenhauptebene nach außen weisenden Ecken des Rahmens 12. Weiterhin ist aus Fig. 8 ersichtlich, dass die Heizkassette 10 Ausnehmungen 62 aufweist, von denen aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit in Fig. 8 nur eine Ausnehmung 62 mit einem Bezugszeichen versehen ist. Die Ausnehmungen 62 dienen jeweils der Befestigung eines Schalschlosses (nicht gezeigt) zur Verbindung mehrerer Schalungen 44. Die Schalung 44 weist weiterhin Vorsprünge 64 auf, von denen aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit in Fig. 8 nur ein Vorsprung 64 mit einem Bezugszeichen versehen ist. Die Heizeinrichtung 18 verläuft parallel zu der Isolierung 66. Die Isolierung 66 ist bevorzugt in Form einer Polyurethanplatte ausgebildet.
Fig. 10 zeigt eine Anordnung mehrerer, sich gegenüberstehender Schalungen 44. Schalschlösser zur Verbindung der Schalungen 44 sind in Fig. 10 nicht dargestellt. Aus Fig. 10 ist ersichtlich, dass eine Schalung 44 ein Gehäuse 68 aufweist, das eine Spannungsversorgung (nicht sichtbar) enthält. Das Gehäuse 68 ist reversibel lösbar an der Heizkassette 10 befestigt, insbesondere angehängt. Die Spannungsversorgung weist vorzugsweise einen Klemmenkasten auf, an den mehrere Kabel 70 derart anschließbar bzw. angeschlossen sind, dass die Spannungsversorgung mehrere Heizkassetten 10 mit Spannung versorgen kann. Die in Fig. 10 gezeigten Kabel 70 speisen Spannungseingänge 72 der Heizkassetten 10. Zum Schutz des Gehäuses 68 weist die Heizkassette 10 ein Dach 74 auf. Auf jeder zu betonierenden Mauerseite ist ein Gehäuse mit einer Spannungsversorgung vorgesehen.

Zusammenfassend betrifft die Erfindung eine Schalung, die ein Rahmentafelschalelement mit einer Schalhaut und eine am Rahmentafelschalelement angeordnete Heizkassette aufweist. Die mechanische Verbindungseinrichtung umfasst einen an der Heizkassette angeordneten oder ausgebildeten ersten Teil und einen an dem Rahmentafelschalelement angeordneten oder ausgebildeten zweiten Teil. Die mechanische Verbindungseinrichtung kann insbesondere in Form einer Schraubverbindung, einer Nut-und-Feder-Verbindung, einer Haken-Ösen-Verbindung, einer Spannverbindung oder einer Keilverbindung ausgebildet sein. Bevorzugt weist die Heizkassette einen Rahmen auf, in dessen Rahmen-Durchgangsausnehmung die Heizeinrichtung zumindest teilweise angeordnet ist. Der erste Teil der mechanischen Verbindungseinrichtung ist besonders bevorzugt am Rahmen angeordnet oder ausgebildet.In summary, the invention relates to a formwork which has a frame panel formwork element with a formwork skin and a heating cassette arranged on the frame panel formwork element. Claims (10)

  1. Formwork (44) for producing a body from cast-in-place concrete, wherein the formwork (44) comprises a frame-panel formwork element (22) having a form lining (28) and a heating cartridge (10) arranged on the frame-panel formwork element (22), wherein the heating cartridge (10) is reversibly detachably connected to the frame-panel formwork element (22) and comprises a heating means (18) for generating heat, wherein the heating cartridge (10) comprises a first part (32) of a mechanical connection means (34) for mounting the heating cartridge (10) on the frame-panel formwork element (22) and wherein the frame-panel formwork element (22) comprises a second part (40) of the mechanical connection means (34), which part is connected to the first part (32) of the mechanical connection means (34) on the heating cartridge (10), wherein the second part (40) of the mechanical connection means (34) comprises a screw through-recess (42).
  2. Formwork according to claim 1, wherein the first part (32) of the mechanical connection means (34) comprises a screw (54).
  3. Formwork according to either claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the heating means (18) comprises an electrical heating element, in particular in the form of a heating mat.
  4. Formwork according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the heating cartridge (10) comprises a frame (12) in which the heating means (18) is arranged.
  5. Formwork according to claim 4, wherein the heating means (18) is held in the frame (12) by means of a spring element (20) of the heating cartridge (10).
  6. Formwork according to either claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the frame (12) has a rectangular basic shape.
  7. Formwork according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the heating cartridge (10), in particular the frame through-recess defined by the frame (12), is clad by insulation (66) of the heating cartridge (10), at least in part.
  8. Formwork according to claim 7, wherein the heating cartridge (10) comprises a plate (14) which is arranged on the side of the insulation (66) on the heating cartridge (10) that faces away from the heating means (18) in order to protect the insulation (66).
  9. Formwork according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the heating cartridge (10) comprises a projection (64) and/or a recess (62) for fastening a formwork part, the projection (64) and/or the recess (62) being accessible from an outer face of the heating cartridge (10).
  10. Formwork according to claim 3, wherein the formwork (44) comprises a voltage source arranged in a housing (68), the housing (68) being reversibly detachably connected to the heating cartridge (10).
