It is an object of the present invention to improve the construction of a folding box so that it can be simplified, in particular machined and / or automated.
This object is achieved by a carton with the features specified in claim 1 and by a method for producing such a carton with the features specified in
The embodiment of the inner box according to claim 2 allows an advantageous Auffaltmechanik. In particular, a bottom element of the inner box is fastened to the bottom wall of the cover. The inner box has a continuous flat bottom wall. The carton has a double bottom, which allows for increased stability and an improved aesthetic appearance. In particular, side elements are arranged on opposite edges of the particular rectangular executed bottom element. The pivoting of the side elements is ensured by pivot joints described above.
An arrangement of the inner box according to
A bellows according to
A stiffening element according to
The
According to another, not shown embodiment, it is possible to dispense with the
The
The
The
Die Seitenelemente 13 sind einlagig ausgeführt. Die Seitenelemente 13 weisen keinen Faltenbalg auf.The
In addition or as an alternative to the stiffening elements on the
The locking
The stabilizing
It is also conceivable that the stabilizing
