Typically, with reference to the figure 2 , a complete installation I comprises a plurality of devices 1 arranged side by side and / or one on the other, in a similar manner to the traditional storage compartments that can be found in equipped establishments (of the service station type for example).

La puce électronique 41The microchip 41

L'émetteur 411 permet ainsi d'établir un contact à une distance paramétrable, typiquement entre 2m et 20m. Cette technologie est complémentaire des autres technologies radio utilisables par les terminaux mobiles 62 ou l'appareil électronique 61.
La puce électronique 41 comprend aussi un processeur 412 pour traiter les données et une mémoire 413 pour le stockage des données ( figure 3 ).
Chaque puce 41 de l'installation complète I a son identifiant propre.
La puce électronique 41 peut échanger avec le terminal mobile 62 des informations telles qu'une vérification de clef électronique 6, l'état des disponibilités, un historique d'incident, etc.
Pour simplifier au maximum le dispositif 1, la puce électronique 41 est alimentée par la source d'alimentation 5. Alternativement, un système d'alimentation complémentaire peut être prévu.
The electronic chip 41 comprises a radio transmitter 411, advantageously according to the Bluetooth standard which also manages most mobile terminals including in particular the mobile terminal 62 used. En revanche, pour faciliter la fermeture et ne pas avoir à effectuer une autre manipulation que celle consistant à insérer le chainon 31, le crochet 42 peut comprendre une excroissance 421. Cette excroissance 421 est adaptée pour entrainer en rotation le crochet 42 lorsqu'on insère les moyens de fermeture 3. Grâce à l'encodeur 73 qui détecte la rotation et qui transmet l'information au processeur 412, les moyens de verrouillage 4 sont ensuite activés pour verrouiller les moyens de fermeture 3.
En particulier, la position de l'excroissance 421 peut permettre de détecter une rotation « fermante », c'est-à-dire dans le même sens de rotation que le crochet 42 pour verrouiller le compartiment C.

Alternativement, on peut simplement avoir un crochet 42 avec une forme adaptée pour une insertion unique qui déclenche mécaniquement le verrouillage à l'aide d'un ressort ou un autre élément de rappel. De cette façon, en insérant le chainon 31, on soulève le crochet 42 qui s'enclenche par la suite dans le chainon 31. Cette solution est purement mécanique pour la fermeture.
La forme adaptée est typiquement une partie convexe sur laquelle vient glisser le chainon 31 lorsqu'on l'insère.
Alternatively, one can simply have a hook 42 with a shape suitable for a single insertion which mechanically triggers the locking using a spring or another return element. In this way, by inserting the link 31, the hook 42 is lifted, which then engages in the link 31. This solution is purely mechanical for closing.
The adapted shape is typically a convex part on which the link 31 slides when it is inserted.

Une clé électronique 6 attribuée à un téléphone mobile 62 ne peut déverrouiller qu'un seul compartiment C.
Recognition is done when the electronic key 6 is near the electronic chip 41. The maximum distance depends on the characteristics of the components of the device 1. It can be of the order of ten meters. It is preferable that it be greater than one meter, for reasons which we will explain later.
An electronic key 6 assigned to a mobile telephone 62 can only unlock one compartment C.

Il n'est pas nécessaire que le terminal mobile 62 dispose à tout instant d'une telle connexion. En effet, celui-ci peut stocker les données et les communiquer par la suite au serveur 8.
Il n'est pas donc nécessaire pour la puce électronique 41 de communiquer directement avec le serveur 8, ce qui permet de simplifier l'installation et de baisser les coûts.
The mobile terminal 62 has access to a server 8 via a connection network 81, of the internet type (WIFI, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, LTE ...) ( figure 6 ).
The mobile terminal 62 need not have such a connection at all times. Indeed, the latter can store the data and subsequently communicate it to the server 8.
It is therefore not necessary for the electronic chip 41 to communicate directly with the server 8, which simplifies the installation and lowers the costs.

Cette clef électronique 6 est générée puis téléchargée depuis le serveur 8 sur le terminal mobile 62, par exemple lors de l'achat de la bouteille ou tout autre évènement prévu par le serveur 8, grâce au réseau de connexion 81. Ce téléchargement se fait préférablement avant d'aller récupérer la bouteille pleine 2a, de façon à être certain de disposer d'une connexion au réseau 81 (en arrivant au dépôt, l'utilisateur ne peut pas être certain d'avoir une couverture réseau lui permettant de dialoguer avec le serveur 8). Ainsi, une fois la clef électronique 6 téléchargée, il va pouvoir, même sans accès au serveur 8, identifier facilement le dispositif 1 correspondant pour l'ouvrir en s'approchant.
Le serveur 8 est géré par le fournisseur de gaz ou un mandataire.
La connexion au serveur 8 permet donc notamment la création de la clé électronique 6 qui sera reconnue par la puce électronique 41 d'un dispositif 1 qui loge, par exemple, une bouteille pleine 2a.

Il répond à la requête par une attribution au terminal mobile 62 dudit utilisateur d'une clé électronique 6 correspondant audit compartiment C et son dispositif associé 1. Cette clé électronique 62 est alors téléchargée sur le terminal mobile 62. Cette attribution peut posséder les caractères suivants :

  • Attribution à usage unique : c'est-à-dire que la clé électronique 6 ne peut déverrouiller qu'une seule fois les moyens de verrouillage 3, et le cas échéant, les verrouiller une seule fois,
  • Attribution sur une durée limitée : la clef électronique est valide pendant une courte durée car il serait aisé et peu coûteux pour un tiers mal intentionné d'acheter tous les casiers et de ne jamais venir retirer la bouteille pleine 2a.

En effet, le serveur 8 peut connaître l'état des stocks simplement en analysant les flux de requête de clé électronique 6. Par exemple, il peut être défini qu'au moment de l'attribution d'une clé électronique 6, le stock baisse d'une unité. Alternativement, on peut définir une telle gestion de stock lorsque le serveur 8 reçoit du terminal mobile 62 les données relatives à l'ouverture, ou bien à la fermeture des moyens de verrouillage 4, ou encore relatives à l'état du système de motorisation 7.In a first embodiment, the management is done without the use of the sensor 9.
