- a further problem related in particular to soles having, a cavity opened on the shoe bottom in the part where the heel rests, such as for example the soles described in US5806210 and US6233846 , consists in that, in particular use conditions, this part of the heel, when heavily loaded, is comparatively rigid and does not provide a reliable and stable shock absorption. Claims (10)
- Semelle pour chaussure comprenant un élément structurel 10 prévoyant au moins une pièce R1 conçue pour supporter le talon, où ladite pièce conçue pour supporter le talon a une ouverture 2 de forme et dimension telles que ledit élément structurel 10, en correspondance de sa pièce conçue pour supporter le talon et de sa surface conçue pour entrer en contact avec le terrain P, a une forme en U ou une forme annulaire fermée et comprend deux bras opposés 1A, 1B reliés par un bras en forme d'arc 1C,- où les parois intérieures 1A' 1B' 1C' desdits bras de U ou de l'anneau fermé délimitent au moins partiellement ladite ouverture 2,- où ladite ouverture 2 est ouverte en correspondance de la surface de la semelle conçue pour entrer en contact avec le terrain,- où l'ouverture 2 est fermée en correspondance de la surface supérieure 10A de l'élément structurel 10 par un élément de pontage 5, de sorte à définir une cavité 20 à travers lesdites parois intérieures 1A', 1B', 1C',- où ledit élément de pontage 5 a une forme et une dimension telles qu'il est substantiellement agencé sous le talon,caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :- un élément d'échappement 4 de l'air qui peut rester emprisonné dans ladite cavité 20 lorsque la partie de la semelle comprenant ladite ouverture 2 est comprimée contre le terrain P, au moins partiellement fermant ladite cavité 20 également sur le côté inférieur,- où ledit élément d'échappement 4 montre un corps substantiellement rigide prévoyant au moins un trou traversant 4A conçu pour relier la cavité 20 avec l'extérieur de la semelle de sorte à évacuer l'air présent dans ladite cavité en correspondance d'au moins une section 1C des parois latérales extérieures 1B de l'élément 10,- l'élément structurel 10 ayant un siège 15 conçu pour loger le corps de l'élément d'échappement 4.
- Semelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'échappement 4 et l'élément de pontage 5 sont constitués d'une seule pièce, de sorte à former un seul corps et de sorte que ledit élément d'échappement contribue à durcir davantage l'élément de pontage 5 transversalement.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'échappement 4 et l'élément de pontage 5 sont constitués d'une seule pièce, de sorte à former un seul corps, et en ce qu'une partie d'extrémité arrière 5D de l'élément de pontage 5 s'étend à partir d'une partie frontale 4M de l'élément 4, de sorte que ladite partie frontale 4M de l'élément 4 contribue à durcir ledit élément de pontage 5 transversalement au moins dans ladite partie d'extrémité arrière 5D et/ou en ce que les surfaces supérieures 4C, 5F des deux éléments d'échappement 4 et de pontage 5 sont coplanaires les unes aux autres de sorte à former une surface plate sur laquelle le talon s'appuie.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les extrémités des parois 1A', 1B' des bras opposés 1A et 1B du U ou de l'anneau fermé sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une paroi terminale 6A opposée à la paroi en forme d'arc 1C' du bras 1C qui relie lesdits deux bras 1A et 1B du U ou de l'anneau fermé,- où ladite paroi terminale 6A contribue à délimiter l'ouverture 2,- où ladite paroi 6A est préférablement constituée d'une partie centrale 6 de l'élément structurel 10,- où ladite ouverture 2 a préférablement une forme annulaire fermée dans une vue de dessous,- où la cavité 20 prévue au moins sous le talon est délimité par lesdites parois 1A', 1B', 1C', 6A et par l'élément de pontage 5.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture 2 est une ouverture traversante.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le siège 15 conçu pour loger le corps de l'élément d'échappement 4 est prévu dans la partie arrière la plus extrémale de l'élément structurel 10, dans le bras en forme d'arc 1C du U ou de l'anneau fermé.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de pontage 5 et/ou l'élément d'échappement 4 sont constitués d'un matériau plus dur que l'élément structurel 10 auquel ils sont fixés, préférablement la dureté du matériau de l'élément de pontage 5 et/ou de l'élément d'échappement 4 est plus élevée que la dureté du matériau de l'élément 10 de 10 % à 200 %, plus préférablement plus élevée de 30 % à 100 % et encore plus préférablement plus élevée de 50 % à 80 %.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de pontage 5 et/ou l'élément d'échappement 4 sont constitués d'un matériau ayant une dureté comprise entre 65C et 100C, plus préférablement comprise entre 75C et 90C et encore plus préférablement s'élevant à environ 85C ; et en ce que préférablement la dureté du matériau de l'élément structurel 10 est comprise entre 40C et 70C, plus préférablement est comprise entre 50C et 70C et encore plus préférablement s'élève à environ 60C.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de pontage est substantiellement rigide, au moins transversalement.
- Semelle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément structurel 10 a une forme et une dimension telles qu'il supporte le pied entier, tous les composants de la semelle étant fixés audit élément structurel 10.
