Abstract
Un système de soudage comprend un actionneur de soudage (101) opérant conformément aux données de commande d'actionneur, un système de capteur (102) pour générer des données de capteur se rapportant à une soudure, et un système de traitement (103) pour déterminer les données de commande d'actionneur avec un algorithme adaptatif sur la base des données de capteur, des données de soudage relatives au matériau à souder, et des conditions de soudage. Le système de soudage comprend une interface de données de formation (104, 105) permettant à un utilisateur d'entrer les données de commande d'actionneur pour un processus de formation au soudage. Le système de traitement est configuré pour former l'algorithme adaptatif conformément aux données de soudage, aux données de commande d'actionneur saisies par l'intermédiaire de l'interface de données de formation, et aux données de capteur mesurées pendant le processus de formation au soudage. Ainsi, le système de soudage peut être formé de sorte que l'utilisateur se trouve dans la boucle de commande. L'algorithme adaptatif peut être basé sur un réseau neuronal artificiel par exemple.
