Claims (14)

- Un procédé pour créer un sachet à boissons (1, 31, 61) qui a un canal (17, 47, 77) contenant une paille (25, 55, 75, 187), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :former un laminé ayant une couche interne et une couche externe conformer le laminé en un sachet à boissons (1, 31, 61) avec une face avant et une face arrière ;thermosceller ensemble au moins un bord de la face avant et de la face arrière pour former le sachet (1, 31, 61) avec une cavité entre les faces avant et arrière, le sachet (1, 31, 61) ayant une section ouvrable ;appliquer un deuxième thermoscellage (19, 49, 79, 181, 183) entre la face avant et la face arrière pour former le compartiment contenant la paille, le compartiment étant positionné au niveau ou à proximité de la portion ouvrable du sachet (1, 31, 61), la section ouvrable comprenant une section de coin déchirable formée entre un bord supérieur et un bord latéral de la poche (1, 31, 61) ;insérer une paille (25, 55, 75, 187) dans le compartiment ;caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend en outre le fait d'appliquer une surpression de gaz à la cavité et le scellage du sachet (1, 31, 61) de telle sorte que la pression de gaz dans le sachet (1, 31, 61) soit supérieure à la pression atmosphérique extérieure prévue.
