Claims (8)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Gurte von der Art, die Folgendes aufweist: mindestens zwei Basen, nämlich eine untere Basis (1) und eine obere abnehm-bare Basis (2), die ein Gehäuse (30) in ihrem Inneren bildet; einen mit der unteren Basis (1) integral ausgebildeter Stab (3), der an der oberen Basis (2) befestigt ist; ein Schlüsselelement (31) mit einer ersten magnetischen Einrichtung (32), die an der oberen Basis (2) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine Nut (5) um den Stab (3) herum, der dann, wenn der Stab (3) an der oberen Basis (2) befestigt ist, die Nut (5) verlässt, die innerhalb der oberen Basis (2) angeordnet ist, und zwar innerhalb von dem Gehäuse (30),
    - eine Verriegelungseinrichtung mit zwei metallischen, gegenüberliegenden Streifen (8, 9) in dem Gehäuse (30), die in der verriegelten Position in die Nut (5) passen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Sicherheitseinrichtung Folgendes aufweist:
    - eine zweite magnetische Einrichtung (33) innerhalb des Gehäuses (30), die unter den Streifen (8, 9) mit einer geringeren Anziehungskraft als die erste magnetische Einrichtung (32) des Schlüsselelements (31) angeordnet ist, und
    - eine Halteeinrichtung (34), die die Streifen (8, 9) hält, die über den Streifen (8, 9) angeordnet ist und die mit den Streifen (8, 9) an dem Punkt P in Kontakt kommt,
    wobei die Streifen (8, 9) in der verriegelten Position aufgrund der Wirkung der zweiten magnetischen Einrichtung (33) in die Nut (5) passen, so dass das Lösen des Stabs (3) im Inneren des Gehäuses (30) verhindert wird, und wobei die erste magnetische Einrichtung (32) in der entriegelten Position die Anziehungskraft der zweiten magnetischen Einrichtung (33) auf die Streifen (8, 9) überwindet, so dass die Streifen (8, 9) angezogen werden, die um den Punkt P verschwenkt werden, die Streifen (8, 9) vom Inneren der Nut (5) gelöst werden und ferner der Stab (3) von der oberen Basis (2) gelöst wird.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (8, 9) einen Vorsprung (35) aufweisen, um den die Streifen (8, 9) bei den Verriegelungs- und Entriegelungsbewegungen verschwenkt werden.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (8, 9) zugehörige Kerben (39) an ihrer Oberseite zum Aufnehmen eines Bereichs der Halteeinrichtung (34) aufweisen.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Streifen (8, 9) die zweite magnetische Einrichtung (33) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Basis (2) Perforationen (36) aufweist, die das Gehäuse (30) mit der Außenseite verbinden.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stab (3) einen gefrästen Teil (37) aufweist, und zwar zumindest an dem Bereich, der in die obere Basis (2) eingesetzt wird, und dass die obere Basis eine Öffnung (38) mit einem Umfang aufweist, der derjenige ist, der von dem gefrästen Teil (37) des Stabs (3) gebildet wird.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streifen (8, 9) eine Halbmondkonfiguration annehmen.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Trenneinrichtung (40) zwischen den Streifen (8, 9) aufweist.
