Claims (14)
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage pour une structure flottante ou un navire flottant comprenant une ancre (2), une ligne d'amarrage (3, 7), un agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) pouvant être attaché, en cours d'utilisation, à la structure flottante ou au navire flottant (11), l'agencement de tension d'amarrage comprenant en outre une unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52) pour tendre la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7), dans lequel
ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) est attachée à l'ancre (2) au niveau d'une première extrémité et peut être attachée à l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52) au niveau de la seconde extrémité, pour former ledit agencement de tension d'amarrage, dans lequel
ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) s'étend en outre à partir de l'ancre (2) à travers l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12), dans lequel
l'agencement de tension d'amarrage comprenant en outre un dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4 ") temporaire ou permanent pouvant être agencé pour former ledit agencement de tension d'amarrage sur une partie de la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) agencée entre l'ancre (2) et l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12), ledit agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) comprenant une guillotine (6) coopérant avec ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) et une poulie de chaîne (8) guidant la ligne d'amarrage (3,7) à travers l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) et en arrière vers le dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4") pour former ledit agencement de tension d'amarrage, et dans ledit agencement de tension d'amarrage, ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) est en outre guidée à partir de ladite poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4") en direction de ladite unité de traction (9, 10, 10', 42, 51, 52), dans lequel ledit dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4") comprend en outre une poulie entre deux eaux (20) adaptée pour recevoir une partie de la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) s'étendant entre l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) et l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52), ladite unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52) étant agencée à distance de la structure flottante ou du navire flottant (11) lors de la mise sous tension de la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7). - Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) comprend une chaîne d'amarrage (3) et un câble d'installation (7), ladite chaîne d'amarrage (3) s'étendant au moins entre l'ancre (2) et l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12), et le premier câble d'installation (7) est fixé à ladite chaîne d'amarrage (3) et s'étend au moins à travers le dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4") jusqu'à ladite unité de poulie (9, 10, 10', 42, 51, 52).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) ayant un premier vol (3a, 3b) s'étendant entre l'ancre (2) et l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) et un second vol (3c, 7a) s'étendant entre l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12) et le dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4"), ledit second vol (3c, 7a) de ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) est sensiblement parallèle à ledit premier vol (3a, 3b) de ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7)
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel l'agencement comprend en outre un second câble d'installation (14) attaché de manière fixe à la structure flottante (11) au niveau d'une première extrémité et attaché à l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52) à la seconde extrémité opposée.
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) comprenant un troisième vol (7b) s'étendant à partir du dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4) à une seconde poulie de câble (16) agencée sur la structure flottante (11), ledit troisième vol (7b) faisant partie intégrante de la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) s'étendant entre la seconde poulie de câble (16) et l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel le dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4) comprend un connecteur (21) adapté pour pouvoir être connecté de manière libérable à la ligne d'amarrage (3).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel le dispositif de poulie entre deux eaux (4', 4") est relié de manière fixe à la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la guillotine (6) et la roue de chaîne (8) sont couplés ensemble de manière à ce que la partie de la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) s'étendant à travers la guillotine (6) forme une ligne tangentielle par rapport à la roue de chaîne (8) dans toutes les positions possibles de la guillotine (6).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12), ledit point fixe (13) et/ou la seconde poulie de câble (16) sont disposés au niveau de la coque de la structure flottante ou du navire flottant (11).
- Agencement de tension d'amarrage selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel ladite unité de traction est un treuil (10, 42) agencé sur un navire d'installation (9).
- Méthode pour tendre l'agencement d'amarrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes sur une structure flottante ou un navire flottant ; ladite méthode comprenant les étapes consistant à :a) transférer un câble d'installation (7) vers et depuis l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52), ledit premier câble d'installation (7) s'étendant à travers l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12),b) tirer la chaîne d'amarrage (3) via l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42),c) relier le câble d'installation (7) et la chaîne d'amarrage (3) ensemble à une ligne d'amarrage (3, 7),d) abaisser la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) de l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42) jusque dans la mer,e) tendre la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) au moyen de l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42) et de l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12),f) transférer un second câble d'installation (7c, 14) entre la structure flottante (11) et l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42),g) étendre la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) autour de la poulie entre deux eaux (4, 4', 4"),h) tendre la ligne d'amarrage (3) via l'unité de traction (9, 10, 10', 42).
- Méthode pour tendre un agencement d'amarrage sur une structure flottante ou un navire flottant selon la revendication 11, la méthode comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à :
i) abaisser le dispositif de poulie intermédiaire (4) jusqu'à la chaîne d'amarrage (3), ladite étape i) étant effectuée avant l'étape h). - Méthode pour tendre un agencement d'amarrage sur une structure flottante ou un navire flottant selon la revendication 11 ou 12, l'étape comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à :
j) connecter le second câble d'installation (7c) et ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) ensemble à l'unité de traction (9, 10, 42, 51, 52), ladite étape étant effectuée entre les étapes f) et g). - Méthode pour enlever l'agencement de tension selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 sur la structure flottante 1-407, caractérisé en ce que ledit enlèvement comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à :a) enlever ladite ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) de la poulie de câble (16) et/ou de la poulie intermédiaire (20),b) tirer sur la ligne d'amarrage (3, 7) jusqu'à ce que la partie de chaîne d'amarrage (3) soit située sur le navire d'installation (9),c) couper la chaîne d'amarrage (3) à une longueur appropriée,
en laissant une partie plus petite de la chaîne d'amarrage (3c) qui n'est pas tendue dans l'agencement d'amarrage suspendue à partir de l'agencement de guillotine et chaumard (12).
