Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ventil mit einem Gehäuse, einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Solenoid, einem von dem Solenoid bewegbaren Stift und einem mit dem Stift verbundenen topfförmigen Kolben, wobei der Kolben eine eingespritzte Membran als Boden besitzt und der Stift mit der Membran verbunden ist und einer Feder, welche an der Membran anliegt.The invention relates to a valve comprising a housing, a solenoid disposed in the housing, a pin movable by the solenoid and a cup-shaped piston connected to the pin, the piston having an injected membrane as the bottom and the pin is connected to the membrane and a spring, which rests against the membrane.
Solche Ventile werden unter anderem als Schubumluftventil am Turbolader in Kraftfahrzeugen eingesetzt, um im Schubbetrieb einen Bypass zur Saugseite freizugeben und sind somit bekannt. Um ein zu starkes Abbremsen des Turboladers zu verhindern aber auch ein schnelles Anfahren zu gewährleisten, ist ein schnelles Öffnen und Schließen des Ventils eine wesentliche Voraussetzung. Insbesondere beim Schließen kommt es auf das sofortige Verschließen durch das Anlegen des Kolbens an einen Ventilsitz an. Der Ventilsitz wird vom Gehäuse des Turboladers gebildet, an dem das Ventil angeflanscht wird. Das hat zur Folge, dass der Ventilsitz nicht vollkommen parallel zum Kolben steht, was für ein schnelles und vor allem dichtes Schließen erforderlich wäre. Um trotzdem ein sicheres Schließen zu gewährleisten, muss sich der Kolben an den Ventilsitz anpassen. Hierzu ist es bekannt, den Stift mit der Membran des Kolbens zu verbunden. Claims (7)
- Valve having a housing, having a solenoid which is arranged in the housing, having a pin which can be moved by the solenoid and having a pot-shaped piston which is connected to the pin, wherein the piston has an injection-molded diaphragm as a base and the pin is connected to the diaphragm, and having a spring which bears against the diaphragm, characterized in that the diaphragm (9) is riveted to the pin (7).
- Valve according to Claim 1, characterized in that the diaphragm (9) has means (14) for guiding the spring (7a).
- Valve according to Claim 2, characterized in that the means are a circumferential bead (14).
- Valve according to Claim 2, characterized in that the means are at least two beads (14) which are spaced apart from one another.
- Valve according to Claim 3, characterized in that the beads (14) are arranged in a star shape.
- Valve according to claim 3, characterized in that the beads (14) are arranged such that they lie on a diameter.
- Valve according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the diaphragm (9) is composed of plastic or metal.
