Definitions
- the invention relates to a mounting system for the thermally decoupled assembly of lights and a corresponding lighting system.
- recessed lights for suspended ceilings and walls are attached directly to a section of the suspended ceiling or wall.
- the drywall builder first has to prepare a section in which the electrician then installs the luminaire. Then the drywall builder has to plaster the luminaire flush with the surface again.
- This solution is not only expensive, since the two trades need to interlock, but also tends to crack on the edges of the cut and especially in the corners of the cutout, since the luminaire housing is not thermally decoupled from the plastered surface.
- the document US 2004/177572 A1 shows a suspension device for lights in suspended ceilings.
- the suspension device consists of a circumferential around an opening in the ceiling profile with a first leg, which is attached to the underside of the suspended ceiling, and a second leg, which projects into the opening.
- the second leg is attached directly to the edge of the opening.
- the luminaire is inserted from below into the opening which is lined by the suspension device and engages by means of spring elements in an upper edge of the second leg.
- the document US 2005/002182 A1 shows a lamp and a mounting system for a luminaire for mounting in suspended ceilings.
- 121 mounting rails are arranged at the edges of the suspended ceiling, which have a first leg which extends parallel to the underside of the suspended ceiling, and which have a second leg which engages in the opening in the suspended ceiling.
- Connected to the mounting rails is a multi-part housing, in which a lamp module can be used.
- the document WO 2005/124054 A1 shows a mounting system for luminaires in suspended ceilings.
- a peripheral frame is placed consisting of a receiving rail in an opening of the suspended ceiling.
- the receiving rail is formed L-shaped.
- a first leg rests on the underside of the suspended ceiling, while a second leg is perpendicular thereto and engages the opening.
- the second leg is arranged flush with the edge of the opening in the suspended ceiling.
- the lamp is held by brackets, which protrude parallel to the first legs in the opening.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mounting system for mounting luminaires, which requires a low installation cost and at the same time ensures a long service life.
- An inventive mounting system for mounting a lamp has two substantially L-shaped receiving rails.
- the receiving rails each have a first leg, which is designed to be attached to a front side of a suspended wall or a bottom of a suspended ceiling on each opposite edge of a section of the wall or ceiling.
- the Receiving rails furthermore each have a second leg, which is designed to engage or project into the cutout and to carry a luminaire housing of the luminaire, but without rigidly connecting the luminaire housing to the first legs of the receiving rails. This ensures that the luminaire housing can thermally expand and contract without this movement being transmitted to the receiving rails and thus the edges of the cutout. Even a simple installation is achieved.
- the receiving rails are designed to be arranged at a defined first distance from each other, measured between the second legs.
- the edges of the cutout are in this case at a second distance, which is greater than the first distance, arranged to each other. This results in distances between the second legs of the receiving rails and the edges of the cutout. These distances ensure that a particularly good thermal decoupling is created between the edges of the cutout and the luminaire housing. In addition, an additional mechanical decoupling is achieved.
- the second legs of the receiving rails have receptacles, projections or profilings, which are designed to support the luminaire housing, without rigidly connecting the luminaire housing to the first legs of the mounting rails. So a particularly simple installation can be achieved.
- the receptacles are preferably designed to float the luminaire housing.
- the second legs of the receiving rails are formed so flexible that they compensate for a thermal change in size of the lamp housing, without them to the first leg of the receiving rails or edges of the cutout to transfer.
- crack formation is also avoided by mechanical measures, in particular mechanical decoupling.
- the recordings are furthermore preferably designed to thermally decouple the luminaire housing and the receiving rails.
- a heat transfer is avoided in the receiving rails and thus in the edges of the cutout. Cracking due to expansion of the receiving rails and / or the edges of the cutout is thus avoided.
- the receiving rails on Einputzkanten which are designed to allow a flush plastering of the first leg with a surface of the wall or ceiling.
- This enables a particularly clean surface design.
- this allows the drywaller to complete his craft completely before the electrician starts his trade.
- the mounting system further comprises two edge receiving plates which are adapted to be mounted in end portions of the cutout, preferably to connect the receiving rails, and to thermally decouple the end portions of the cutout from the receiving rails.
- edge receiving plates are particularly advantageous because the most common place of origin of a crack is the corner of a cutout.
- the second legs of the receiving rails are further configured to hold covers and / or optics and / or other components - in a plane of the wall or ceiling.
- the aforementioned recordings or additional recordings (profilings, etc.) of the second legs serve at least as an abutment of the cover / optics to be used in the insertion direction. In this way, a particularly high degree of assembly flexibility can be achieved. In particular, so can be dispensed with additional brackets for covers, optics, etc.
- An inventive lighting system includes a previously described mounting system, a lamp with a lamp housing and a suspended ceiling or wall.
- the receiving rails are fastened with their respective first leg to a front side of the suspended wall or an underside of the suspended ceiling at opposite edges of a section of the wall or ceiling.
- the second leg of the receiving rails engage in the cut or protrude into this and carry the lamp housing without rigidly connect the lamp housing with the first legs of the receiving rails.
- the lighting system has a housing receptacle, which is arranged on a rear side of the wall or ceiling in the region of the cutout, which comprises and / or carries the luminaire housing and closes the cutout with respect to the rear side of the wall or ceiling.
- a housing receptacle which is arranged on a rear side of the wall or ceiling in the region of the cutout, which comprises and / or carries the luminaire housing and closes the cutout with respect to the rear side of the wall or ceiling.
- a first embodiment of the luminaire system according to the invention is shown.
- the lighting system includes a light housing 10, which is mounted in the region of a section 3 of a suspended ceiling 2 above the suspended ceiling 2.
- the luminaire housing 10 is held in position by L-shaped receiving rails 4a and 4b.
- the receiving rails 4a and 4b are part of the mounting system according to the invention 1.
- the receiving rails 4a and 4b each have a first leg 5a and 5b, with which they are mounted on the underside of the suspended ceiling 2. For example, they can be screwed or stapled.
- the receiving rails further each have a second leg 6a and 6b, which engages in the cutout 3 and projects into this and the lamp housing 10 carries without the lamp housing 10 rigidly connected to the first legs 5a and 5b of the receiving rails 4a and 4b; So therefore the lamp housing 10 'floating' carries.
- the luminaire housing 10 is supported by protrusions or profilings 7a and 7b of the second legs 6a and 6b, which form receptacles.
- the cutout 3 has a spacing d2 in the region of the receiving rails 4a and 4b, while the second legs 6a and 6b of the receiving rails 4a and 4b have a distance d1 from one another.
- the distance d1 of the second legs 6a and 6b from each other is less than the width d2 of the section 3.
- the distance d1 is thus smaller than the distance d2.
- spacings 9a and 9b are formed between the second legs 6a and 6b and the edges of the cutout 3.
- the Distances 9a and 9b support a thermal decoupling of the lamp housing 10 from the edges of the cutout 3 of the suspended ceiling 2.
- the second legs 6a and 6b may be formed so flexible that they if necessary thermal expansions of the lamp housing by lateral movement in the distances 9a and 9b in or in the opposite direction can compensate.
- the receiving rails 4a and 4b make it possible for the distances 9a and 9b to be reliably compensated via the first legs 5a and 5b.
- the cutout 3 can be provided with more play, which simplifies installation of the system according to the invention.
- the receiving rails 4a and 4b also have plastering edges 8a and 8b, which allow a flush plastering of the first legs 5a and 5b of the receiving rails 4a and 4b with the underside of the suspended ceiling 2.
- the Einputzkanten 8a and 8b have this in the installed state of the system of the suspended ceiling 2 away (down), ie substantially transversely to the first leg or longitudinally to the second legs.
- the drywall can complete his trade by mounting the receiving rails 4a and 4b and then plastering the receiving rails 4a and 4b on the plaster edges 8a and 8b completely.
- the assembly of the lamp housing 10 can be done by the electrician, without the drywall has to rework again.
- the second legs 6a and 6b of the receiving rails 4a and 4b are additionally designed to hold other components such as optics or covers a lamp in the plane of the suspended ceiling 2. So cutouts 3, which are currently not used for a lamp, can be easily covered. Alternatively, cutouts 3, which are currently being used for a luminaire, can very easily be provided with an optic which then does not have to be integrated into the luminaire.
- the light system which is shown here, in addition to a housing receptacle 12, which is arranged on the top of the suspended ceiling in the region of the cutout 3.
- the housing receptacle 12 in this case comprises the luminaire housing 10 and optionally carries it in addition.
- the housing receptacle 12 closes the cutout 3 with respect to the rear side of the suspended ceiling 2.
- the elements 2 may also be a suspended wall and the like.
- FIG. 2 a second embodiment of the mounting system 1 according to the invention is shown in a three-dimensional view.
- a representation of the luminaire housing and the housing receptacle has been omitted.
- Lateral edges of the cutout 3 are here by the receiving rails 4a and 4b with the in Fig. 1 hidden distance 9a and 9b hidden.
- edge receiving plate 13 is shown, which is mounted in an end portion of the cutout 3 and the receiving rails 4a and 4b preferably connects or extends at least transversely across the cutout 3, preferably at least substantially over the entire width of the receiving rails 4a and 4b and their first Legs 5a and 5b. In the latter case, the edge receiving plate 13 may even be slightly spaced from the receiving rails 4a and 4b; For example, to provide an expansion gap to the receiving rails 4a and 4b.
- the edge receiving plate 13 serves for additional (mechanical and) thermal separation of the edge region of the cutout 3, which is particularly sensitive to cracks, from the receiving rails 4a and 4b.
- Fig. 2 only a single edge region of the section 3 is shown. Of course, a corresponding edge receiving plate is also on the opposite edge of the cutout 3 to attach or attach. However, this was not shown here for the sake of clarity.
- the mounting system according to the invention can be used in any suspended surfaces. It can also be used for mounting other components as lights. All features described above or features shown in the figures can be combined with each other in any advantageous manner within the scope of the invention. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the two cooperating receiving rails are divided into a plurality of segments viewed in the longitudinal direction thereof. The edge receiving plates can then be provided on the respective outermost receiving rail and / or on any desired impact areas of two receiving rails.

Description
The invention relates to a mounting system for the thermally decoupled assembly of lights and a corresponding lighting system.
Conventionally, recessed lights for suspended ceilings and walls are attached directly to a section of the suspended ceiling or wall. The drywall builder first has to prepare a section in which the electrician then installs the luminaire. Then the drywall builder has to plaster the luminaire flush with the surface again. This solution is not only expensive, since the two trades need to interlock, but also tends to crack on the edges of the cut and especially in the corners of the cutout, since the luminaire housing is not thermally decoupled from the plastered surface.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a mounting system for mounting luminaires, which requires a low installation cost and at the same time ensures a long service life.
The object is achieved for the device by the features of
An inventive mounting system for mounting a lamp has two substantially L-shaped receiving rails. The receiving rails each have a first leg, which is designed to be attached to a front side of a suspended wall or a bottom of a suspended ceiling on each opposite edge of a section of the wall or ceiling. The Receiving rails furthermore each have a second leg, which is designed to engage or project into the cutout and to carry a luminaire housing of the luminaire, but without rigidly connecting the luminaire housing to the first legs of the receiving rails. This ensures that the luminaire housing can thermally expand and contract without this movement being transmitted to the receiving rails and thus the edges of the cutout. Even a simple installation is achieved. Preferably, the receiving rails are designed to be arranged at a defined first distance from each other, measured between the second legs. The edges of the cutout are in this case at a second distance, which is greater than the first distance, arranged to each other. This results in distances between the second legs of the receiving rails and the edges of the cutout. These distances ensure that a particularly good thermal decoupling is created between the edges of the cutout and the luminaire housing. In addition, an additional mechanical decoupling is achieved.
The second legs of the receiving rails have receptacles, projections or profilings, which are designed to support the luminaire housing, without rigidly connecting the luminaire housing to the first legs of the mounting rails. So a particularly simple installation can be achieved.
The receptacles are preferably designed to float the luminaire housing. Alternatively or additionally, the second legs of the receiving rails are formed so flexible that they compensate for a thermal change in size of the lamp housing, without them to the first leg of the receiving rails or edges of the cutout to transfer. Thus, crack formation is also avoided by mechanical measures, in particular mechanical decoupling.
The recordings are furthermore preferably designed to thermally decouple the luminaire housing and the receiving rails. Thus, a heat transfer is avoided in the receiving rails and thus in the edges of the cutout. Cracking due to expansion of the receiving rails and / or the edges of the cutout is thus avoided.
Preferably, the receiving rails on Einputzkanten, which are designed to allow a flush plastering of the first leg with a surface of the wall or ceiling. This enables a particularly clean surface design. In addition, this allows the drywaller to complete his craft completely before the electrician starts his trade.
Preferably, the mounting system further comprises two edge receiving plates which are adapted to be mounted in end portions of the cutout, preferably to connect the receiving rails, and to thermally decouple the end portions of the cutout from the receiving rails. By 'connection' here is not necessarily understood a mechanical connection, but possibly also a purely optical connection; that the edge receiving plates thus extends at least substantially over the entire width of both receiving rails or both first leg. The edge receiving plates are particularly advantageous because the most common place of origin of a crack is the corner of a cutout. By a (mechanical and) thermal decoupling of the corners of the cutout, which are covered by the edge receiving plates, cracking can be even better avoided.
Preferably, the second legs of the receiving rails are further configured to hold covers and / or optics and / or other components - in a plane of the wall or ceiling. For this purpose, for example. either the aforementioned recordings or additional recordings (profilings, etc.) of the second legs serve at least as an abutment of the cover / optics to be used in the insertion direction. In this way, a particularly high degree of assembly flexibility can be achieved. In particular, so can be dispensed with additional brackets for covers, optics, etc.
An inventive lighting system includes a previously described mounting system, a lamp with a lamp housing and a suspended ceiling or wall. The receiving rails are fastened with their respective first leg to a front side of the suspended wall or an underside of the suspended ceiling at opposite edges of a section of the wall or ceiling. The second leg of the receiving rails engage in the cut or protrude into this and carry the lamp housing without rigidly connect the lamp housing with the first legs of the receiving rails. A simple assembly is achieved while at the same time a wall or ceiling cracking is avoided.
Preferably, the lighting system has a housing receptacle, which is arranged on a rear side of the wall or ceiling in the region of the cutout, which comprises and / or carries the luminaire housing and closes the cutout with respect to the rear side of the wall or ceiling. This ensures that the mounting rails do not have to carry the (entire) load of the lamp housing. A particularly simple mechanical and thermal decoupling is possible.

The
Furthermore, the receiving
The receiving rails 4a and 4b also have plastering
The
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. As already mentioned, the mounting system according to the invention can be used in any suspended surfaces.
