Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'emballage de croustilles à grignoter, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant en : le transport d'une pluralité de croustilles à grignoter à travers un poste d'assaisonnement au niveau de laquelle un assaisonnement est déposé sur une surface supérieure des croustilles à grignoter ; le transport des croustilles à grignoter assaisonnées dans une direction de transport à un poste d'assemblage en aval du poste d'assaisonnement afin de fournir au niveau du poste d'assemblage une série linéaire d'une pluralité de croustilles à grignoter assaisonnées, la série linéaire s'étendant dans la direction de transport entre des croustilles à grignoter avant et arrière de la série linéaire ; au niveau du poste d'assemblage, la mise en superposition décalée des croustilles à grignoter de la série linéaire pour former un ensemble superposé décalé de la série linéaire dans lequel la surface assaisonnée des croustilles à grignoter est au moins partiellement orientée vers une direction inverse sensiblement opposée à la direction de transport ; et l'introduction de l'ensemble superposé décalé dans une première extrémité ouverte d'un récipient d'emballage, lequel récipient est fermé au niveau d'une seconde extrémité opposée de ce dernier par un élément de fermeture pouvant être ouvert, de sorte que l'ensemble superposé décalé remplit pratiquement le récipient d'emballage sous forme d'un empilement comportant les surfaces d'assaisonnement orientées vers l'élément de fermeture pouvant être ouvert, dans l'étape d'insertion, les croustilles à grignoter arrière de la série linéaire étant les premières croustilles à grignoter de l'ensemble superposé décalé à entrer dans le récipient d'emballage ; et l'application d'une base pour fermer la première extrémité et emballer l'ensemble superposé décalé à l'intérieur du récipient d'emballage. L'invention concerne également un appareil correspondant.
