The invention may also provide for the closure device to be arranged outside the cavity on one side of the wrapper, wherein the wrapper has a slot opening approximately at the level of the reclosable opening which is substantially adapted to the extent of the reclosable opening. In this embodiment of the invention, the closure device is not within the cavity but on the outer skin of the envelope. An advantage can z. B. the practicality for the user, who has easier access to the closure device to open this for emptying the container. This means that the reclosable opening of the closure device in some applications, what For example, it may also depend on the degree of filling of the container, more comfortable to open and close by the user.
The resealable opening may advantageously be in the context of the invention to a configuration which is formed by the closure elements, the z. B. can act as a Velcro or as a zipper or as a slider. Likewise and / or additionally, the resealable opening in this area can be reinforced by additional material layers, in particular film layers. The arrangement of the just mentioned closure elements can be carried out according to the invention within the cavity or outside the cavity.
An advantage of the variant by means of Velcro is that it is particularly suitable for flexible, flexible sheaths, wherein the closure elements can be made versatile in the Velcro. For example, a closure element may comprise components of small hook elements, and the second closure element may include, for example, soft, flexible loops so that both closure elements may be joined together by light pressure.
Another advantage of a hook-and-loop fastener is that it usually has enormous holding forces, since the interacting closure elements, in particular a form-fitting interlock, whereby a stable, releasable closure is formed. In addition, Velcro closures have a high temperature resistance, the Velcro is suitable for different tensile strengths.
The invention also includes closure elements that act as zippers or sliders. These closure elements have a zipper-like effect and are particularly resistant to environmental influences.
Advantageously, the closure device may have a recognition element, which acts haptically and / or acoustically for the user, if the closure device has been completely transferred from its open position into the closed position. For example, the closure device can emit an audible signal "click" when the closure position is reached.
The container according to the invention can be developed such that the closure elements adjacent to the resealable opening are connected to each other, in particular welded or glued. An advantage of this embodiment is that both closure elements can be attached to the enclosure at the same time as the container is being manufactured. The type of fastening by means of welding represents a reliable fastening connection, which can hardly be influenced by various environmental influences. The method of attachment by means of adhesive has, inter alia, the great advantage that both closure elements can be adhesively bonded together in a short time, which is advantageous in relation to the manufacturing process of the container.
In one possible embodiment of the invention, the closure device, in particular the closure elements, can be fastened directly to the enclosure. Alternatively, it is conceivable for the closure device to have at least one carrier on which the closure elements are arranged, the carrier being fastened to the enclosure, in particular the carrier being fastened to the closure element or closure elements by an adhesive connection or a welded connection and / or a passage opening having. The feature of the carrier has the advantage that first the closure elements are to be fastened to the carrier, whereby a common component of a closure device is formed, which at least consists of two closure elements and the carrier. This formed of several components component can be selectively positioned and fixed in a manufacturing step to the envelope of the container, wherein the carrier comes into contact with the envelope. Depending on the technical requirements, it is possible to select a material pairing or material pairing that ensures reliable attachment of the closure device to the envelope. In some embodiments of the container, it may be useful to attach the closure device to the enclosure by means of adhesive bonding, in particular if the material of the enclosure is a tissue which is distinguished in particular by its high stability and lightness with respect to other materials. If the closure device is arranged on the inside of the container, in particular within the cavity on at least one side of the envelope, it may be advantageous the carrier has at least one passage opening, so that goods can be removed from the container when the resealable opening is open.
In one possible measure improving the invention, the support may be made of a material that is made of plastic or fleece or fabric and / or that the support is designed as a film, in particular the support has a support surface which is geometrically enlarged to the closure elements , Advantageously, the closure device may be secured to the enclosure by an adhesive bond or weld, in particular the support may be secured to the enclosure by an adhesive bond or weld. Between the carrier and the envelope, the adhesive connection may be provided. An advantage of the geometrically enlarged support surface in comparison to the closure elements is that the material present inside the container does not come into contact with the adhesive bond.
In addition, the container according to the invention can be further developed such that a tamper-evident closure is provided on the envelope, in particular the tamper-evident closure on the outside of the envelope, which is located outside the cavity. An advantage of the tamper-evident closure is that at all times the user receives the information as to what extent the container has already been opened for emptying. It can also be provided that the tamper-evident closure is arranged on the inside of the envelope, which is located inside the cavity. Advantageously, the tamper-evident closure may be part of the enclosure, in particular the tamper-evident closure having a perforation which causes the tamper-evident closure to be manually removable from the remaining enclosure. The perforation can z. B. be visible to the user and / or can be palpated. The perforation can be a material perforation consisting of small and / or narrow perforations or openings. If the tamper-evident closure is located on the outside of the envelope, ie outside the cavity, it may be advantageous for the closure device to be fastened inside the cavity. In a further embodiment of the invention, the closure device can be arranged outside the cavity, that means in the outer region of the enclosure, wherein a strip element can cover the closure device, which acts as a tamper-evident closure. The first time you open the resealable opening, the user can Strip element, the z. B. is adhered to the outside of the enclosure, peel off to bring the closure elements from the closed position to the open position, whereby the reclosable opening is opened. If the resealable opening is opened, access into the cavity of the container is possible, whereby emptying of the container is possible. Behind the outside of the container arranged closure device is the slot opening which is introduced in the enclosure, so that the access into the cavity via the reclosable opening is possible. The slot opening is advantageously open at all times.
Likewise, the invention may provide that there are attachment areas between the enclosure and the closure device, wherein the closure device has a geometric extent which protrudes far beyond the attachment areas within the cavity along the enclosure, wherein in particular the attachment areas surround the reclosable opening. Advantageously, the attachment areas are or are designed as an enclosing web surrounding the slot opening of the enclosure and / or the perforation of the enclosure and / or the resealable opening, so that an absolute tightness of the container is ensured.
Likewise, the container according to the invention can be embodied such that attachment points are located between the carrier and the closure elements, in particular two long attachment points arranged along the longitudinal extent of the closure device are provided, which are effected via a heat input, and two short attachment points arranged transversely to the longitudinal extension of the closure device are provided, which are carried out via a Ultraschallverschweißung. Advantageously, both attachment points, in particular the long attachment points and the short attachment points can be achieved via a weld, wherein the material of the enclosure is spared by the ultrasonic welding, since in this case no heat input takes place. Advantageously, the long attachment site and the short attachment site may provide a closed attachment path surrounding the reclosable opening.
In a measure improving the invention, the container according to the invention can be designed with closure elements which are designed as a common component, wherein in particular, a predetermined breaking point is provided between the closure elements. This predetermined breaking point can also serve as a tamper-evident closure. An advantage of this embodiment is that the manufacturing cost for attaching the closure device to the enclosure can be kept low, since only in a fastening step, the entire component, including closure elements and the possible carrier is to be fixed to the enclosure.
- a. Production of a flat web, which serves as material for the wrapping,
- b. Application of closure devices on the flat web, in which the closure devices are glued to the flat web,
- c. Transfer of the flat web into a tubular web, wherein the opposite sides of the flat web are connected to each other,
- d. Cutting through the tubular web transversely to the tube web extension in a variety of semi-finished products, each having a closure device.
- e. Production of a flat web, which serves as material for the wrapping,
- f. Transfer of the flat web into a tubular web, wherein the opposite sides of the flat web are connected to each other,
- G. Applying closure devices to the tube web in which the closure devices are glued to the tube web.
Thus, it is conceivable according to the invention that the closure devices are fastened on the one hand to the flat web before the flat web is transferred into a tubular web. Alternatively, the inventive method also includes the possibility that the closure devices are attached to the tube web, which has been previously made of a flat web. Both process alternatives are characterized by a high production efficiency. In addition, it is conceivable that in a step h) the flat web is cut transversely to the flat web extension into a multiplicity of semi-finished products, the step h) before the step g) or after the step g) or during the step g). Advantageously, the semifinished product is characterized in that it is made of a tubular web, wherein, for example, additional side walls and / or a bottom wall are present / before the closure devices are applied to the semi-finished or fixed. Likewise, the invention includes that possible side walls and / or a bottom wall are only brought to the semi-finished products when the closure devices are already attached to the semi-finished products.
According to the invention, in a further embodiment of the invention, the method provides that, for the production of the closure device, the carrier is welded to the closure elements, wherein the carrier is glued to the flat web or to the tubular web. An advantage of the carrier is that a greater variety of attachment can be provided to attach the closure device on the flat web or on the tubular web, in particular on the enclosure. It is also conceivable to fix the closure device without carrier on the envelope.
- 1) applying an adhesive medium to a carrier endless web moving in a first feed motion, on which the closure elements are already fastened,
- 2) deflecting the carrier endless track from the first feed movement into a further feed movement, which differs from the first feed movement, by a driver, so that the carrier endless track is guided in the direction of flat web or tubular web,
- 3) separation of the carrier endless track into individual closure devices,
- 4) Application of each individual closure device on the moving flat web or tubular web, wherein the closure device is pressed with a force on the flat web or tubular web.
The adhesive medium may be, for example, a hot-melt, which is applied over its entire surface to one side of the carrier endless web, wherein the adhesive medium serves to provide a reliable attachment between the carrier and the flat web or the To cause hose web. Advantageously, the closure elements are arranged on the opposite side of the Trägerendlosbahn, that means on the side which has no adhesive medium. According to the invention, the carrier endless track is deflected from the first feed movement into a further second feed movement in order to achieve a reliable feed of the carrier endless track or of the separated carriers with closure elements in the direction of flat web or tubular web. This may be one or more drivers, which are designed, for example, as rotating cylinders, which effectively achieve a deflection of the carrier endless track or of the individual carriers or of the individual closure devices.
Advantageously, prior to step 3), a perforation device can apply a perforation to the carrier endless track. In this case, it may be advantageous for the perforation device to have cutting elements to which a means is applied so that the cutting elements are not adversely affected in their cutting action by the adhesive medium located on the carrier endless web, in particular that the agent is an oil. Advantageously, the oil may be a silicone oil. The agent which is applied to the cutting elements causes as little or no adhesive as possible to adhere to the cutting elements, even though the cutting elements introduce small perforation holes or perforation openings during the perforation process into the carrier endless web which is wetted with the adhesive medium.
A measure improving the invention may be that the feeding movement of the carrier endless web or the closure device takes place continuously, wherein in particular the speed of the carrier endless web or the closure device is less than the speed of the flat web or the tubular web. As a result, a fast production speed can be achieved. Alternatively, it is conceivable to carry out said feeding movement in a staggered manner, which applies in particular also to the movement of the flat web or the tubular web. A bagged variant can be advantageous if no complicated control for the existing feed movements is desired.
Advantageously, the adhesive medium can be applied to the carrier web with a small amount; in particular, the application of the adhesive medium can be less than approximately 15 g / m 2 , in particular less than approximately 5 g / m 2 . ever according to application, only 3 g / m 2 or less may be necessary to ensure a reliable attachment of the closure device to the tissue. The amounts of the adhesive medium depend strongly on the geometry of the closure device and the material properties of the flat web / tubular web and the closure device, in particular of the carrier. Advantageously, the flat web or the tubular web is a woven fabric.
- i) during a first supply movement of the closure device, an adhesive medium is applied to the closure device via at least one virtually stationary adhesive outlet opening,
- j) the closure device is guided in a second feed movement in the direction of the flat web or tubular web, wherein during the second feed movement of the closure device an adhesive medium is applied to the closure device via at least one virtually stationary adhesive exit opening,
- k) the closure device is pressed with a force on the flat web or tubular web.
The fixed adhesive outlet openings ensure that an efficient application of the adhesive medium to the closure device can be achieved. In addition, a fairly compact application device is created, which can be kept low with respect to the installation space. So that the closure device is reliably fixed on the envelope, in particular on the flat web or on the tubular web, the closure device is subjected to a defined force when the closure device is applied to the flat web or tubular web. In the adhesive medium, it may, for. B. to act a hot-melt, in particular a hot melt adhesive, which ensures effective reliable fixation. Another advantage of the hot melt adhesive is that the closure device can be fixed to the enclosure in a short time. In the adhesive outlet openings, it may be z. B. act to adhesive nozzles that cause in the overall arrangement selectively an adhesive leakage. Due to the movement of the closure device, in particular due to the first and second feed movement, the adhesive medium is applied in the form of an adhesive contour, which advantageously is applied straight on the closure device, the contour depends on the feed movements. The application of the adhesive medium can be advantageously carried out on the carrier, which then has a defined adhesive contour or adhesive sheet, which serves as fastening means in the aforementioned steps b) and / or g).
In one possible embodiment of the method according to the invention, the first feed movement may be a translatory movement, which in particular runs the first feed movement transversely to the transport direction of the flat web or tubular web or counter to the transport direction of the flat web or tubular web. Both alternatives of the first feed movement show that, on the one hand, rapid application of the adhesive medium can be achieved. On the other hand, the adhesive outlet openings can be positioned as close as possible to the flat web or to the tubular web, whereby the effectiveness of the adhesive medium is not impaired.
Auch hier ist es denkbar, dass das Klebemedium mit einer geringen Menge auf die Trägerendlosbahn aufgetragen wird, insbesondere dass die Auftragung des Klebemediums geringer ist als circa 15 g/m2, insbesondere geringer ist als circa 5 g/m2.Again, it is conceivable that the adhesive medium is applied to the Trägerendlosbahn with a small amount, in particular that the application of the adhesive medium is less than about 15 g / m 2 , in particular less than about 5 g / m 2 .
It is also conceivable that the second feed movement is a rotational movement, in particular the second feed movement runs in the same direction to the transport direction of the flat web or tubular web. For example, the inventive method can be further developed such that a rotatable carrier provides for the second feed movement, wherein the driver has a receptacle on which the closure device is placed, wherein the receptacle has means which the closure device during the feed movement to the flat web or tubular web hold reliably on the recording. The second supply movement as a rotational movement has the advantage that the application device can be kept as compact as possible, wherein the drive of the driver can be arranged as close to the driver. In the same sense, it is meant that there are in the same direction movements of the web and the closure device at the point of contact between the web, in particular flat web or tubular web and the closure device to be applied.
According to the invention, it is conceivable that before the step of applying the adhesive medium to the carrier or on the Trägerendlosbahn an endless track of the closure elements is present, wherein the endless web is singled into semi-finished products, each semi-finished product is composed of the closure elements on the carrier or on the Carrier endless are attached. This means that in addition to the Trägerendlosbahn also an endless track of the closure elements is present, which may for example be present as a roll and be rolled continuously in the process, a cutting device can separate the continuous web of the closure elements at defined locations and thus can "cut" semi-finished , which are formed from two closure elements, which are to be attached only in a further method step or steps on the envelope and / or first on the carrier and / or the Trägerendlosbahn.
- i) during a first supply movement of the closure device to apply an adhesive medium to the closure device via at least one virtually stationary adhesive outlet opening,
- j) to guide the closure device in a second feed movement in the direction of the web, wherein during the second feed movement of the closure device, an adhesive medium can be applied to the closure device via at least one virtually stationary adhesive outlet opening,
- k) Press the closure device with a force on the web.
According to the invention, the apparatus includes that a first actuator that performs the first feed motion, and a second actuator that performs the second feed motion, wherein an adhesive unit with the adhesive exit ports is provided, which applies an adhesive medium on the closure device during the two feed movements. Alternatively and / or additionally, a rotatably mounted driver may be provided with a receptacle on which the closure device can be positioned, wherein the carrier has means which reliably hold the closure device during the feed movement to the flat web or tubular web on the receptacle, in particular that the means are designed so that on the recording a defined pressure on the closure device acts, so that reliably the closure device during the second feed movement remains on the receptacle or that the means are designed such that positively and / or non-positively, the closure device on the recording during the second feed remains. For example, the invention includes that in the region of the receptacle openings are arranged, which cause a certain negative pressure when the closure device, in particular the carrier of the closure device is arranged on the driver. By the negative pressure, the closure device is reliably held on the receptacle, in particular when the closure device performs its second supply movement.
In a measure improving the invention, the driver can cooperate with a rotatably mounted counter element, whereby the closure device is pressed with a force on the web. The counter element and / or the driver may be cylindrical, wherein the web between the driver and counter element extends and is transported, at the same time when contacting the web with the counter element, the necessary force is exerted on the closure device, whereby the adhesive connection can be improved.

- a deflection device which deflects the carrier endless track into a second feed movement,
- a separating device which is suitable for separating the carrier endless track into individual closing devices,
- a device which is suitable for transferring each individual closure device on the moving flat web or tubular web, wherein the closure device is pressed onto the flat web or tubular web with a force.
An advantage of this device is that a surface application of the adhesive medium is conceivable, wherein in only one or during a feed movement, the application of the adhesive medium is carried out, whereby the overall system can be kept compact in their dimensions. The individual units, such as adhesive application device, deflection device, separating device and device for transferring the individual closure device on the moving flat web or tubular web can be positioned in the application device so that the machine operator can easily intervene in the individual units, which means that Enough free space for the machine user can be created, whereby a reliable accessibility in the aggregates of the application device is conceivable.
