Claims (10)

  1. Kapsel (10) für die Zubereitung von Getränken, insbesondere von türkischem Kaffee und dergleichen, umfassend einen Behälter (11) und einen Deckel (12) zum Schließen des Behälters, wobei der Behälter (11) dazu geeignet ist, ein pulverisiertes Produkt aufzunehmen, wobei das Herstellen des Getränks ausgeführt wird, indem unter Druck gesetztes heißes Wasser sowohl durch den Deckel (12) als auch das Innere des Behälters (11) hindurch tritt und das Getränk durch den Boden (14) des Behälters ausgegeben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wasser führendes Mittel (17) und Öffnungen (19), über die das Wasser von außen in das Innere des Behälters (11) dringen kann, in dem Deckel (12) vorgesehen sind, wobei das Wasser führende Mittel (17) ringförmig entlang des Deckels (12) angeordnet ist und mit den Öffnungen (19) in Verbindung steht, um eine Wirbelbewegung des Wassers innerhalb des Behälters (11) zu erzeugen, wobei das Wasser führende Mittel eine Reihe von Einkerbungen (17) mit einer der Innenseite des Deckels (12) zugewandten Ausnehmung umfasst, und wobei jede Einkerbung (17) einen geneigten Boden (18) in Bezug zu dem Profil der Fläche des Deckels (12) aufweist und an dem unteren Ende des geneigten Bodens (18) zumindest eine Durchgangsöffnung (19) vorgesehen ist, die dazu geeignet ist, das Innere des Behälters (11) mit dem Äußeren in Verbindung zu bringen.
  2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Einkerbungen (17) aufeinanderfolgend ringförmig nahe dem Rand des Deckels (12) angeordnet sind und eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige prismatische Form und ein Kurvenprofil aufweisen.
  3. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Neigung des Bodens (18) jeder Einkerbung (17) zwischen 10° und 45° liegt.
  4. Kapsel nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei jede Öffnung (19) des Deckels (12) eine Fläche aufweist, die zwischen 0,3 mm2 und 2 mm2 liegt.
  5. Kapsel nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei auf dem Boden (14) des Behälters (11) eine oder mehrere Durchgangsöffnungen (16) für die Ausgabe des Getränks aus dem Boden (14) des Behälters (11) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5, wobei auf dem Boden (14) des Behälters (11) eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen (16) nahe beieinander vorgesehen sind.
  7. Kapsel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei für die Zubereitung von türkischem Kaffee jede Öffnung (16) des Bodens (14) eine Fläche aufweist, die zwischen 0,25 mm2 und 2,5 mm2 liegt.
  8. Kapsel nach einem der Ansprüche 5, 6, 7, wobei die Öffnungen (16) die Fläche des Bodens (14) gemäß einem Prozentsatz belegen, der zwischen 30 % und 60 % liegt.
  9. Verfahren für die Zubereitung von türkischem Kaffee mittels einer Kaffeepulver enthaltenden Kapsel (10) nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, wobei:
    - unter Druck gesetztes heißes Wasser in die Kapsel (10) eingeleitet wird,
    - ein Wasserwirbelpfad innerhalb der Kapsel (10) von dem Deckel (12) bis zu dem Boden (14) des Behälters (11) verursacht wird,
    - das heiße Wasser mit dem Kaffeepulver außerhalb der Kapsel (10) durch den Boden (14) des Behälters (11) an dem Ende des Wirbelpfades des Wassers in der Kapsel (10) ausgegeben wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Wassertemperatur zwischen 90 °C und 95 °C liegt und der Wasserdruck etwa 9 bar beträgt.
