Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Büro-, Arbeits- und Freizeitstuhl, welcher einen wesentlich verbesserten Sitzkomfort bietet, insbesondere für andauernde Sitzperioden, indem er die auf ihm sitzende Person mittels funktioneller und anwenderdefinierter pneumatisch aktivierter Mechanik zu passiv ausgelösten, unterschwelligen Bewegungen anregt. Sitzt sie einmal in einer ihr als bequem empfundenen Stellung, wird sie es nicht riskieren, diese Stellung zu ändern, und in eine unbequemere Stellung überzugehen. Ausserdem kommt in ihr ein solcher Gedanke angesichts ihrer Arbeitstätigkeit gar nicht auf. Diese Einrichtung 6 besteht aus einer Bodenplatte 28, in welcher im gezeigten Beispiel vier radial verlaufende Nuten 11 ausgenommen sind, sowie einer Deckplatte 27, in welcher vis-à-vis der Nuten 11 in der Bodenplatte 28 ebenfalls solche Nuten 11 ausgenommen sind. Diese Nuten 11 sind Fahrnuten für Federelemente 7, welche auf Rollen innerhalb dieser Nuten 11 gegen innen, zum Zentrum der Boden- 28 und Deckplatte 27 sowie gegen aussen verfahrbar sind. Die Deckplatte 27 kann dank dieser Federelemente 7 auf der Bodenplatte 28 eine Taumelbewegung ausführen, sich also in jeder Richtung neigen. Das Verschieben bzw. das Rollen der Federelemente 7 in den Nuten 11 erfolgt mittels eines push-pull Kabels mit seinen zwei Kabeln 31,32, welches von der auf dem Büro-, Arbeits- und Freizeitstuhl sitzenden Person mittels eines Hebels, eines Verstellrades oder eines Drehgriffs an der Armlehne betätigt werden kann. Ein push-pull Kabelzug bietet den Vorteil, dass damit entfernt etwas durch Ziehen oder Stossen betätigt werden kann, und ausserdem kann jede Einstelllage arretiert werden. Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn dieser Hebel oberhalb der Sitzfläche angeordnet ist. Aber eine Anordnung unterhalb der Sitzfläche ist selbstverständlich auch möglich. Anstelle eines push-pull Kabels mit jeweils zwei Kabeln 31,32 kann auch ein Bowdenzug treten. Sein Kabel 12 zieht dann die Federelemente 7 gegen das Zentrum hin, während die Federelemente 7 stets mittels auf der Bodenplatte 28 angeordneter Zugfedern 8 nach aussen an die Peripherie gezogen werden. Die Verbindungskabel zwischen der Aussenseite der Federelemente 7 und den Zugfedern 8 führen über eine oder mehrere Umlenkrollen 35. Je näher sich die Federelemente 7 am Zentrum der Boden- und Deckplatte befinden, umso leichter lässt sich die Deckplatte 27 gegenüber der Bodenplatte 28 taumeln, und je weiter aussen an der Peripherie sie sich befinden, umso zäher lässt sie sich taumeln. In einer Ausführung, in welcher jedes Federelement 7 individuell verschiebbar ist, können beliebige Charakteristika der Taumelfähigkeit eingestellt werden, sodass etwa das Taumeln gegen hinten leichter erfolgt als gegen vorne etc. Als Variante zu diesen Verstellmöglichkeiten lässt sich auch eine hydraulische oder pneumatische Verstellung realisieren. Hydraulische Leitungen oder aber pneumatische Schlauchleitungen führen zu kleinen Kolben-Zylindereinheiten, welche die Federelemente durch Ein- oder Ausfahren des Kolbens verschieben. Schliesslich ist auch eine elektrische Variante ausführbar, wonach die push-pull-Kabel von Elektromotoren auf Knopfdruck hin betätigt werden können. Hierfür braucht es dann allerdings eine Batterie als Energiespeicher.This
Oben auf die Deckplatte 27 wird die Sitzauflage 19 unverrückbar aufgesetzt, welche das eigentliche Sitzkissen bildet. Die Sitzauflage 19 bzw. deren unterste Auflageplatte 65 weist hierzu unten eine Ausnehmung auf, die passgenau auf die Deckplatte 27 aufsetzbar ist und mit derselben von unten verschraubbar ist. Weiter ist die Sitzauflage 19 laminatartig aus zwei oder mehr Schichten aufgebaut und umfasst von unten her eine Auflageplatte 65, gefolgt von einer unteren Auflageschicht 64, die aus einem weichelastischen Material besteht, und auf der eine obere Auflageschicht 20 liegt, die härter als die untere Auflageschicht 64 ausgeführt ist. Als wichtig erweist sich, dass nach oben eine härtere Schicht einer weicheren folgt, wenngleich zuoberst auch wieder eine weichere vorhanden sein kann. Seitlich an der Interface-Platte 5 oder an der Stütze 2 sind in herkömmlicher Manier höhenverstellbare Armlehnen 24 befestigt. Als Besonderheit sind an den Armlehnen 24 mehrere Griffhebel 26 angeordnet. Sie dienen zum Verstellen und Einstellen verschiedener Funktionen dieses speziellen Stuhls. Wie mit den Pfeilen über der Sitzfläche 19 angedeutet, lässt diese in den angezeigten Richtungen bzw. einer überlagernd in allen Richtungen Taumelbewegungen zu. Die Taumelfähigkeit, ihre Weichheit oder Härte sowie die Taumelwege lassen sich einstellen. Das ist allein schon deshalb sehr wichtig, weil Personen sehr unterschiedlichen Gewichts den Stuhl benützen können müssen, ob eine Dame mit 45kg Körpergewicht oder ein Herr mit satten 150kg Körpergewicht oder noch mehr. Für eine schwere Person wird man härtere Federn einsetzen als für eine leichte Person. Durch Betätigung der verschiedenen push-pull Kabel oder Bowdenzüge können zugehörige, hier strichliniert angedeutete Kabel 12 oder Kabelpaare unter Zug bzw. Druck gesetzt werden, welche damit die Federelemente 7 zwischen der Boden- und Deckplatte verschieben, sowie die Höhenverstellung der Stütze 2 erlauben und auch die Verstellung der Neigung der Rückenlehne 22. Die Rückenlehne 22 ist an der Interface-Platte 5 oder an der Stütze 2 federbelastet schwenkbar befestigt, in herkömmlicher Manier. Insgesamt können mit den push-pull Kabeln 31,32 oder mit den Bowdenzügen 12 oder auch mit hydraulischen, pneumatischen oder elektrischen Mitteln folgende Einstellungen oder Verstellungen vorgenommen werden:

- Office, work and leisure chair according to claim 1 characterised in that the base panel (28) is provided with grooves (11) and the spring elements (7) are each formed of at least one elastic elastomer roller (18) each rolling in a groove (11) of the base panel (28) and on which displacement panel (30) lies, which can be displaced in both direction by means of cables (31, 32) of a push-pull cable so that it rolls on the elastomer roller (18).

- Office, work and leisure chair according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that its wobble-capable seat cover (19) or cover panel (27) has a receiving slit for the horizontal insertion of a smartphone with an app pertaining to this office, work and leisure chair for recording the sitting behaviour of a person sitting on the retrofit kit in that the wobble movements are recordable over time by the smartphone and capable of being evaluated and displayed and wirelessly outputted by the app.
- Office, work and leisure chair according to any one of the preceding claims characterised in that the seat cover (19) comprises a two or multiple layer, laminate-like layer structure wherein a lower support layer (64) is of a soft elastic design and an upper support layer (20) is harder and in that the upper cover panel (27) is able to be turned relative to the lower cover panel (28) and the upper end of the spring element (7) is able to be turned relative to the lower end and in that the course of the grooves (11) for the spring elements (7) is such that the turning of the cover panels (27, 28) relative to each other brings about a displacement of the spring element (7) in the grooves (11) so that the wobble characteristics of the chair is changeable solely through turning the seat cover (19).
- Retrofit kit for mounting or placing on the non-wobble-capable seat surface of a conventional chair or any seat surface to bring about subliminal movements of the person sitting on the retrofit kit, characterised in that the retrofit kit comprises a seat cover (19) capable of wobbling in that it sits on a cover panel (27) which rests on a plurality of spring elements (7) which are each borne so as to be displaceable radially, obliquely in relation to the radial or helically from the centre of the base panel (28) to the periphery of the base panel (28), said spring elements (7) being mechanically, hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically displaceable in position outwards or inwards, so that the wobble distance of the seat cover (19) and the attenuation of the wobble movement can be varied.

- Retrofit kit according to claim 9 characterised in that in the base panel (28) and the cover panel (27) lying above it are grooves (11) in which sliding elements with built-in pressures springs are borne in a displaceable manner on slide rails and are displaceable by at least one push-pull cable or Bowden cable, the operating lever (26) of which is operable while sitting in the office, work and leisure chair.
- Retrofit kit according to claim 9 characterised in that the upper cover panel (27) is twistable relative to the lower cover panel (28) and the upper end of the spring element (7) is twistable turned relative to the lower end and in that the course of the grooves (11) for the spring elements (7) is such that the twisting of the cover panels (27, 28) relative to each other brings about a displacement of the spring element (7) in the grooves (11) so that the wobble characteristics of the chair are changeable solely through turning the seat cover (19).
- Retrofit kit according to any one of claims 9 to 14 characterised in that on its underside the base panel (28) has a circumferential, downward projecting, apron-like frame, the interior of which is filled with a foam mass, which can be hardened though the supply of heat, for moulded adaptation to the seat surface contour of the seat surface of a conventional office, work and leisure chair.
- Retrofit kit according to any one of claims 9 to 15 characterised in that in its seat cover (19) or cover panel (27) it has a receiving slit for the horizontal insertion of a smartphone with an app pertaining to this retrofit kit for recording the sitting behaviour of a person sitting on the retrofit kit in that the wobble movements is recordable over time by the smartphone and is capable of being be evaluated and displayed and wirelessly outputted by the app.
