Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Büro-, Arbeits- und Freizeitstuhl, welcher einen wesentlich verbesserten Sitzkomfort bietet, insbesondere für andauernde Sitzperioden, indem er die auf ihm sitzende Person mittels funktioneller und anwenderdefinierter pneumatisch aktivierter Mechanik zu passiv ausgelösten, unterschwelligen Bewegungen anregt. In Deutschland zählt man auf die ca. 80 Mio. Einwohner insgesamt 4 Milliarden Stühle, das heisst, es kommen auf einen Einwohner ca. 50 Stühle. Das Gesäss und der Rücken der sitzenden Person werden auf einem solchen Stuhl kaum bewegt, was der Durchblutung und nicht zuletzt auch dem Wohlbefinden abträglich ist. Die Bürostühle sind ausserdem mit Rückenlehnen ausgerüstet, und oftmals auch mit Armlehnen. Die Methodik dieses Systems ist ähnlich zu derjenigen aus [0005] konzipiert, mit einer Tragstruktur, einer Bewegungssteuerungseinheit und einer Sitzunterlage. Durch den Vorrichtungsaufbau sind zwei senkrecht aufeinander stehende Achsen gegeben, um welche die Sitzunterlage drehbar gelagert ist. Um diese Bewegungen zu dämpfen, wird wiederum eine Vorrichtung zur Dämpfung angegeben, die aus einem ringförmigen, aufblasbaren Element besteht. Sitzt sie einmal in einer ihr als bequem empfundenen Stellung, wird sie es nicht riskieren, diese Stellung zu ändern, und in eine unbequemere Stellung überzugehen. Ausserdem kommt in ihr ein solcher Gedanke angesichts ihrer Arbeitstätigkeit gar nicht auf. Retrofit kit according to claim 9 characterised in that in the base panel (28) and the cover panel (27) lying above it are grooves (11) in which sliding elements with built-in pressures springs are borne in a displaceable manner on slide rails and are displaceable by at least one push-pull cable or Bowden cable, the operating lever (26) of which is operable while sitting in the office, work and leisure chair.
  14. Retrofit kit according to claim 9 characterised in that the upper cover panel (27) is twistable relative to the lower cover panel (28) and the upper end of the spring element (7) is twistable turned relative to the lower end and in that the course of the grooves (11) for the spring elements (7) is such that the twisting of the cover panels (27, 28) relative to each other brings about a displacement of the spring element (7) in the grooves (11) so that the wobble characteristics of the chair are changeable solely through turning the seat cover (19).
  15. Retrofit kit according to any one of claims 9 to 14 characterised in that on its underside the base panel (28) has a circumferential, downward projecting, apron-like frame, the interior of which is filled with a foam mass, which can be hardened though the supply of heat, for moulded adaptation to the seat surface contour of the seat surface of a conventional office, work and leisure chair.
  16. Retrofit kit according to any one of claims 9 to 15 characterised in that in its seat cover (19) or cover panel (27) it has a receiving slit for the horizontal insertion of a smartphone with an app pertaining to this retrofit kit for recording the sitting behaviour of a person sitting on the retrofit kit in that the wobble movements is recordable over time by the smartphone and is capable of being be evaluated and displayed and wirelessly outputted by the app.
  17. Retrofit kit according to any one of claims 9 to 16 characterised in that the seat cover (19) comprises a one or multiple layer, laminate-like, layer structure, the lower support layer of which is of a soft elastic design and an upper support layer is harder.
