This invention is related to the system that prevents sagging on the bellow which is close to the vehicle door of the bellow that helps carrying with side fixing and tarp of all the load when the vehicle corners or vehicle moving that is used in tractors, semi-tractors and trucks in freight shipment. Today, rubber ropes that are attached to the bellow type tarp that is used on tractors-semi-tractors and trucks that have side covers and frame lifting system. But when the vehicle corners, it is subjected to the lateral load which appears due to the lateral acceleration and these rubbers doesn't prevent bellow type tarp to get slack and it endangers the safe carrying of the load. With the duty free bellow type tarp stretching system which is the subject of invention, folded part (bellow) of the side tarp which is close to the vehicle door in tractors, semi-tractors and truck that have covered and frame lifting system, the vehicles become load bearing. Even if the load on the cornering vehicle with this system lean against the tarp, since there is no loosening in the curtain system, safety of the load is ensured. Tarp stretching system (11) to be used in tractor, semi tractor(t) and trucks consist of lateral tarp (2), Buckle spanset stretching equipment (3), mountable stretching bracket (4), cover (5), cover duty hook (6), fasteners (7), folded part of the tarp (8), stretching belt (9) and integrated bracket (10).

Description

Duty-free Bellow Type Tarp Scretching System DESCRIPTION Technical field concerning the invention:
This invention is related to the system that prevents sagging on the bellow which is close to the vehicle door of the bellow that helps carrying with side fixing and tarp of all the load when the vehicle corners or vehicle moving that is used in tractors, semi- tractors and trucks in freight shipment.
Known state of the technique:
Today, rubber ropes that are attached to the bellow type tarp that is used on tractors- semi-tractors and trucks that have side covers and frame lifting system. But when the vehicle corners, it is subjected to the lateral load which appears due to the lateral acceleration and these rubbers doesn't prevent bellow type tarp to get slack and it endangers the safe carrying of the load. Therefore, there is no conformity with load safety standards. Loose fixation of the load causes the load to slip depending on the positive, negative and lateral acceleration of the vehicle while vehicle moving. In this case, the load carried in vehicle can fall so to constitute a danger in the ongoing traffic, can splatter around and/or rolling over the vehicle.
Technical problems that the invention intends to solve:
With the duty free bellow type tarp stretching system which is the subject of invention, folded part (bellow) of the side tarp which is close to the vehicle door in tractors, semi- tractors and truck that have covered and frame lifting system, the vehicles become load bearing. Even if the load on the cornering vehicle with this system lean against the tarp, since there is no loosening in the curtain system, safety of the load is ensured. The system which is the subject of the invention, ensures the load safety conditions on when the stretching bracket is integrated or connected with a bracket that can be mounted later.

New duty-free bellow type tarp stretching system (1 1 ) to be used in tractor, semi tractor(1 ) and trucks consist of lateral tarp(2), Buckle spanset stretching equipment(3), mountable stretching bracket (4), cover (5), cover duty hook (6), fasteners (7), folded part of the tarp (8), stretching belt (9) and integrated bracket (10).
Buckle spanset equipment (3) is fixed on the stretching belt (9) of the lateral tarp (2) that is inside of the vehicle with fasteners (7). After the lateral tarp (2) is covered, buckle spanset stretching equipment (3) is connected to the mountable stretching belt (4) that can be mounted later on the integrated bracket (10) on the cover or cover (5) This process is done for all the buckle spanset stretching equipment (3) on the vehicle lateral tarps, cover (5) and mountable stretching brackets (4). Thanks to this system, folded part (8) of the tarp doesn't get slacken even if the inside of the vehicle is exposed to load and safety of the load is ensured.

The invention is duty-free bellow type tarp stretching system (1 1 ) to be used in tractor, semi tractor(1 ) and trucks consist of lateral tarp(2), Buckle spanset stretching equipment(3), mountable stretching bracket (4), cover (5), cover duty hook (6), fasteners (7), folded part of the tarp (8), stretching belt (9) and integrated bracket (10).
2. It is like duty free bellow tarp stretching system (1 1 ) like in Claim 1 and its characteristic is that it consists of duty free bellow type tarp stretching system (1 1 ) that is used to prevent the folded part (8) of the tarp which is near the vehicle door (5) of lateral tarp (2).
