Claims (6)

  1. Einrichtung (10), geeignet zur Dampffixierung und -Veredelung von textilen Gegenständen, die bewegbar entlang einer Arbeitsstrecke (22) in einer Dampfkammer (18) von Formen (19) getragen werden, umfassend:
    erste und zweite Schalenteile (11, 12), die zugewandte Oberflächen (13, 14) aufweisen, die eine ebene Dampfkammer (18) definieren;
    wobei mindestens eines der Schalenteile (11, 12) zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position und einer vorgeschobenen Position bezüglich des anderen Schalenteils bewegbar ist;
    Betätigungsmittel zum Bewegen mindestens eines der Schalenteile (11, 12) zwischen der zurückgezogenen Position und der vorgeschobenen Position zum Öffnen bzw. Schließen der Dampfkammer (18); und
    eine Dampfzuführungsleitung (20) zum Zuführen von mit Druck beaufschlagtem Dampf zur Fixierung und Veredelung der textilen Gegenstände auf den Tragformen (19) in der geschlossenen Dampfkammer (18);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jedes der ersten und zweiten Schalenteile (11, 12) einstückig mit einem nichtmetallischen Wärmeisolierungsmaterial ausgebildet und gefertigt ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalenteile (11, 12) aus einem Fasermaterial und einer Matrix eines wärmehärtbaren Harzes bestehen.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Schalenteile (11, 12) aus faserverstärktem wärmehärtbarem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalenteile (11, 12) aus einem Wärmeisolierungsmaterial hergestellt werden, das eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit gleich oder weniger als 5 W/mK bei 20°C aufweist.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalenteile (11, 12) aus einem Wärmeisolierungsmaterial hergestellt werden, das eine Wärmeleitfähigkeit im Bereich zwischen 5,00 W/mK und 0,20 W/mK bei 20°C aufweist.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Auslassleitung (21) zur Ausgabe des Dampfs aus der geschlossenen Dampfkammer (18) umfasst.
