Definitions
- the present invention relates to a heatable layer for heating the outer layer of means of transport, to methods for producing the heatable layer, to means of transport comprising the heatable layer and to the use of the heatable layer in means of transport.
- Such heating systems are based on an electric heater, typically one or more heating coils are integrated in the roof.
- Such heating systems have significant disadvantages. So there is no full-surface heating, but always only along the heating wire. This not only requires more energy, but is also susceptible to interference. Because if, for example, due to a defect, shock and / or cut a heating wire is severed, the heating is disturbed sustainable and usually large area.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a heating system for heating the outer layer of means of transport, in particular of larger vehicles such as trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, bus and / or car with which the desired surfaces can be heated over the entire surface and as evenly as possible.
- a heating system for heating the outer layer of means of transport, in particular of larger vehicles such as trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, bus and / or car with which the desired surfaces can be heated over the entire surface and as evenly as possible.
- it should be as little as possible prone to failure, i.
- the heating ability is not or only slightly neglected.
- the electrical current is efficiently transported along a conductor (4) along the entire extent of the conductor (4) and the current is also vertical to the conductor (4), for example the electrically conductive coating (6) from one conductor (4) to the other conductor (4) is transported.
- the coating (6) typically having an increased specific resistance p, the coating (6) heats up in a simple manner as well as without risk of control and safety, thereby melting overlying ice and / or snow.
- the entire surface comprising the coating (6) is heated and freed from the snow and ice over the entire surface and extremely evenly.
- the inventive heatable layer (1) also surprisingly has many other advantages. It is surprisingly resistant to disturbances, because if it is severely damaged, it will not break the whole circuit, but the current flows easily around the destroyed area and the heating ability of the heatable layer will not be affected. Moreover, it is surprisingly easy to incorporate the layer according to the invention - ie the heating system according to the invention - in a simple manner into existing vehicles.
- the heatable layer (1) is also characterized - in comparison to known systems - by a very low weight and low power consumption.
- a means of transport comprising the inventive heatable layer (1) or produced according to the invention Method and the use of the heatable layer (1) in means of transport, wherein the means of transport comprise ship, plane, cable car and / or vehicle, in particular road vehicle and rail vehicle.
- the heatable layer (1) according to the invention and the heatable layer (1) produced by the process according to the invention can surprisingly be used essentially in all means of transport, which could not be expected.
- the layer (1) according to the invention and the layer (1) produced according to the invention are not limited to flat surfaces, but can also be used, for example, on flexible substrates such as tarpaulins and / or sheets and on surfaces with shaped surfaces, which is often the case, for example, in airplanes is to be used.
- it can be configured in a simple manner so that the surface is accessible, which is particularly advantageous for the outdoor area of ships, which are traveling in frosty regions.
- the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) are the first layer (2) and the further layer (3)
- the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) of the heatable layer (1) according to the invention and the heatable layer (1) produced by the method according to the invention can be made of any suitable materials used in the covering of means of transport.
- Preferred, non-limiting examples include fiber composites, laminate, sheet, tarpaulin, glass, insulation material and / or a polymeric, electrically non-conductive coating.
- the insulating material is preferably used as an inner layer, ie as a layer which is arranged towards the inside of the means of transport
- the polymeric, electrically non-conductive coating is preferably used as the outer layer Layer, ie as a layer, which is arranged to the outside of the means of transport used.
- Fiber composite material is understood to mean a multiphase or mixed material which generally comprises two main components - a bedding matrix and reinforcing fibers.
- the matrix used is typically polymers, in particular duromers, thermosets, synthetic resins, polyester resins, epoxy resins, elastomers and thermoplastics such as polyamide.
- suitable fibers include glass fibers, carbon fibers, carbon fibers, ceramic fibers, aramid fibers, boron fibers, basalt fibers, metal fibers, steel fibers, natural fibers and / or nylon fibers.
- Suitable fiber composites are known in the art and commercially available.
- a particularly preferred class of fiber composites are glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP).
- laminate is understood to mean a material or a product which consists of two or more layers glued together in a flat manner.
- the layers can be made of the same or different materials.
- suitable laminates include wood laminate, high pressure laminate (HPL), continuous pressure laminate (CPL), laminate sails of high strength fibers which are fixed and protected by double sided films or fabric layers, textile laminate, steel laminate, fiber reinforced plastic laminate such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic and / or or glass fiber reinforced plastic laminate.
- Suitable laminates are known to the person skilled in the art and are commercially available. Preference is given, for example, fiber-reinforced plastic laminate, glass fiber reinforced plastic laminates, ie so-called GFRP laminates, are very particularly preferred.
- Suitable metals are aluminum, steel, iron, and / or brass and metal alloys. Suitable sheets are known in the art and commercially available.
- tarpaulin also called Blache, Blahe or Plache
- a cover in particular a textile and / or plastic cover whose edge is reinforced by a so-called piping.
- Suitable tarpaulins are known to those skilled in the art and are commercially available.
- Suitable tarpaulins are, for example, so-called truck tarpaulins.
- thermal insulation materials such as wood, rock wool, plastic honeycomb and / or foamed polymers such as polyurethane (PU, PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR), expanded polystyrene (EPS) and / or extruded polystyrene (XPS).
- foamed polymers such as polyurethane (PU, PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR), expanded polystyrene (EPS) and / or extruded polystyrene (XPS).
- PU polyurethane
- PUR polyisocyanurate
- EPS expanded polystyrene
- XPS extruded polystyrene
- foam core can be coated on one side, in particular on the side opposite the coating (6) and the conductors (4), for example with a fiber composite material, glass fiber composite material, laminate and / or sheet metal.
- Suitable insulation materials are known to the person skilled in the art and are commercially available. Preference is given to foamed poly
- polymeric, electrically nonconductive coating is understood as meaning in particular coatings based on a polymeric matrix such as, for example, coatings, coatings, adhesives and / or plastisols.
- electrically non-conductive coatings have a resistivity p of the coating of greater than 10 9 ⁇ m, in particular greater than 10 10 ⁇ m, measured in dried state at 20 ° C.
- Such coatings are typically applied as a low, medium or high viscosity mass and cured. They are known to the expert and available from specialist dealers.
- the further layer (3) comprises such a polymer, electrically non-conductive coating, the coating (6), the conductors (4) and optionally the sensors (7) and / or the timer can be covered directly with this layer (3) no additional adhesive (8) is necessary.
- the further layer (3) comprises a rather rigid layer such as a fiber composite material, a laminate and / or a metal sheet or a non-adhesive layer such as a tarpaulin, it is often advantageous if the layer (3) is typically treated with a commercially available adhesive (8 ) is connected to the coating (6), the conductors (4), optionally the sensors (7), the timer or the layer (2).
- a commercially available adhesive (8 ) is connected to the coating (6), the conductors (4), optionally the sensors (7), the timer or the layer (2).
- the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) of the heatable layer (1) according to the invention and the heatable layer (1) produced by the method according to the invention are typically glued together with an adhesive (8) such that the applied coating (6) and the conductors (4) come to lie between the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) and the coating (6) and the conductors (4) are in contact with each other.
- the heatable layer 1 becomes a sandwich plate with the coating 6 and the conductors 4 between the layers 2 and 3. It is often helpful if the layers (2, 3) are pressed together with pressure and / or vacuum.
- electrically conductive conductor (4) also called conductor (4) for short, all conductors (4, 4a, 4b) are included, regardless of the exact location where they are located.

Description
The present invention relates to a heatable layer for heating the outer layer of means of transport, to methods for producing the heatable layer, to means of transport comprising the heatable layer and to the use of the heatable layer in means of transport.
In countries and regions where icy temperatures occur in winter and snow may fall, it can be problematic when, for example, during or after snowfall, there are large amounts of snow on the roofs of vehicles, such as road vehicles. Because if the snow is not cleared away before driving, it can be suddenly blown away while driving and / or slip away. As a result, the visibility of subsequent vehicles can be suddenly and unexpectedly severely restricted, which can lead to accidents. That is why the law in these countries generally requires that snow and ice - especially road vehicles - be removed before driving.
However, the removal of snow and ice is extremely expensive especially for larger vehicles such as trucks, truck trailers, semi-trailers, bus and car without appropriate means. So it may happen that, for example, at company sites special scaffolding are built, of which often before the ride several people rid the vehicles of the snow. This costs valuable time and leads to delays.
For this reason, a variety of heating systems are proposed with which in particular the roofs of such vehicles can be heated. This allows a much faster removal of snow and ice.
Such heating systems are based on an electric heater, typically one or more heating coils are integrated in the roof. However, such heating systems have significant disadvantages. So there is no full-surface heating, but always only along the heating wire. This not only requires more energy, but is also susceptible to interference. Because if, for example, due to a defect, shock and / or cut a heating wire is severed, the heating is disturbed sustainable and usually large area.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a heating system for heating the outer layer of means of transport, in particular of larger vehicles such as trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, bus and / or car with which the desired surfaces can be heated over the entire surface and as evenly as possible. In addition, it should be as little as possible prone to failure, i. Also, for example, in a strong local damage to the heated layer, the heating ability is not or only slightly neglected. In addition, it should be possible to install the heating system in a simple manner in existing vehicles.
- a) a first layer (2) which preferably comprises a fiber composite material, a laminate, a metal sheet, a tarpaulin, glass, and / or an insulation material, in particular a thermal insulation material,
- b) a further layer (3), which preferably comprises a fiber composite material, a laminate, a metal sheet, a tarpaulin, glass, and / or a polymeric, electrically non-conductive coating, and
- c) between the first (2) and the further (3) layer at least two electrically conductive conductor (4), wherein the conductors (4), optionally via a control unit (5) connected to a power supply and preferably arranged substantially parallel to each other are,
With the present invention - surprisingly and unpredictably to those skilled in the art - it is found that the electrical current is efficiently transported along a conductor (4) along the entire extent of the conductor (4) and the current is also vertical to the conductor (4), for example the electrically conductive coating (6) from one conductor (4) to the other conductor (4) is transported. As a result of the coating (6) typically having an increased specific resistance p, the coating (6) heats up in a simple manner as well as without risk of control and safety, thereby melting overlying ice and / or snow. As a result, the entire surface comprising the coating (6) is heated and freed from the snow and ice over the entire surface and extremely evenly.
The inventive heatable layer (1) also surprisingly has many other advantages. The heatable layer (1) is also characterized - in comparison to known systems - by a very low weight and low power consumption.
- a) the coating (6) is applied to the first and / or further layer (2, 3) and optionally dried,
- b) at least two conductors (4, 4a, 4b) are laid on the first and / or further layer (2, 3) and / or on the applied and optionally dried coating (6) and optionally fixed,
- c) optionally at least one timer and / or at least one sensor (7) via the control unit (5) connected to at least one conductor (4),
- d) the first and the further layer (2, 3) are brought into contact with each other and optionally glued together with an adhesive (8) such that the applied coating (6) and the conductors (4) between the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) come to rest and the coating (6) and the conductors (4) are in contact, and
- e) the conductors (4) before, during and / or subsequently, optionally via a control unit (5) are connected to the power supply.
Surprisingly, it has been found that the process for producing the heatable layer (1) according to the invention is remarkably simple and efficient despite its many advantages. In addition, the error rate in the production is extremely low.

The heatable layer (1) according to the invention and the heatable layer (1) produced by the process according to the invention can surprisingly be used essentially in all means of transport, which could not be expected. Thus, the layer (1) according to the invention and the layer (1) produced according to the invention are not limited to flat surfaces, but can also be used, for example, on flexible substrates such as tarpaulins and / or sheets and on surfaces with shaped surfaces, which is often the case, for example, in airplanes is to be used. In addition, it can be configured in a simple manner so that the surface is accessible, which is particularly advantageous for the outdoor area of ships, which are traveling in frosty regions.

According to the invention, electrically non-conductive coatings have a resistivity p of the coating of greater than 10 9 μΩm, in particular greater than 10 10 μΩm, measured in dried state at 20 ° C. Such coatings are typically applied as a low, medium or high viscosity mass and cured. They are known to the expert and available from specialist dealers.
If the further layer (3) comprises such a polymer, electrically non-conductive coating, the coating (6), the conductors (4) and optionally the sensors (7) and / or the timer can be covered directly with this layer (3) no additional adhesive (8) is necessary.
If the further layer (3) comprises a rather rigid layer such as a fiber composite material, a laminate and / or a metal sheet or a non-adhesive layer such as a tarpaulin, it is often advantageous if the layer (3) is typically treated with a commercially available adhesive (8 ) is connected to the coating (6), the conductors (4), optionally the sensors (7), the timer or the layer (2).
With electrically conductive conductor (4), also called conductor (4) for short, all conductors (4, 4a, 4b) are included, regardless of the exact location where they are located.

Ein sehr bevorzugter Leiter ist Kupfer.Suitable electrical conductors (4) conduct the electrical current very well. Such conductors (4) are known in the art and commercially available. They typically have a resistivity p of 10 μΩm or less, preferably 1 μΩm or less, especially 0.1 μΩm or less, measured at 20 ° C. Non-limiting examples of suitable conductors (4) include copper, silver, carbon, aluminum, gold, zinc, nickel, brass, iron, platinum, tin, lead, tungsten, stainless steel and alloys based on at least one of said metals such as nickel-chromium alloy. A very preferred conductor is copper.

The width of the electrical conductor (4) is advantageously between 0.005 mm and 20 cm, preferably between 0.01 mm and 15 cm and in particular between 0.02 mm and 10 cm. Suitable electrical conductors (4) are known in the art and commercially available.
Often it is advantageous if the ladder (4) in the direction of travel of the means of transport, or perpendicular thereto, for example, when used as the first layer (2) and / or as a further layer (3) tarpaulins are arranged.
If more than two conductors (4) are used, zones develop between the individual conductors, which can be controlled differently from one another with suitable control. Electrically conductive adhesives and electrically conductive films (9), such as copper foil, aluminum foil, silicone foil, electrically conductive polymer film and / or electrically conductive adhesive tape, are known to the person skilled in the art and are commercially available.
Other suitable power supplies include, for example, engines and generators of towing vehicles, built-in means of transport heating and cooling devices and batteries and / or accumulators.
The electrically conductive coating (6) connects, optionally via an electrically conductive adhesive and / or a foil (9), as advantageously an electrically conductive foil (9), the at least two conductors (4) together. The coating (6) is typically applied to the first layer (2) and / or to the further layer (3). Due to the composition, the coating (6) typically adheres to the layer (2, 3) on which it is applied. If this is not the case - or in addition - the coating (6) with an adhesive (8) on the substrate, for example, on the first layer (2) and / or on the further layer (3), are glued.
The electrically conductive coating (6) preferably comprises a polymeric matrix and electrically conductive particles. Coatings, coatings, adhesives and / or plastisols are particularly suitable as the polymeric matrix. The polymeric matrix can be based on a 1-component, 2-component or multi-component formulation and / or water-based, solvent-based or in the form of a hot-melt adhesive. Thus, the matrix in the form of an emulsion, dispersion, suspension, a solution polymer or Hot melt adhesives are applied and for example be based on acrylates, polyacrylates, polyurethane, epoxy / hardener system and / or polyester. Suitable non-limiting electrically conductive particles include metals, in particular metals based on metals such as silver, gold, aluminum, copper, zinc, brass, iron, platinum, tin and / or lead, metal alloys based on these metals, and / or carbon such as carbon, graphite and / or carbon nanotubes. Suitable electrically conductive coatings (6) are known in the art and commercially available.
The specific resistance p of the coating (6) is between 0.1 μΩm and 10 9 μΩm, preferably between 1 μΩm and 10 8 μΩm, in particular between 10 μΩm and 10 7 μΩm, measured in a dried state at 20 ° C.
I gemäss Formel (I) berechnet:
Thus, with a constant resistivity p, the sheet resistance R is greater, the thinner the layer thickness d of the coating is.
The specific sheet resistance R of the applied and dried coating (6) is advantageously between 0.1 and 500 Ω, preferably between 0.5 and 100 Ω, in particular between 1 and 50 Ω, and very particularly preferably between 2 and 40 Ω.
Bei einer Schichtdicke d der getrockneten Beschichtung von beispielsweise 25 µm beträgt der spezifische Flächenwiderstand R etwa 8-12 Ω.If, for example, the dried coating (6) has a specific resistance p of 200 to 300 μΩm, the specific surface resistance R at a layer thickness d of the dried coating of, for example, 100 μm is approximately 2-3 Ω. With a layer thickness d of the dried coating of, for example, 25 μm, the sheet resistivity R is about 8-12 Ω.
The sensors (7) can in principle be arranged at any desired location of the heatable layer (1) and / or at another location of the means of transport. For certain sensors, however, it is helpful if they are arranged according to the function of the sensor (7) at a specific location. For example, surface temperature sensors and / or snow sensors are arranged in the heatable layer (1) and / or in the vicinity thereof.

As a result, the means of transport need not first be time-consuming freed of snow and / or ice before commissioning. The timer can be arranged at any location of the heatable layer (1), within the control unit (5) and / or at another location of the means of transport.
With the adhesive (8), the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) can be interconnected, wherein the conductors (4), the coating (6) and optionally the sensors (7), the timer and any other components between the layers (2) and (3) are arranged.
In addition, the adhesive (8) for fixing the coating (6) on the layer (2) and / or (3) can be used. The adhesive (8) used for this may be the same adhesive (8) as that for bonding the Layers (2) and (3). However, it is also possible to use another adhesive (8).
Suitable adhesives (8) are known to the person skilled in the art and are commercially available. They may, for example, be based on a 1-component, 2-component or multi-component formulation and / or be water-based, solvent-based or in the form of a hotmelt adhesive. The adhesives (8) can be applied in the form of an emulsion, dispersion, suspension, a solution polymer or hot melt adhesive. Suitable adhesives (8) are typically based on acrylates, polyacrylates, polyurethane, epoxy / hardener system and / or polyester. The heatable layer (1) according to the invention can be produced in various ways, in particular by the process according to the invention.
Thus, the coating (6) can be applied to the first layer (2) and / or to the further layer (3). The application of the coating (6) can take place over the entire surface or only between the conductors (4) - or between the conductors (4) provided for the tracks.
Alternatively, or additionally, the at least two conductors (4, 4a, 4b) can be placed on the applied and optionally dried coating (6) and, if necessary, fixed. The coating (6) and the conductors (4) can be applied to the same layer (2, 3). Alternatively, the Coating (6), for example, on the layer (2) or (3) and the conductors (4) on the other layer, ie on the layer (3) or (2) are attached. In the method according to the invention, the conductors (4) are brought into contact with the coating (6). Thus, the conductors (4) preferably a) embedded directly into the electrically conductive coating (6), b) glued with an electrically conductive adhesive to the coating (6), and / or c) with a film (9), in particular with an electrically conductive film (9) to be brought into contact with the coating (6).
If a polymeric, electrically non-conductive coating is used as the further layer (3), then the coating (6), the conductors (4) and optionally the sensors (7) and / or the timer without adhesive (8) can be used directly with the Layer (3) are covered.
If the further layer (3) comprises, for example, a fiber composite material, a laminate, a metal sheet and / or a tarpaulin, the layer (3) is advantageously provided with a commercially available adhesive (8) with the coating (6), the conductors (4) the sensors (7) and / or the timer, as well as the layer (2) glued so that the applied coating (6) and the conductors (4) between the first layer (2) and the further layer (3) come to rest and the coating (6) and the conductors (4) are in contact with each other. It is often helpful if the layers (2, 3) are pressed together with pressure and / or vacuum. In addition, the conductors (4) before, during and / or subsequently, optionally via a control unit (5), connected to the power supply.
The heatable layer (1) according to the invention and the heatable layer (1) produced according to the invention are outstandingly suitable for heating layers, in particular outer layers, of means of transport.
The term means of transport within the meaning of the present invention is very broad and includes in particular ships, aircraft, cable cars and / or vehicles, especially road vehicles and rail vehicles. Non-limiting examples of suitable road vehicles include trucks, truck trailers, tractor and / or semitrailer, collectively called tractor-trailer, vehicle with box body, vans, trucks, bus, car, passenger cars and / or agricultural vehicles such as tractors and any type of trailer. Non-limiting examples of suitable rail vehicles include trains, locomotives, wagons, mountain railways and / or trams.
In the means of transport, the heatable layer (1) according to the invention advantageously comprises the roof, or a part thereof, and / or the floor, in particular the floor in the interior and / or exterior of the means of transport, or a part thereof. In particular, in cable cars, vehicles, road vehicles and rail vehicles, at least a part of the roof is preferably equipped with the layer (1). In the case of rail vehicles and ships, the floor is also preferably equipped with the layer (1). For example, the layer (1) can be used in trains, especially in locomotives and / or passenger cars, as a heater for floors. And the layer (1) is used for example as a floor in the outer area of ships - especially in ships in frosty regions run - the ice formation on the ground can be efficiently reduced or even completely avoided.
For aircraft, the heatable layer (1) may include, for example, the leading edge of the wing, the wing profile, or a portion thereof, propeller, rudder, and / or the fuselage.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- Fig. 4
- Fig. 5
- zeigt schematisch analog
- Fig. 1
- schematically shows the structure of a box body of a truck or. a semi-trailer. The upper region, ie the plank, is equipped with the heatable layer (1) according to the invention, wherein the further layer (3) is not shown. The coating (6) covers the first layer (2, not shown). On the coating (6), the conductors (4) are arranged virtually along the entire length of the box body. A first conductor (4a) extends substantially parallel along an edge of the layer (1), ie typically along an edge of the upper portion of the box body. The second conductor (4b) runs along the edge which is opposite, ie vis-a-vis, the first edge. In between, another conductor (4) is shown by way of example. As a result, the layer (1) is subdivided into two areas, which may optionally be heated differently. Between the ladders (4) are in
Fig. 1 two sensors (7) attached, wherein at least one of the sensors (7) is a temperature sensor, in particular in surface temperature sensor. At the front of the box body another sensor (7), such as a rain sensor, is shown. Also located inFig. 1 also on the front of the box body, the optional control unit (5), which is connected to a power supply (not shown). The conductors (4) and the sensors (7) are typically also connected to the control unit (5). The corresponding cabling is inFig. 1 not shown. - Fig. 2
- schematically shows the heatable layer (1) of a box body of a truck or. a semitrailer from above, wherein the further layer (3) is not shown. Analogous
Fig. 1 the coating (6) covers the first layer (2, not shown), wherein on the coating (6) different conductors (4, 4a, 4b) are mounted. In this arrangement, for example, two shorter conductors (4) are placed one behind the other to cover the entire length of the box body. In addition, a total of two times four parallel conductors (4) are appropriate. By this arrangement, a total of six different areas, which can be heated differently with a suitable control unit - optionally autonomously. This is for example particularly advantageous if, for example, during snowfall, a part of the means of transport is covered, while another part is snowed. Between the conductors (4) a plurality of sensors (7) are mounted, wherein at least one of the sensors (7) is a temperature sensor, in particular in surface temperature sensor. In an arrangement with different areas, as inFig. 2 It is advantageous if each area is equipped with a temperature sensor to indicate which area has to be heated. The wiring of the conductors (4) and sensors (7) are not shown. - Fig. 3
- schematically shows a cross section of an embodiment of the heatable layer (1). The first layer (2) comprises in this Arrangement of a thermal insulation material (thicker, dotted layer) and a thinner layer, such as a fiber composite material, a laminate and / or a sheet. In this arrangement, the coating (6, thick dotted line) was applied to the further layer (3), on which in turn various conductors (4, 4a, 4b) and sensors (7) are mounted. These are connected by way of example with an adhesive (8, continuous diamond pattern) to the layer (2).
- Fig. 4
- schematically shows a section of a cross section of the heatable layer (1). The first layer (2) in this arrangement comprises, for example, a thermal insulation material, a fiber composite material, a laminate and / or a metal sheet. On the layer (2), the coating (6) is attached. On this turn, there is a conductor (4), wherein the conductor (4) is in direct contact with the coating (6). As a further layer (3) a polymeric, electrically non-conductive coating (6) was selected instead of a rigid layer of fiber composite material, laminate or sheet. As a rule, it is applied as a low, medium or high viscosity mass and then cured. This saves the use of an additional adhesive (8) and also surrounds all protruding from the surface materials such as conductors (4) and / or sensor (7) optimally. By curing the mass, it then receives a great strength and hardness, but retains some flexibility.
- Fig. 5
- shows schematically analog
Fig. 4 a section of a cross section of the heatable layer (1). The first layer (2) in this arrangement comprises, for example, a thermal insulation material, a fiber composite material, a laminate and / or a metal sheet. On the layer (2) is the coating (6, thick dotted line) appropriate. In contrast toFig. 4 The coating (6) does not completely cover the layer (2), but only between the conductors (4), which lie directly on the layer (2). In order to ensure contact between the conductors (4) and the coating (6), in this illustration the conductors (4) are in contact with the coating (6) with an electrically conductive foil (9). If the coating (6) is continuous and the contact between the conductors (4) and the coating (6) is ensured, the film (9) does not necessarily have to have electrically conductive properties. Another layer (3) - shown here as a rigid layer (3) - covers the coating (6), the conductor (4) and the film (9), being glued together by the adhesive (8, continuous diamond pattern). Instead of a film (9) and an electrically conductive adhesive can be used.
