Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement hydraulique pour une presse, comprenant un actionneur hydraulique (1), un cylindre de travail (2) et un conduit (3) faisant communiquer fluidiquement avec l'actionneur hydraulique (1) et le cylindre de travail (2), l'actionneur hydraulique (1) comprenant un carter (10), une tige (11) qui se déplace entre une position passive et une position active et une chambre (12) délimitée entre la tige (11) et le carter (10), le cylindre de travail (2) comprenant un carter (20), une tige (21) qui se déplace entre une position passive et une position active et une chambre (22) délimitée entre la tige (21) et le carter (20) et le conduit (3) faisant communiquer fluidiquement la chambre (12) de l'actionneur hydraulique (1) et la chambre (22) du cylindre de travail (2), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend en outre un vérin d'actionnement (4) adapté pour être fixé à une partie mobile (1001) de la presse, de sorte que lorsqu'il est fixé à la partie mobile (1001), il agisse sur la tige (11) de l'actionneur hydraulique (1) du fait du mouvement de ladite partie mobile (1001) vers l'actionneur hydraulique (1), le vérin d'actionnement (4) comprenant un élément d'actionnement interchangeable (43) disposé en face de la tige (11) de l'actionneur hydraulique (1) lorsque ledit vérin d'actionnement (4) est fixé à la partie mobile (1001) et ledit élément d'actionnement (43) comprenant une zone d'affaiblissement (43a) évaluée à une pression maximale spécifique, telle que lorsque la partie mobile (1001) amène le vérin d'actionnement (4) à agir sur l'actionneur hydraulique (1) avec une pression supérieure ou égale à la pression maximale déterminée spécifique de la zone d'affaiblissement (43a), ladite zone d'affaiblissement (43a) casse, la pression devant être supportée par l'actionneur hydraulique (1) étant réduite.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zone d'affaiblissement (43a) est évaluée en dessous de la pression maximale nominale de l'actionneur hydraulique (1).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'élément d'actionnement (43) est creux, la largeur de la cavité définissant la zone d'affaiblissement (43a).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel, dans la zone d'affaiblissement (43a), la partie de l'élément d'actionnement (43) entourant la cavité dudit élément d'actionnement (43) présente une largeur inférieure à celle du reste de l'élément d'actionnement (43) entourant ladite cavité, de sorte que l'élément d'actionnement (43) ait une épaisseur plus petite (43b) dans ladite zone d'affaiblissement (43a).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel, dans la zone d'affaiblissement (43a), la cavité présente une largeur plus grande que dans le reste, de sorte que l'élément d'actionnement (43) ait une épaisseur plus faible (43b) dans ladite zone d'affaiblissement (43a).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le vérin d'actionnement (4) comprend un manchon (40) adapté pour être fixé à la partie mobile (1001) de la presse et une tige (41) mobile par rapport audit manchon (40) entre une position passive et une position active, faisant saillie depuis le manchon (40), l'élément d'actionnement (43) étant fixé à l'extrémité de la tige (41) faisant saillie depuis ledit manchon (40), ledit élément d'actionnement (43) faisant saillie depuis ladite tige (41).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le vérin d'actionnement (4) comprend une pièce de fixation (44) fixée au manchon (40) et adaptée pour être fixée à la partie mobile (1001) de la presse, le manchon (40) étant fixé à ladite partie mobile (1001) au moyen de ladite pièce de fixation (44).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel le vérin d'actionnement (4) comprend une tige supplémentaire (41'), une première chambre (42') délimitée entre les deux tiges (41, 41') du vérin d'actionnement (4) et une seconde chambre (44') délimitée entre la tige supplémentaire (41') et le manchon (40).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les deux chambres (42', 44') du cylindre d'actionnement (4) comprennent un fluide en leur sein, la seconde chambre (44') étant évaluée à une pression inférieure à celle de la première chambre (42') et ladite première chambre (42') étant évaluée à une pression inférieure à celle de la zone d'affaiblissement (43a).
