Claims (14)
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) mit einem Kopfende und einem Fußende, umfassend:einen Basisrahmen (102), der stützende Elemente (120) umfasst, um die Patientenliegevorrichtung auf einem Boden zu stützen;eine Patientenliegefläche (104), die relativ zum Basisrahmen (102) beweglich ist;eine Steuereinheit (106), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie die Bewegung der Patientenliegefläche (104) relativ zum Basisrahmen (102) steuert; die Patientenliegevorrichtung weiter umfassendein Bedienfeld (110), das am Kopfende des Basisrahmens (102) befestigt ist, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine Eingabe vom Fuß eines Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen empfängt und die Eingabe an die Steuereinheit (106) kommuniziert, wobei das genannte Bedienfeld (110) so befestigt ist, dass es innerhalb der äußeren Grenzen entweder der von oben betrachteten Patientenliegefläche (104) oder des von oben betrachteten Basisrahmens (102) positioniert ist, je nachdem, was größer ist; undein zweites Bedienfeld (308), das an der Patientenliegefläche (104) befestigt ist, das so konfiguriert ist, dass es eine Eingabe von einem Beschäftigten im Gesundheitswesen empfängt und die Eingabe an die Steuereinheit (106) kommuniziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (106) so konfiguriert ist, dass sie Eingaben priorisiert, die sie vom Bedienfeld (110) empfängt, das am Kopfende des Basisrahmens befestigt ist.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) so befestigt ist, dass es zwischen einem Teil des Basisrahmens (102) und dem Boden positioniert ist.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) zum Empfangen der Eingabe mindestens einen per Fuß bedienten Schalter (206, 208, 210, 212) umfasst.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Vorderseite des Bedienfelds (110), das zum Empfangen der Eingabe konfiguriert ist, in einem Winkel zwischen ungefähr 20 Grad und 45 Grad zum Boden bereitgestellt ist.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) mindestens zwei Eingaben (400, 402) umfasst, die jeweils den Anforderungen entsprechen, die Patientenliegefläche aufwärts und abwärts zu bewegen.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) einen Taster mit Kippschalter (210) umfasst, der die beiden Eingaben umfasst.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) eine oder mehrere Eingaben umfasst, die jeweils den Anforderungen entsprechen, die Patientenliegefläche (104) in mindestens eine der folgenden Positionen zu bewegen: die Trendelenburg-Position, die Anti-Trendelenburg-Position, die Notfall-Flachposition und die Boost-Position.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) einen Taster mit Kippschalter (212) umfasst, der die Eingabe (404) zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche (104) in die Trendelenburg-Position und die Eingabe (406) zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche in die Anti-Trendelenburg-Position umfasst.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) einen Taster (206) umfasst, der die Eingabe zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche in die Notfall-Flachposition umfasst.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 9, wobei sich der Taster (206), der die Eingabe zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche (104) in die Notfall-Flachposition umfasst, optisch vom Rest des Bedienfelds unterscheidet.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) eine Vielzahl an Schaltern umfasst, wobei der Taster (206), der die Eingabe zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche (104) in die Notfall-Flachposition umfasst, die größte Oberfläche der Vielzahl von Schaltern auf dem Bedienfeld aufweist.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, wobei der Taster (206), der die Eingabe zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche (104) in die Notfall-Flachposition umfasst, neben einem Kopfende des Bedienfelds (110) positioniert ist.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, wobei das Bedienfeld (110) einen Taster (208) umfasst, der eine Eingabe zum Bewegen der Patientenliegefläche in die Boost-Position umfasst.
- Eine Patientenliegevorrichtung (100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Steuereinheit (106) zwei Zustände umfasst: einen gesperrten Zustand, in welchem Eingaben vom Bedienfeld (110) nicht akzeptiert werden, und einen freigegebenen Zustand, in welchem Eingaben vom Bedienfeld (110) akzeptiert werden, wobei die Steuereinheit (106) bei Empfang einer Freigabe-Eingabe zwischen dem gesperrten Zustand und dem freigegebenen Zustand wechselt.
