Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur à courant continu à commutation à balais comprenant un stator présentant plusieurs pôles d'excitation, un rotor pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation par rapport au stator et présentant plusieurs dents polaires, des rainures disposées entre les dents polaires et des enroulements de bobine disposés sur les dents polaires et un commutateur, qui est disposé sur le rotor, et plusieurs lamelles auxquelles les enroulements de bobine sont adjacents. Pour produire un moteur à courant continu de ce type, les enroulements de bobine sont disposés sur les dents polaires dans des rotations d'enroulement, dans lesquelles respectivement un enroulement de bobine est enroulé sur chaque dent polaire. Selon l'invention, un premier enroulement de bobine (Z1l-Z9l) enroulé dans une première direction d'enroulement autour de la dent polaire (Z1-Z9) et un deuxième enroulement de bobine (Z1r-Z9r) enroulé dans une deuxième direction d'enroulement opposée à la première direction d'enroulement autour de la dent polaire (Z1-Z9) sont disposés sur chaque dent polaire (Z1-Z9). Dans une première rotation d'enroulement, les premiers enroulements de bobine (Z1l-Z9l) sont enroulés sur une première partie des dents polaires (Z1-Z9) et les deuxièmes enroulements de bobine (Z1r-Z9r) sont enroulés sur une deuxième partie des dents polaires (Z1-Z9), et dans une deuxième rotation d'enroulement, les deuxièmes enroulements de bobine (Z1r-Z9r) sont enroulés sur la première partie des dents polaires (Z1-Z9) et les premiers enroulements de bobine (Z1l-Z9l) sont enroulés sur la deuxième partie des dents polaires (Z1-Z9). De cette manière, un procédé de production d'un moteur à courant continu à commutation à balais est fourni, lequel permet de produire le moteur à courant continu d'une manière simple utilisant l'espace de montage mis à disposition.
