Claims (8)

  1. Fondation gravitaire pour éoliennes offshore, fabriquée en utilisant la technologie des quais flottants, comprenant une base préfabriquée en béton armé (1), avec une section circulaire, avec des cellules creuses (11, 12, 13) pour le vide intérieur, fermée sur le dessus par un ou plusieurs couvercles (16), et équipée de vide structurel qui réduit son poids, afin de permettre à la structure dans son ensemble de rester à flot et de permettre la fabrication sur un quai avec un tirant d'eau qui est inférieur à la hauteur de la base en question, base de laquelle émerge un mât en béton post-contraint (2), sur lequel est fixée une tour métallique (4) qui supporte l'éolienne, caractérisée en ce que ladite base (1) est un caisson, fermé en bas par un plancher (14) plus épais que les parois latérales et les parois intermédiaires qui séparent des cellules (11, 12, 13) dans lesquelles le caisson est divisé, la répartition des cellules sur le plan horizontal présente une cellule centrale (13), de laquelle émerge le mât (2) ayant une configuration cylindrique dans sa partie inférieure et qui est également fabriqué par coffrage glissant dans la centrale de caissons sur le quai flottant, tandis que la partie supérieure (22) du mât, de préférence avec une forme légèrement conique, est fabriquée ultérieurement à l'extérieur de l'usine du quai flottant ;
    où la partie inférieure des cellules (11, 12) dans lesquelles le caisson est divisé (1) après qu'il a été construit, est remplie d'un ballast solide dont le but est d'abaisser le centre de gravité de l'ensemble afin de, en maintenant ses conditions de flottabilité avec une hauteur métacentrique supérieure à 1,00 m dans toutes les phases, lui permettre d'être remorqué et coulé en pleine mer sans avoir besoin de navires spéciaux ou l'utilisation de moyens de flottaison supplémentaires.
  2. Fondation selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le plancher du caisson a une répartition sur le plan horizontal avec une cellule centrale (13), autour de laquelle se forment au moins deux anneaux concentriques de cellules (12) et (11), qui ont la même répartition radiale et qui sont équipés de moyens de communication entre eux et avec l'extérieur, et de dispositifs de drainage et de remplissage pour permettre l'autorégulation du niveau de ballast avec l'eau de mer pour l'enfoncement à l'emplacement final.
  3. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre le diamètre de la base et la hauteur du caisson (1) est entre 3:2 et 8:5, et de préférence 11:7.
  4. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la hauteur du mât (2) dépend de la profondeur à laquelle la fondation sera installée, de telle sorte que son raccordement à la tour éolienne offshore (4) au moyen de la pièce de transition métallique correspondante (3) est à une élévation d'au moins 15 m par rapport au niveau de la mer (51).
  5. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ou les couvercles du caisson préfabriqué (1) sont équipés de moyens pour faciliter l'ouverture du caisson pour permettre le remplissage des cellules intérieures avec un matériau granulaire, une fois que la fondation a été ballastée dans son emplacement d'installation, afin de garantir sa stabilité pendant la phase de service.
  6. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la paroi extérieure du caisson (1) a une série de vides (17) avec une section transversale circulaire à travers tout le tirant d'eau.
  7. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les cloisons radiales des cellules intérieures du caisson (1) ont une série de fenêtres (18), qui, en plus de réduire le poids, raccordent les cellules au-dessus d'une hauteur particulière.
  8. Fondation selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la dalle supérieure qui forme le couvercle (16) inclut une série de dalles préfabriquées avec des vides structurels (81).
