Description
The field of the invention is that of equipment placed outside buildings to provide protection against the elements. More specifically, the invention relates to a canopy slidingly on a support and having a lower luminous surface for illuminating the ground above which it is installed.
At all times, building owners are eager to beautify facades by providing them with accessories that are both beautiful and practical. This equipment includes shelter or awning-type weather protection devices intended to be placed directly above an opening, a front door of a house or a building, or above the storefront, or above a bay window. These devices, also called marquise, are in the form of a small roof or the extension of a main roof, covering a small height in height just in front of the opening it is responsible for protecting. A canopy provides protection against precipitation or simply solar radiation, when looking for keys to open the door, or during a discussion with a neighbor, or smoking a cigarette, or any other moment of calm. Such equipment is very useful for a Person with Reduced Mobility (PMR abbreviated) which is thus protected from bad weather when it must wait on the doorstep.
The invention is placed in the context where the awning is not realized during the construction of the wall on which it is fixed, but later as an added element. The marquise is fixed on a vertical wall at a height greater than that of the opening. The most common marquise of type monobloc has a roof with a single slope oriented from the front, or three slopes facing forward and both sides. The rear of the awning comprises at least one plate or a profile coming into contact with the wall and pierced with orifices for the passage of fixing screws. The installer drills holes in the wall at locations possibly referenced by a template and slides ankles therein. Finally, the installer raises the marquee to the position to pass the screws through the holes of the plate or profile and screw them into the holes of the wall. A certain number of screws, four or six for example, are necessary to ensure a solid fixation resistant to the wind and possibly to the weight of the snow.
This procedure requires the installer to support for a while the full weight of the marquee. There is therefore a real need for a new type of canopy that minimizes the time during which the installer supports the weight of the canopy, both for a saving of labor time and to limit security risks.
Moreover, it is profitable to provide the marquise with an illuminating function. Such a function allows the night for example, to spend less time choosing the right key in a keychain or to reassure the person who prefers to be in the light. This function is also useful in terms of security, a burglar who wants to break in would be exposed to light. Lighting can also help to enhance the aesthetics of the building on which the marquee is fixed. This illuminating function must be economical in terms of the amount of energy used and ergonomic in the sense that it should only work at the right time.

In particular, the object of the invention is, according to at least one embodiment, to produce a canopy that can be easily and quickly attached to an exterior wall of a building, this taking into account the mechanical stresses caused by the weather such as as wind and snow.
Another object of the invention is, according to at least one embodiment, to equip the awning with an economic light emission means for illuminating the area below. The invention makes it possible to broadcast a halo of homogeneous light that is compatible with the lighting requirements for persons with reduced mobility.
Another objective is to facilitate maintenance and access to electrical and light devices.
For this, the invention proposes a canopy comprising a cassette surrounded by an outer casing capped by the top of a hood and provided with a frame. This frame has housings extending inside the cassette and opening out of the cassette at the rear side. The canopy further comprises a support provided with at least one plate intended to be fixed to the wall of a building and at least two tie rods extending perpendicularly to the plane formed by said plate and slidably inserting at the inside the chassis slots.
Thus, according to this aspect of the invention, the mounting of the awning consists of fixing the support and then sliding the tie rods in the housing of the cassette. Of in this way, the awning is delivered in at least two elements, the support which is light and easily installable by the installer, and the cassette which is installed by simple sliding. In this way the assembly is fast and avoids the installer to support the full weight of the awning.
According to a first embodiment, the awning comprises a lighting means of the area under the canopy when it is attached to the facade of a building. In this way, the area below can be illuminated allowing people to more easily find the lock at night.
According to another embodiment, the lighting means consists of a translucent slab of which only one edge receives the beams of a plurality of light-emitting diodes, this edge being oriented towards the side of the awning which is opposite to the side fixed to the facade of the building. In this way, the lighting is more uniform.
According to another embodiment, the lighting means consists of a translucent slab having an opalescent underside and an upper face covered with a reflective material. In this way, the lighting is more efficient and has a better appearance.
According to another embodiment, the plane defined by the upper edges of the tie rods intersects the plane of the surface of the plate coming into contact with the facade at an angle greater than 90 °. In this way, the plan of the awning is tilted forward to promote the flow of rainwater and washing.
According to another embodiment, the awning has a means of securing the tie rods when they are completely introduced into their respective housings. In this way, the entire Marquise is secured to the wall of the building.
According to another embodiment, the frame comprises a covering surrounding from below the lighting means on at least three sides, the sides of the covering in contact with the lighting means has moldings of concave rounded shape. In this way, the marquise has a beautiful aspect seen from below.
According to another embodiment, the awning comprises a presence detector and a control card controlling the switching on and off of the lighting means, the control card gradually turning on the lighting means in the event of detection. of presence below the marquise. In this way, switching on and off does not occur abruptly.
According to another embodiment, the awning comprises a remote control for introducing at least the duration of ignition, the duration of extinction and the duration of maintenance of the lighting means when a presence is no longer detected. In this way, the settings are easily accessible without having to reach the marquee.
According to another embodiment, the control card comprises a radio communication module able to receive a signal from an alarm system managing the security of the building, the control card lighting the lighting means during the reception of said signal. In this way, the lighting of the awning provides additional information.
According to another embodiment, the control card receives a signal from the lock of the door above which it is fixed, the control card lighting the lighting means in a certain way when the door is unlocked. .
According to another embodiment, the outer covering of the canopy can easily be removed from the frame to be replaced by a dressing having a different appearance. In this way, without changing the load-bearing structure of the canopy, one can easily and cheaply change its appearance.

The invention relates to a m arquise having a cassette consisting of a frame on which is attached an outer casing and a cap at the top.
According to an alternative embodiment, the support is provided with more than two
According to one aspect of the invention, the awning is bright and illuminates the area below the place where it is fixed. The light means is advantageously constituted by a translucent and

According to an improvement, the awning automatically turns on by a signal emitted by a

According to an improvement, the
According to an improvement, the control card has a radio communication module for dialogue with the home automation system of the building. Time and maximum intensity settings can be set with the building user interface. If the home automation system has an alarm system, in case of intrusion, the installation sends a signal to the control card of the awning to trigger the blinking. A similar signal can be emitted in the event of non-locking the entrance door, or to inform of dangerous situations such as the presence of smoke in the building. According to this improvement, the control card receives a signal from the lock of the door above which it is fixed, and the control card turns on the light tile in a certain way when the door is unlocked.
In this way, an external signal is emitted showing that an abnormal situation is detected inside the building.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments that have just been described. In particular, the invention can be implemented for any marquee model, regardless of its shape.
