Definitions
- the invention relates to a sectional door with a portable Sekomaltorblatt, which consists of several panel elements, which are pivotally connected to each other by fittings. By lateral guides the sectional door leaf is spatially variable.
- the EP 0 318 455 A1 describes a sectional door with over the width of the door leaf continuous and trained only over a fraction of the height of the door opening Torfeldern in which an enclosed by an outer shell insulating filling is present.
- the hinges also include axes for running in lateral guides roles.
- the hinges are mounted on the inside of the peat fields.
- At least a portion of the lateral guides in the form of guide rail sections is preferably closed by a structural design so that the change in location of the door leaf is not affected.
- a structural design so that the change in location of the door leaf is not affected.
- Such a construction, with substantially vertically extending, lower guide rail sections accidents are avoided, because the lower portion of the lateral guides is the biggest source of danger. Since it happens time and again that intentionally or unintentionally engages the side guide rail sections beats the invention herein, a reduction in the accessible opening width between a lateral edge or a plane of the individual panels and the formation, the substantially vertical arrangement to perform the guide rail sections. This requires that this opening width must be designed so that in addition to avoiding the intervention of persons in this area, the functionality of the sectional door must basically be retained without any restrictions.
- the fittings connecting the individual panel elements are arranged on their inner sides, an open intermediate space, which is larger than at the surface of the fittings, arises between two adjacent fittings.
- the idea according to the invention is based on the assumption that, in a preferred embodiment, the intermediate space between the individual fittings is additionally closed with at least one or more spacers on each side of the door leaf. Such a construction is easy to do.
- the fittings used do not have a protruding fitting eye into which the connecting fitting bolt dips, so that a substantially constant construction height characterizes this type of fitting.
- roller axle in this case simultaneously forms the hinge pin, which dips into the hinge between them. This will increase the flexibility of the Received hardware and at the same time achieved the attachment and storage of the roller axles.
- the roller axle has at least one roller or a guide means at one of its ends, so as to enable the location of the sectional door leaf in the lateral guide rails.
- a cladding which can be attached on the one hand to the substantially vertical guide rail sections or also in the region of stationary frames or frames of the door leaf.
- the attachment has been made so that in addition to adjustability of the distance to the panel element surface and a simple disassembly for maintenance is possible.
- an intervention possibility is also prevented on the inside of the panel between two adjacent fittings or adjacent hinge tabs, that between the opposing hinge tabs spacers are used, the height of which corresponds to the hinge tabs. This creates a quasi-continuous surface paneling on the panel.
- the opening width is only 15 mm or less, preferably 12 mm or less, particularly preferably 11 mm or 10 mm or less, and may also be formed below 10 mm in principle. In a very special embodiment, it is possible to form the opening width only 8 mm or less, preferably 6 mm or less.
- the pivotally interconnected narrow panel elements can be wound on a shaft.
- the hinge tabs are integrally or multiply formed so that they cover substantially the entire height of the panel element up to the respective ribbon pins, there is no gap between two hinge tabs. Even with such a construction, it is possible to achieve, by the design of the outer panel and the hinge flap construction, that the lateral area to the guide rails includes only a small opening width.
- FIG. 1 shows a sectional view through a panel element 6 with an adjacent part, namely a section of a frame or a frame 2 and the guide rail contained therein 1.
- rollers 3 which are mounted on a roller axle 4 in a journal 5, a Mobility achieved by a plurality of panel elements 6 existing Sekomaltorblattes 19 achieved.
- the sectional door leaf 19 consists of individual panel elements 6, which are pivotally attached to each other via fittings 35 which are located on a panel inside 18. These fittings 35 can also at the same time make their construction unnecessary the additional training of a journal bearing when the axis of rotation is part of the fitting 35, namely by the connection of the hinge tabs with each other.
- the guide rails 1 are formed substantially straight running in the vertical area. Only above a fall or the like, the formation of a spiral or a coil may be provided. In the same way, however, the guide rails 1 can only pass vertically, if it is for example a lifting gate. Further, in conjunction with the substantially vertical guide rails 1 subsequent arc sections and adjoining, substantially horizontal, guide rails are also possible.
- a panel 8 which seals off the areas of the substantially vertical sections of the guide rail 1 to the outside.
- a panel 8 is fastened either on the guide rail 1 or in the frame portion 2 via a leg 9.
- One end of the leg 9 merges into an angled spacer leg 11, which can extend substantially parallel to the panel inner side 18.
- the length of the spacer leg 11 is measured on the basis of local conditions and must protrude so far into the area of the door leaf, that an existing at the end of the spacer leg 11 angled 10 covers the end of an end face 14 of the panel element 6.
- the cover 8 should not protrude into the opening region of the door leaf.
- a cover 13 may for example consist of a spacer profile 17, which measures the essential height of the panel element 6 in its longitudinal extension or only the area between the mutually arranged hinge tabs.
- the cover 13 can be pulled around the end face 14 of the panel member 6 via a stop leg 15, which is preferably provided with an end-Um chargedsschenkel 16, which comes to rest on the front, that is on the outside of the panel member 6.
- the conclusion to the enclosing leg 16, or the outer surface of the panel element 6, can be additionally produced by a seal 7.
- opening width 12 This opening width 12 must be dimensioned so that an intervention consciously or unconsciously in the area behind the panel 8 is prevented.
- the safety for persons is substantially increased by opening widths 12 at a level of 15 mm or less, preferably 12 mm or less, more preferably 11 mm or less or even 10 mm or less.
- the opening width 12 can only be a gap width of 8 mm or less, preferably 6 mm or less. As a result of these dimensions for the opening width 12, it becomes clear that it is not possible to engage in the area with respect to the, essentially vertical, embodiments of the underlying guide rails 1.
- FIG. 2 is shown in a perspective cutout part of a sectional door from its underside.
- the panel elements 6 of the sectional door leaf 19 are mutually connected by hinges 35 and possibly additionally by fittings 22 with each other pivotally.
- the double design of the fittings 22 and 35 can be given if it is particularly large door leaf widths.
- the lowermost panel element 6 is provided with a bottom seal 20.
- the fittings 35 have been mounted on the lateral ends of the panel members 6 on the panel inner side 18.
- the between two hinge lugs of the fitting 35 usually existing hinge pin is also formed here simultaneously by the roller shaft 4 for the rollers 3. This results from two hinge lugs which are connected by the roller shaft 4, at the same time the axle bearings 5.
- a spacer 25 has been shown.
- the spacer 25 has a height 38 equal in magnitude to a height 37 of the hinge lugs of the fitting 35. This results in the vertical formation of Sectionaltorblattes 19 a substantially continuous cover on the panel inside 18.
- the opening width 12 is present. Due to the small dimensions of the opening 12 is determined by the FIG. 2 clearly that an intervention in the lateral region of the guide rail 1 with the rollers 3 is not possible here.
- the formation of such a Se Erasmusaltorblattes is safer in daily use than the current state of the art.
- the spacer 25 can create a hinge strap of the fitting 35, or as the FIG. 6 clarified, places under the hinge tabs and at the same time by fastening holes 36 in the hinge tabs with the panel inside 18 is positively and positively connected.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 make it clear that, more or less, the roller axis 4 lies in the middle of the height 37 of the fitting 35.
- a roller holder 23 At one end of the roller shaft 4, an embodiment of a roller holder 23 is shown, wherein end side in each case a roller 3 is rotatably arranged. Characterized in that the two mutually associated hinge tabs are mounted on adjacent panel inner sides 18, the connection between the adjacent panel elements 6 is simultaneously pivotally carried out by inserting the roller shaft 4 here.
- the roller shaft 4 can move laterally in this design, which does not lead to a larger opening width 12, because the fittings 35 and the spacers 25 have been constructed in their dimensional design so that the opening width 12 is always maintained with their set level ,
- FIG. 6 the combination between the fitting 35 and the spacer 25 viewed from the rear, is shown. Characterized in that the end sides of the spacer 25 have an offset 31 and are pushed below the tape hinge in question, correspond to the mounting holes 36 with holes 29 in the spacer 25 and thus set the spacer 25 at the stop of the fittings 35 to the panel member 6 fixed. Due to the construction of the spacer 25, the end face 14 of the panel element 6 is closed at the same time by the stop angle 15, the stop angle 15 merges into an enclosing leg 28 which projects beyond the outside of the panel element 6.
- hinge tabs have a longer extent and in which at the same time the height of the panel elements 6 is only small, can be dispensed with the use of spacers 25.
- spacers 25 In such a case, for example, two adjacent hinge tabs would collide against each other, thus leaving no open space for possible interference.
- FIG. 7 is in a detailed representation of the possible formation of the spacer 25, for example, with a cavity 30, shown again. Since the spacer 25 simultaneously forms the lateral closure of the panel element 6, the stop leg 15 goes into a Outer leg 27 over. By the offset 31 at the ends of the simultaneous attachment with the fittings 35 is possible. At its front side 26, the spacer 25 has a flat surface. In addition to a sheet metal version, the spacer 25 may also consist of plastic, whereby a weight reduction of the sectional door leaf 19 is achieved.
- the panel 8 is in a detail after FIG. 8 again reproduced in a perspective view.
- the cladding 8 is shown substantially as a U-shaped profile, wherein the leg 9 is substantially longer than the bend 10.
- On the end-side part of a leg 21 also different sealing means, such as brushes or rubber lips, can be applied.

It is therefore an object of the invention to avoid these disadvantages in sectional doors, in the constructions of a lateral engagement in the guide rails is possible in order to ensure safe Operation to take care of. The solutions should be applicable to all versions of sectional doors.
The object of the invention is solved by the features of
In order to reduce the risk of accidents in sectional doors of any type, at least a portion of the lateral guides in the form of guide rail sections is preferably closed by a structural design so that the change in location of the door leaf is not affected. Such a construction, with substantially vertically extending, lower guide rail sections, accidents are avoided, because the lower portion of the lateral guides is the biggest source of danger.
Since the fittings connecting the individual panel elements are arranged on their inner sides, an open intermediate space, which is larger than at the surface of the fittings, arises between two adjacent fittings. The idea according to the invention is based on the assumption that, in a preferred embodiment, the intermediate space between the individual fittings is additionally closed with at least one or more spacers on each side of the door leaf. Such a construction is easy to do. The fittings used do not have a protruding fitting eye into which the connecting fitting bolt dips, so that a substantially constant construction height characterizes this type of fitting.
This special design makes it possible to simultaneously form a roller axle in the fittings. The roller axle in this case simultaneously forms the hinge pin, which dips into the hinge between them. This will increase the flexibility of the Received hardware and at the same time achieved the attachment and storage of the roller axles. The roller axle has at least one roller or a guide means at one of its ends, so as to enable the location of the sectional door leaf in the lateral guide rails.
In order to close the opening area between the substantially vertical guide rail sections to the outside to reduce the danger, recourse is made to a cladding which can be attached on the one hand to the substantially vertical guide rail sections or also in the region of stationary frames or frames of the door leaf. The attachment has been made so that in addition to adjustability of the distance to the panel element surface and a simple disassembly for maintenance is possible. Furthermore, an intervention possibility is also prevented on the inside of the panel between two adjacent fittings or adjacent hinge tabs, that between the opposing hinge tabs spacers are used, the height of which corresponds to the hinge tabs. This creates a quasi-continuous surface paneling on the panel. By such a combination between cladding and covers arises between only a very small opening width, in which an intervention is consciously or unconsciously impossible. Due to the adjustability of the opening width, it is possible to always take into account the local conditions and so easy to adjust the opening width.
In a preferred embodiment, the opening width is only 15 mm or less, preferably 12 mm or less, particularly preferably 11 mm or 10 mm or less, and may also be formed below 10 mm in principle. In a very special embodiment, it is possible to form the opening width only 8 mm or less, preferably 6 mm or less.
In a further preferred embodiment, it is possible that in the case of particularly narrow panel elements which are used in high-speed doors or spiral doors, additional covering means can be dispensed with. In such an embodiment, the pivotally interconnected narrow panel elements can be wound on a shaft. Here it is possible that the hinge tabs are integrally or multiply formed so that they cover substantially the entire height of the panel element up to the respective ribbon pins, there is no gap between two hinge tabs. Even with such a construction, it is possible to achieve, by the design of the outer panel and the hinge flap construction, that the lateral area to the guide rails includes only a small opening width.

Above the
