Claims (8)

  1. Lave-vaisselle (1) comprenant un corps (2) ayant deux parois latérales (3); une porte (4) donnant accès au corps (2); une crémaillère (5) sur lequel les articles à laver sont placés, ayant une position de lavage dans laquelle la crémaillère (5) est entièrement à l'intérieur du corps (2) et une position de chargement/déchargement dans laquelle la crémaillère (5) est presque entièrement sorti du corps (2) en tirant vers l'avant, et un moyen de levage (6) qui permet de modifier la position de la crémaillère (5) dans la direction verticale dans la position de chargement/déchargement et qui présente au moins deux coulisseaux (7) disposés en face l'un de l'autre sur l'une des parois latérales opposées (3) et qui sont conçus pour se déplacer dans la direction verticale, caractérisé par
    - au moins une paire d'aimants (8) ou
    - au moins un aimant (8) - une paire de plaques ferromagnétiques (9)
    qui est positionnée de manière opposée sur la crémaillère (5) et sur le coulisseau (7), permettant à la crémaillère (5) d'être magnétiquement engagée avec le moyen de levage (6).
  2. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la paire d'aimants (8) est positionnée de telle sorte que les pôles opposés deviennent opposés l'un à l'autre lorsque la crémaillère (5) est mis en position de chargement/déchargement.
  3. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par la paire aimant (8) - plaque ferromagnétique (9) positionnée de manière à devenir opposée l'une à l'autre lorsque la crémaillère (5) est changée en position de chargement/déchargement.
  4. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé par le coulisseau (7) ayant une position inférieure qui est plus basse que le niveau vertical de la crémaillère (5) et par la paire d'aimants (8) conçue de telle sorte que les pôles similaires deviennent opposés l'un à l'autre, permettant à la crémaillère (5) de se séparer des moyens de levage (6) lorsque le coulisseau (7) descend vers la position inférieure.
  5. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé par l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) fixée sur le coulisseau (7) et par l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) disposée sur la crémaillère (5), se déplaçant vers l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) sur le coulisseau (7) sous l'effet de la force d'attraction magnétique créée entre ceux-ci.
  6. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par au moins un ressort (10) disposé sur la crémaillère (5) qui permet de maintenir l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) sur la crémaillère (5) dans une position séparée de l'aimant (8) ou de la plaque ferromagnétique (9) sur le coulisseau (7).
  7. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé par une patte (11) disposée sur la paroi arrière de la crémaillère (5), sur laquelle l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) est fixé et qui est conçue pour se déplacer vers le coulisseau (7) avec l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9).
  8. Lave-vaisselle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédents, caractérisé par un dispositif de retenue (12) qui est disposé sur la crémaillère (5) et/ou le coulisseau (7) et qui supporte la crémaillère soulevée (4) lorsque le coulisseau (7) et la crémaillère (5) sont engagés par l'aimant (8) ou la plaque ferromagnétique (9) paire.
