Abstract

Internal, basket of silo at funnel shape consists of metal sheet sheathing supported by construction of pillars, brace and stiffering is characterized that internal basket (13) of silo comprises a centrally located supported stool (10) which is combined under radialny angle on one of end raffers (2) supported by bars (4) which are conncted by brace (6) and stiffering (7) and wherein the second end of raffers (2) are connected with circumferential sealing ring (1) and wherein rafters (2) are covered by metal sheet sheathing (3) and at the lower part of the internal basket (13) is spout funnel (9).

Description

  • The present invention is new construction of the silo funnel with external ring in particular designer for storage of bulk materials, especially of bulk density to 0,9 kN/m3.
  • The present invention relates to a cylindrical tank of vertical axis.
  • There is well-known construction of silos which are storage containers of bulk materials, especially for agriculture. Storage containers comprises funnels at bottom part of construction which are using for controlled discharge. One of known construction issue at his kind of storage containers are compressive forces in the funnel. In practice there are known the funnel of the silos in which for transfering compressive forces heavy metallurgical profiles are using. Metallurgical profiles requires mechanical processes for forming ring shapes which later are subjected of long and tedious welding processes. This kind of funnel design requires using of thick and heavy metal sheet which increases weight of construction and costs.
  • The funnel of silo comprises metal sheets supproted by constraction composed of pillars, brace and stiffering according to invention consists of peripheral profile on circle or polygon shape and is external ring of the funnel of silo, suspended linker for funnel at bracket section profile and also funnel tapes and spout funnel, wherein spout funnel is connected by screws, throught funnel tape with funnel pillars stiffened by braces, and stifferings, and funnel tapes are covered by metal sheets of the plating funnel and mounted by screws.
  • Peripheral profile has cross-section shape of circle, or double T or rectangular or polygonal.
  • Suspended linker for funnel has bracket section shape at angel of aperture from 100° to 179°.
  • Tapes have elongated trapezoid shape at thickness from 1,2 to 3,5 mm.
  • Metal sheets of the plating funnel and funnel tapes are continuous or separated into sections.

  • Funnel of silo comprises peripheral profile 1 - at circle cross-section, ring formed, suspended linker for funnel 2 at angel of aperture 120° and funnel tapes 3 and spout funnel 10. Spout funnel 10 is combined by screws 9, throught funnel tapes 3 with funnel pillars 5. Funnel pillars 5 are combined by brace 6 and stiffering 7. Funnel construction is covered by metal sheets of the plating funnel at 1,5 mm. Funnel tapes 3 have elongated trapezoid shape at thickness 2,7 mm. The plating funnel 4 and funnel tapes 3 are divided into segments.

  • Funnel of silo comprises peripheral profile 1 - at rectangular cross-section, formed at polygon with the same number of angel like funnel pillars 5, suspended linker for funnel 2 at angel of aperture 150° and funnel tapes 3 and spout funnel 10. Spout funnel 10 is combined by screws 9, throught funnel tapes 3 with funnel pillars 5. Funnel pillars 5 are combined by brace 6 and stiffering 7. Funnel construction is covered by metal sheets of the plating funnel at 1,2 mm. Funnel tapes 3 have elongated trapezoid shape at thickness 2,7 mm. The plating funnel 4 and funnel tapes 3 at thickness 3,0 mm.

Spout funnel 10 is combined by screws 9, throught funnel tapes 3 with funnel pillars 5. Funnel pillars 5 are combined by brace 6 and stiffering 7. Funnel construction is covered by metal sheets of the plating funnel at 2,5 mm. Funnel tapes 3 have elongated trapezoid shape at thickness 2,8 mm. The plating funnel 4 and funnel tapes 3 are divided into segments.

Claims (5)

  1. The funnel of silo comprises metal sheets supproted by constraction composed of pillars, brace and stiffering is characterized that the funnel of silo consists of peripheral profile (1) on circle or polygon shape and is external ring of the funnel of silo, suspended linker for funnel (2) at bracket section profile and also funnel tapes (3) and spout funnel (10), wherein spout funnel (10) is connected by screws (9), throught funnel tape (3) with funnel pillars (5) stiffened by braces (6), and stifferings (7), and funnel tapes (3) are covered by metal sheets of the plating funnel (4) and mounted by screws (8).
  2. The funnel of silo according to claim 1 characterized in that peripheral profile (1) has cross-section shape of circle, or double T or rectangular or polygonal.
  3. The funnel of silo according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that suspended linker for funnel (2) has bracket section shape at angel of aperture from 100° to 179°.
  4. The funnel of silo according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 characterized that funnel tapes (3) have elongated trapezoid shae at thickness from 1,2 to 3,5 mm.
  5. The funnel of silo according to claim 1 or 2 or 3 characterized that metal sheets of the plating funnel (4) oraz funnel tapes (3) are continuous or separated into sections.
