Description
Méthode de commande en couple d' un moteur électrique
L'invention concerne le domaine de la commande en couple des moteurs électriques .
ARRIERE PLAN DE L'INVENTION
Le rotor d'un moteur à courant continu porte des conducteurs formant un circuit induit, lesdits conducteurs étant soumis à l'influence magnétique de pôles inducteurs (aimants permanents ou électro-aimants) du sta- tor. Les pôles inducteurs génèrent sur les conducteurs une force contre-électromotrice proportionnelle, à flux magnétique constant généré par les pôles inducteurs, à la vitesse de rotation du rotor. La force contre- électromotrice en charge diffère de la force contre- électromotrice à vide, car le courant circulant en charge dans les conducteurs du circuit induit modifie la distribution du flux magnétique dans le circuit inducteur du stator. La commande en couple (ou en courant) d'un moteur à courant continu nécessite de mettre en œuvre une boucle de régulation de courant efficace pour limiter les effets de la force-électromotrice ainsi que les effets de non- linéarités perturbant la commande (alimentation, frottements, bandes mortes, etc.) .
Il est connu, pour réduire les effets de la force contre-électromotrice et de ces non-linéarités, d' implémenter une régulation par rétroaction à base d'un correcteur de type correcteur proportionnel intégral (PI) . Ce type de correcteur ne permet pas de compenser la totalité des effets de la force contre-électromotrice, notamment en l'absence de charge. Ce problème peut, de prime abord, sembler peu important, car les moteurs sont généralement associés à une charge prévisible ou connue.
Cependant, lorsqu'une certaine flexibilité existe entre le rotor du moteur et la charge (par exemple dans le cas d'un moteur d' actionneur série élastique), il peut être requis d'assurer une compensation efficace des effets de la force contre-électromotrice sans qu'il soit nécessaire de supposer qu'une charge est ou non en place.
Une solution possible pour résoudre ce problème serait d' implémenter au sein de la boucle de régulation de courant une régulation de vitesse avec un correcteur pro- portionnel . Ainsi, les auteurs du document « Achieving efficient and stable communication through adaptation to changes in human arm impédance. LA Y . 2009 IEEE International Confernece on Robotics and Automation » proposent d'ajouter une telle régulation de vitesse à la boucle de courant pour conférer un comportement visqueux à une articulation d'un bras de robot utilisable en comanipula- tion. Cette solution présente au moins deux désavantages : elle diminue la bande passante de la boucle de régulation, et elle réduit commandabilité du moteur, c'est-à-dire la faculté de celui-ci à passer d'un état initial à un état de consigne.
OBJET DE L'INVENTION
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de commande d'un moteur électrique permettant de réduire les effets de la force contre-électromotrice et des non-linéarités perturbant la commande sans dégrader la bande passante ni la commandabilité du moteur et de l' actionneur .
RESUME DE L'INVENTION
En vue de la réalisation de ce but, on propose un procédé de commande d'un moteur électrique comprenant la mise en œuvre d'une boucle de régulation d'un courant in-
duit circulant dans un circuit induit d'un rotor du mo¬ teur, la boucle de régulation ayant pour signal d'entrée une consigne de courant, pour signal de retour un signal représentatif du courant induit, et pour signal de sortie une commande en tension du moteur. Selon l'invention, la boucle de régulation comporte un bloc correcteur formé d'un correcteur proportionnel intégral et d'un compensateur de retard.
On considère généralement qu'un actionneur compre- nant un moteur à courant continu forme un système présentant un gain fini à basse fréquence, et donc qu'un unique correcteur ayant un comportement intégrateur en basses fréquences est suffisant dans une boucle de régulation de courant utilisée pour commander le moteur à courant con- tinu. Cet unique correcteur est choisi parmi des candidats concurrents comprenant notamment les correcteurs de type correcteur proportionnel intégral et compensateur de retard. Or, des expérimentations ont montré que, lorsque le rotor du moteur à courant continu n'est pas bloqué, le gain devient nul ou quasi-nul. L'association d'un correcteur proportionnel et d'un compensateur de retard permet alors d' obtenir un comportement de double intégration sur certaines plages de fréquence, et donc de réduire très nettement les effets de la force contre-électromotrice et des non-linéarités. De plus, comme le procédé de commande de l'invention utilise uniquement une boucle de régulation de courant, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre en compte dans la commande le comportement mécanique du moteur, ce qui permet d'améliorer la bande passante et ne dégrade pas la commandabilité du moteur.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION En référence à la figure 1, le procédé de commande de l'invention est ici destiné à commander un moteur à courant continu 1 intégré dans un actionneur de manœuvre 2 d'un segment mobile d'un bras de robot utilisé en coma- nipulation .
Le procédé de commande de l'invention est mis en œuvre par un circuit électrique de commande 3 connecté au moteur à courant continu 1 et comportant un certain nombre de composants électroniques. Ces composants élec¬ troniques comprennent en particulier des composants
d'alimentation 4 destinés à alimenter à partir d'une alimentation externe 5 les composants électroniques et le moteur à courant continu 1, des composants de traitement 6 comprenant ici un microcontrôleur dans lequel sont pro- grammées des opérations du procédé de commande, et des composants de puissance 7 (transistors, etc.) commandés par les composants de traitement 6 pour fournir au moteur à courant continu 1 une tension d'alimentation et un courant d'alimentation.
Le moteur à courant continu 1 comporte un rotor 8 portant des conducteurs formant un circuit induit dans lequel circule un courant induit I, et un stator 9 comportant des aimants permanents générant un champs magnétique à l'origine d'une force appliquée sur les conduc- teurs du circuit induit produisant un couple mécanique tendant à faire tourner le rotor 8. Le moteur à courant continu 1 est de plus muni d'un capteur de courant 10 destiné à mesurer le courant induit I.
Le procédé de commande de l'invention vise à comman- der le moteur à courant continu 1 en régulant son couple, ce qui revient à le réguler en courant. Le procédé de commande de l'invention comprend donc la mise en œuvre d'une boucle de régulation de courant 11 destinée à réguler le courant induit I circulant dans le circuit induit du rotor 8 du moteur à courant continu 1.
La boucle de régulation de courant 11 a pour signal d'entrée une consigne de courant le, pour signal de retour un signal représentatif du courant induit Ir, et pour signal de sortie une commande en tension U du moteur à courant continu 1 appliquée au niveau du rotor 8. Le signal représentatif du courant induit Ir est mesuré par
le capteur de courant 10 du circuit induit. La boucle d'asservissement 11 comporte un premier soustracteur 12 utilisé pour retrancher à la consigne de courant le le signal représentatif du courant induit Ir, de manière à générer une erreur de courant εί.
La transformation de la commande en tension U en courant induit I est réalisé par un système 13 comprenant les composants de puissance 7 et le moteur à courant continu 1, ledit système 13 étant ici modélisé par une fonc- tion de transfert comprenant une composante linéaire et une composante non-linéaire.
Le comportement de la composante linéaire de la fonction de transfert du système 13 est régi par une première équation différentielle linéaire dite équation électrique et par une deuxième équation différentielle linéaire dite équation mécanique.

Les non-linéarités proviennent tout d'abord d'une saturation de la commande en tension U du moteur à cou¬ rant continu 1. Cette saturation provient de limitations
minimale et maximale de la tension d'alimentation du mo¬ teur à courant continu 1, lesdites limitations minimale et maximale résultant directement du dimensionnement des composants d'alimentation 4 et de l'alimentation externe 5. Dans dans la boucle de régulation 11, la saturation de la commande en tension U est modélisée par un bloc saturateur 14 de gain unitaire.
Les non-linéarités proviennent ensuite de « bandes mortes » dues à des capacités dites « de boot- strap » comprises dans les composants de puissance 7 du circuit électrique de commande 3, lesdites capacités de bootstrap provoquant l'annulation de la consigne pendant un temps de bande morte au moment d'une inversion de consigne de courant.

Le bloc correcteur 16 est formé d'un correcteur proportionnel intégral 18 et d'un compensateur de retard 19 (ou « lag compensator » en anglais) .
Le compensateur de retard 19 a une fonction de transfert de premier ordre dont le gain aux basses fréquences est supérieur au gain aux hautes fréquences.
L'intérêt de constituer un tel bloc correcteur 16, formé d'un correcteur proportionnel intégral 18 et d'un compensateur de retard 19 généralement considérés comme concurrents, est visible sur les figures 2 à 4.
En référence à la figure 2, un correcteur proportionnel intégral présente un gain infini à basse fréquence. Ce gain diminue de 20dB par décade de fréquence jusqu'à une fréquence de coupure fcl à partir de laquelle le gain devient constant.
En référence à la figure 3, un compensateur de retard présente un gain fini à basse fréquence. A partir d'une fréquence de coupure fc2, ce gain diminue de 20dB par décade de fréquence jusqu'à une seconde fréquence de coupure fc3 à partir de laquelle le gain redevient cons¬ tant .
En référence à la figure 4, l'utilisation conjuguée du correcteur proportionnel intégral 18 et du compensa¬ teur de retard 19 permet d'obtenir un bloc correcteur 16 présentant un gain infini à basse fréquence. Ce gain di- minue de 20dB par décade de fréquence jusqu'à fc2, de 40dB par décade de fréquence entre fc2 et fc3, de 20dB par décade de fréquence de fc3 à fcl et devient constant à partir de fcl. Le comportement du bloc correcteur 16 est donc celui d'un double intégrateur entre fc2 et fc3.
La fonction de transfert K du bloc correcteur 16 est ici :
Le bloc correcteur 16 est relié au premier soustracteur 12 et a pour signal d'entrée l'erreur de courant ei.
Le filtre à anticipation 17 du contrôleur 15 est quant à lui destiné à ajouter à un signal de sortie Is du bloc correcteur 16 le signal d'entrée de la boucle d'asservissement, ou consigne en courant le, présentant un certain retard et multiplié par un certain gain. La boucle de régulation est munie à cet effet d'un sommateur 22. Le filtre à anticipation 17 est un filtre du second ordre présentant la fonction de transfert F suivante : p _ -0.13762.(sz+7192.s+1.932e7)

La figure 5 représente le gain de la fonction de sensibilité en sortie du contrôleur 15, qui décrit la sensibilité de la sortie du contrôleur 15 aux perturba-
tions . La figure 6 représente le gain de la fonction de sensibilité complémentaire qui détermine la relation entre la sortie du contrôleur 15 et la consigne de courant le, dans le cas d'une consigne de courant le en échelon.
La boucle de régulation 11 comporte de plus un dispositif d' anti-emballement 23 destiné à contenir les effets de la saturation de la commande en tension U, en maintenant la valeur d'un signal d'entrée Se du bloc sa- turateur 14 proche de celle d'un signal de sortie Ss du bloc saturateur 14 et éviter ainsi de rendre instable la boucle de régulation 11. Le dispositif d' anti-emballement 23 comporte un filtre du premier ordre 25 et un deuxième soustracteur 26 destiné à retrancher le signal d'entrée Se du bloc saturateur 14 au signal de sortie Ss du bloc saturateur 14. Un signal de sortie Sr du deuxième soustracteur 26 est appliqué en entrée du filtre du premier ordre 25. Un signal de sortie Sf du filtre du premier ordre 25 est retranché au signal d'entrée de la boucle d'asservissement, ou consigne de courant le, par le premier soustracteur 12.
La fonction de transfert du filtre du premier ordre 25 est la suivante : AlV - 0 85971 (s+256g)

La boucle d'asservissement 11 comporte enfin un compensateur de bande morte 27, de type compensateur de friction, connecté à la sortie du bloc saturateur 14. Le compensateur de bande morte est destiné à compenser des distorsions harmoniques introduites par la bande morte.
L'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de mise en œuvre particulier qui vient d'être décrit, mais, bien au contraire, couvre toute variante entrant dans le cadre de l'invention telle que définie par les revendications.
Bien que l'on ait ici mis en œuvre le procédé de commande de l'invention sur un moteur à courant continu, le procédé peut aussi être utilisé pour piloter un autre type de moteur électrique, notamment un moteur électrique synchrone sans balais (ou moteur « brushless ») . En effet, par une transformation mathématique (transformation de Clarke et de Park) , la commande d'un moteur électrique synchrone sans balais peut être ramenée conceptuellement à la commande de deux moteurs à courant continu : on parle de commande vectorielle.
Claims
1. Procédé de commande d'un moteur électrique comprenant la mise en œuvre d'une boucle de régulation (11) d'un courant induit (I) circulant dans un circuit induit d'un rotor (8) du moteur, la boucle de régulation (11) ayant pour signal d'entrée une consigne de courant (le), pour signal de retour un signal représentatif du courant induit (Ir) , et pour signal de sortie une commande en tension (U) du moteur, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que la boucle de régulation (11) comporte un bloc correcteur (16) formé d'un correcteur proportionnel intégral (18) et d'un compensateur de retard (19) .
2. Procédé de commande selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le compensateur de retard (19) a une fonction de transfert de premier ordre dont le gain aux basses fréquences est supérieur au gain aux hautes fréquences.
3. Procédé de commande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la boucle de régulation (11) comporte en outre un filtre à anticipation (17) destiné à ajouter à un signal de sortie du bloc correcteur (16) le signal d'entrée de la boucle de régulation (11) présentant un certain retard et multiplié par un certain gain .
4. Procédé de commande selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le filtre à anticipation (17) est un filtre du second ordre.
5. Procédé de commande selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la boucle de régulation (11) comporte un dispositif d' anti-emballement (23) des¬ tiné à minimiser des effets d'une saturation de la com-
mande en tension (U) .
6. Procédé de commande selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le dispositif d' anti-emballement (23) comporte un filtre du premier ordre (25) .
