Claims (19)

  1. Capsule pour la fabrication d'une boisson telle que café ou thé dans un dispositif à boisson, avec une capsule extérieure (3), qui est fermée à son extrémité de sortie (4b) par un fond de boîtier (8) présentant une sortie de boisson (9) et qui forme à l'extrémité d'entrée opposée (4a) une ouverture (5), qui est fermée par une feuille (6), qui peut être perforée au moyen d'un dispositif (7), afin de propulser de l'eau à l'intérieur de la capsule, dans laquelle une capsule intérieure (2), dont l'espace intérieur (15) contient un substrat, un granulat ou une poudre de boisson, est disposée à l'intérieur de la capsule extérieure (3), la capsule intérieure (2) présente dans son fond (10) des points faibles (13) qui s'ouvrent, se rompent ou se déchirent lorsqu'une pression de liquide s'établit dans la capsule intérieure afin de laisser passer du liquide de l'espace intérieur de la capsule intérieure (2) à la sortie de boisson (9) de la capsule extérieure (3), caractérisée en ce que le fond (10) de la capsule intérieure (2) présente, pour le guidage uniforme de la matière plastique fondue lors du moulage par injection de matière plastique, des zones minces en forme d'arc de cercle (20),

    - qui présentent une épaisseur de matière, qui est plus grande que l'épaisseur de matière des points faibles, dans une mesure telle qu'elles ne se déchirent pas ou ne se rompent pas sous l'effet de la pression de liquide, contrairement aux points faibles (13).
  2. Capsule selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond (10) de la capsule intérieure (2) présente en tant que point faible (13) à proximité de son bord extérieur au moins une zone mince ou au moins une ligne de déchirure.
  3. Capsule selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (13) sont situés sur un cercle, qui est centré sur le milieu du fond (10) de la capsule intérieure (2) et dont le diamètre vaut 1/2 à 9/10 du diamètre du fond (10).
  4. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que trois à six, en particulier quatre, points faibles (13) sont disposés à égales distances sur le cercle, et les espaces intermédiaires du cercle entre les points faibles sont occupés en nombre égal par les zones minces en forme d'arc de cercle (20).
  5. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (13) présentent une épaisseur de matière de 0,10 à 0,20 mm, de préférence d'environ 0,15 mm et les zones minces (20) présentent une épaisseur de matière de 0,20 à 0,30 mm, de préférence d'environ 0,25 mm.
  6. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (13) présentent une largeur de 0,1 à 0,3 mm, de préférence d'environ 0,2 mm, et les zones minces (20) présentent une largeur de 1,0 à 2,0 mm, de préférence d'environ 1,3 mm.
  7. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points faibles (13) présentent une longueur d'arc de cercle (α) de 5 à 15 degrés, de préférence d'environ 10 degrés, et les zones minces (20) présentent une longueur d'arc de cercle (β) de 75 à 85 degrés, de préférence d'environ 80 degrés.
  8. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il se trouve sur le fond (10) de la capsule intérieure (2) une plaque intérieure de recouvrement (30), dont le bord extérieur de forme circulaire (31) arrive jusqu'à la paroi intérieure de la capsule intérieure, dans laquelle la plaque intérieure (30) présente des canaux d'écoulement (32), par lesquels le liquide s'écoule de l'espace intérieur de la capsule intérieure (2) jusqu'aux points faibles (13) du fond (10) de la capsule intérieure.
  9. Capsule selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les canaux d'écoulement (32) sont des encoches et/ou des rainures (35) dans le bord extérieur (31) de la plaque intérieure (30).
  10. Capsule selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'un tamis (33) est appliqué en recouvrement sur la plaque intérieure (30).
  11. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'espace intérieur de la capsule intérieure (2) est divisé en un espace supérieur (15a) et un espace inférieur (15b) par une plaque perforée (34) ou une feuille perforée, qui est placée parallèlement au fond (10) de la capsule intérieure (2) et qui répartit l'eau entrant dans l'espace supérieur (15a) sur le substrat de boisson se trouvant dans l'espace inférieur.
  12. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un filtre est disposé sur le côté supérieur et/ou le côté inférieur du fond de la capsule intérieure (2).
  13. Capsule selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le filtre se compose d'un tissu de polypropylène avec une perméabilité au liquide de 1400 à 400, de préférence de 1200 à 800, L/dm2/min.
  14. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la capsule intérieure (2) présente une matière arrêtant la vapeur d'eau et/ou l'oxygène ou en est composée.
  15. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la paroi latérale (12) et/ou le fond (10) de la capsule intérieure présente deux couches extérieures en une matière ne formant pas barrage et présente entre celles-ci une couche de barrière ou une couche d'arrêt.
  16. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la capsule intérieure (2) est réalisée de façon stratifiée avec une couche de barrière ou une couche d'arrêt en polyoléfine avec un copolymère éthylène-alcool vinylique (EVOH) incorporé ou en un polyactide biodégradable (PLA) avec du EVOH ou de l'alcool polyvinylique (PVOH) incorporé.
  17. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la capsule intérieure (2) est fixée de façon amovible dans la capsule extérieure réutilisable (3) et peut dès lors être échangée.
  18. Capsule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la capsule intérieure (2) présente à l'extrémité d'entrée un bord en forme de bride, sur lequel la feuille (6) est fixée.
