  • "Fully open position” means a position that is between about 100 degrees and about 190 degrees of the closed position. In this way, a user can extract wipes through the dispensing opening with one hand, leaving the other hand free to tend to the baby or other activity, since, in accordance with particular embodiments of the present invention, the flap portion has been constructed to stay open without being forcibly held in the fully open position by the user.

Claims (9)

  1. Flexibler wiederverschließbarer Aufkleber (20), ausgebildet zum Abdecken einer Ausgabeöffnung (12) in einer Verpackung (10), der Aufkleber Folgendes umfassend:
    eine Polymerfolie (22) mit einer Länge (24), die sich in einer Längendimension (25) erstreckt, einer Breite (26), die sich in einer Breitendimension (29) erstreckt, einer Dicke (28), einer unteren Fläche (30) und einer oberen Fläche (22), wobei die Polymerfolie einen Klappenabschnitt (40) und einen Basisabschnitt (60) aufweist, wobei der Klappenabschnitt und der Basisabschnitt die gleiche Ebene belegen, wenn sich der Klappenabschnitt in einer geschlossenen Stellung (42) befindet;
    der Basisabschnitt und der Klappenabschnitt sind dazu ausgebildet, mindestens teilweise an der Verpackung angehaftet zu werden;
    der Klappenabschnitt weist eine Scharnierseite (46) und eine Anhebeseite (48) gegenüber der Scharnierseite in der Längendimension auf, wobei die Scharnierseite mit dem Basisabschnitt entlang einem Scharnier (50) derart verbunden ist, dass der Klappenabschnitt bezüglich des Basisabschnitts an dem Scharnier um eine Drehachse (52) beweglich schwenkbar ist, um eine offene Stellung (43) einzunehmen, wobei die Anhebeseite eine Ansatzlasche (49) beinhaltet; wobei der Aufkleber dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    das Scharnier durch eine gerade Linie (54) mit unterbrochenen Einschnitten (54a) definiert ist, die sich in der Breitendimension erstrecken, wobei sich jeder der Einschnitte durch die gesamte Dicke der Folie erstreckt,
    worin die Linie mit unterbrochenen Einschnitten in der Drehachse des Scharniers liegt; und dadurch dass
    der Basisabschnitt sich mindestens teilweise um den Klappenabschnitt in der Breiten- und Längendimension erstreckt, um mindestens 75 % eines Umfangs (44) des Klappenabschnitts einzufassen, wobei der Klappenabschnitt, außer entlang des Scharniers, nicht mit dem Basisabschnitt verbunden ist.
  2. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1, worin die gerade Linie mit unterbrochenen Einschnitten mindestens drei einzelne eingeschnittene Segmente enthält.
  3. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 2, worin die gerade Linie mit unterbrochenen Einschnitten mindestens fünf einzelne eingeschnittene Segmente enthält.
  4. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1, worin das Scharnier eine Scharnierlänge (51) aufweist, und worin die unterbrochenen Einschnitte mindestens 50 % der Scharnierlänge definieren.
  5. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 4, worin die unterbrochenen Einschnitte mindestens 75 % der Scharnierlänge definieren.
  6. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1, worin das Scharnier eine Scharnierlänge aufweist, und worin der Klappenabschnitt mit dem Basisabschnitt entlang nicht mehr als 25 % der Scharnierlänge verbunden ist.
  7. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1, worin Klebstoff (62) mindestens teilweise die untere Fläche bedeckt, wobei der Klebstoff dazu ausgebildet ist, die Polymerfolie lösbar an einer flexiblen Polymerverpackung anzuhaften.
  8. Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1, worin, wenn der Aufkleber an der Verpackung angehaftet ist, der Klappenabschnitt wiederverschließbar von der Verpackung in die offene Stellung abgezogen werden kann, um die Ausgabeöffnung freizulegen, während der untere Abschnitt an der Verpackung angehaftet bleibt, und worin der Klappenabschnitt eine vollständig geöffnete Stellung einnehmen und ohne äußere Krafteinwirkung in der vollständig geöffneten Stellung verbleiben kann.
  9. Verpackung, umfassend den Aufkleber nach Anspruch 1.
