Claims (11)

  1. Detergent composition for disinfecting and degreasing building surfaces and floors, comprising:
    - an ammonium halide, in which the ammonium comprises two alkyl chains each comprising from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and two alkyl chains each comprising from 7 to 14 carbon atoms;
    - an amino alcohol;
    - an alcohol;
    - a base composed of a metal hydroxide;
    - a sequestrant; and
    - a halochromic compound with a transition range below the pH of the composition.
  2. Detergent composition according to Claim 1, in which the ammonium halide is a chloride.
  3. Detergent composition according to Claim 2, in which the ammonium chloride is didecyldimethylammonium chloride.
  4. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 3, in which the metal hydroxide is chosen from the bases sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
  5. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 4, in which the halochromic compound is a phthalein.
  6. Detergent composition according to Claim 5, in which the phthalein is thymolphthalein.
  7. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 6, in which the amino alcohol is 2-aminoethanol.
  8. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 7, in which the alcohol is ethanol.
  9. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 8, in which the sequestrant is glutamic acid N,N-diacetic acid.
  10. Detergent composition according to one of Claims 1 to 9, comprising:
    0.5 to 1.5% of didecyldimethylammonium chloride;
    0.5 to 5% of 2-aminoethanol;
    5 to 15% of ethanol;
    0.1 to 1% of sodium hydroxide;
    0.5 to 3% of glutamic acid N,N-diacetic acid; and
    0.01 to 0.08% of thymolphthalein.
  11. Use of the detergent compound according to one of Claims 1 to 10, after dilution in water, for cleaning and disinfecting floors and surfaces and for visually monitoring the safety of said cleaning and of said disinfecting.
