Definitions
- the invention relates to a display pallet made of plastic for storage of objects to be transported and presented.
- a display pallet made of plastic for storage of objects to be transported and presented.
- Such a pallet comprises a deck having a bottom and a top spaced therefrom. The top and bottom are connected by a border of four edge sides; two of the four sides are opposite each other and parallel to each other. Adjacent edge sides abut each other in corner areas.
- the display pallet also includes stand elements, such as feet or runners, which are formed projecting from the underside of the deck, and at least one display receptacle for attaching a display.
- the so-called display pallets are pallets that are also placed in stores to present goods arranged there directly to the customer, without having to be granted by the staff on shelves, or to these goods especially in the foreground to deliver. Display pallets are therefore used both for the transport and the presentation of goods.
- the pallets are with so-called Enclosed displays that are more appealing to the customer than the pure presentation on a pallet. These displays are usually printed cardboard or cardboard structures, which are attached in the appropriate recordings for attaching the display, which can be mounted or formed on the deck or on the edge sides. In addition, displays can also be used during transport to secure the goods stored on the pallet.
- Such a display pallet made of plastic for example, in the DE 10 2011 003 999 A1 described, the pallet revealed there has the size of a 1 ⁇ 4-Euro pallet, ie a base of 400 x 600 mm.
- the display pallet comprises at least one substantially plate-shaped connecting element with two parallel, large outer sides for connection to another, identical display range.
- a receptacle is formed in at least one corner region of at least one edge side, which receptacle is designed as a guide for the partial insertion of the at least one connecting element along an insertion direction.
- the insertion direction is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the edge side on which the receptacle is formed.
- the connecting element is preferably made of plastic, but may also be made of other materials which have the required hardness and bending stiffness, which prevent displacement of two connected pallets against each other as far as possible without the connecting element breaking.
- connecting elements made of wood or steel can be used.
- plastic offers the advantage of cost-effective production in large quantities.
- the receptacle is thus formed so that the substantially plate-shaped connecting element is inserted from the side into the receptacle from the outside, the insertion direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the edge side, i. the insertion takes place parallel to the plane of the edge side.
- the longitudinal direction of the edge side is the direction parallel to the edge between the edge side and top or bottom of the deck, the transverse direction that which connects the top and bottom and is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
- the large sides of the connecting element are parallel to the edge side, this embodiment is particularly easy to handle and allows a particularly stable connection with respect to a displacement perpendicular to the insertion direction.
- connection between the inserted connecting element and the deck is in the directions perpendicular to the insertion direction, ie in the direction of the normal of the ceiling plane and the normal of the plane of the respective edge side, preferably positively, to facilitate a reversible removal and insertion of the connecting element.
- two pallets, which are connected by a connecting element in the manner described are readily separated by pulling.
- the connection between inserted connecting element and deck along the direction of insertion therefore preferably takes place force-locking.
- the plate-shaped element has a thickness - between the two outer large sides - which corresponds to an oversized compared to an opening of the receptacle into which the plate-shaped element is to be used.
- the high static friction prevents the connecting element from accidentally slipping or two pallets are inadvertently separated from each other.
- the connecting element is constructed substantially plate-shaped, wherein the plate shape refers to the size ratios of the surface bounding the element, a plate usually has two large surfaces or large sides and - in the preferred cuboid shape - four narrow sides. If the plate-shaped connecting element is oval or round, then there is only one narrow side.
- the receptacle comprises a relative to the surface of the edge side inwardly recessed inner wall.
- the guide - whose purpose is to prevent the connecting element slips or falls out of the range outwards - designed as an outer wall of the recording.
- a disadvantage of a pocket-shaped receptacle is that it can hardly be freed of soiling which can easily penetrate into such a pocket, in particular due to its proximity to the ground, and can become lodged there. This can result in that the connecting element can not be easily inserted into the receptacle, or not as far as necessary, so that two assembled pallets do not fit together correctly.
- the outer wall is therefore not formed continuously from top to bottom along the transverse direction of the edge side, but has the guide one from a lower edge of the edge side up and one from an upper edge of the edge side - usually identical to the edge between the edge side and top of the deck - downward lobed ridge or ridge. It is sufficient if the ridge-shaped survey only slightly, for example in a range of a few millimeters up to about 2 cm, depending on the size of the pallet, stands out from the top or bottom edge.
- a height of about 1 cm should provide sufficient strength on the one hand with regard to the stability of the guide and on the other hand against shear forces, which may arise in an unintentional displacement of the two pallets perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
- the plate-shaped connecting element does not have to be designed as a solid plate made of plastic, but may also have a grid-shaped inner structure, for example, to save material.
- the deck is usually formed with a grid structure.
- the connecting element can be designed in various ways, depending on how two pallets are to be connected to each other, and how the images are arranged on the edge sides.
- two rectangular pallets can be coupled together either with their shorter sides or with their longer sides.
- a pallet measuring 400 x 300 mm for example, a pallet of 800 x 300 mm can be produced when coupled to the shorter sides, or a pallet measuring 400 x 600 mm along the longer sides, which is one fourth of the size Size of a euro pallet corresponds.
- Eight pallets with dimensions of 400 x 300 mm have the advantage that several different goods can be presented separately highlighted on the same room that a quarter pallet claims.
- the connecting element is therefore designed as a connector of a first type for connection to a further display pallet on the edge side on which the receptacle is formed, parallel to the insertion direction. So here two pallets are connected to each other at the edge sides, which are parallel to the insertion direction.
- the connector of the first type is formed from two substantially plate-shaped sub-elements, wherein one of the outer large sides is formed on each of the sub-elements, and wherein the sub-elements are connected to one another at one of their narrow sides.
- each of the sub-elements in a front edge region which is formed on a narrow side opposite to the narrow side on which the sub-elements are connected, formed in at least one of the two directions tapered perpendicular to the insertion direction, preferably in both directions. This facilitates the insertion of the connecting element into the receptacle.
- the area between the partial elements in the upper and in the lower edge region is formed in each case as a groove offset on one side.
- a stop is formed which, for example, prevents the connector of the first type from being pushed too far into the receptacle.
- the grooves can also be dimensioned so that the clamping connection between the connecting element and the pallet is reinforced by the distance of the two grooves to each other, i. in the transverse direction of the edge side, is chosen slightly larger than the distance between the burrs of the ridge-shaped elevations to each other.
- the connecting element is designed as a connector of a second type for connection to a further display pallet on an edge side perpendicular to that on which the receptacle is formed, and perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
- the connector of the second type at least in an upper and a lower edge region with respect to the insertion direction, which are formed on mutually opposite narrow sides, has a thickness that is oversized compared to the distance between the inner wall and outer wall or burr-shaped elevation having.
- the substantially plate-shaped connecting element as a whole may have a corresponding thickness.
- the connector of the second type is formed in a front edge and a rear edge region, which are formed on opposite narrow sides, tapering in at least one, but preferably in the two directions perpendicular to the insertion direction. This facilitates the insertion into the recording.
- stops are formed on the connector of the second type, preferably on the large side, which in the retracted state to the outside, for preventing a complete insertion into the receptacle.
- these stops are preferably formed centrally, so that the connector of the second type engages in each of the receptacles of the two interconnected pallets with the same depth, which is particularly advantageous if the depth of the receptacles is greater as the longitudinal extent of the connector of the second type.
- the guide comprises ridge-shaped elevations
- support elevations are formed for support against an edge of the ridge.
- the distance between the elevations on the back of the connecting element in the transverse direction of the edge side can be chosen so that it is slightly larger than the distance of the edges of the ridge-shaped elevations to each other to further strengthen the clamping connection, or to make a terminal connection at all If the thickness of the plate-shaped element in the edge regions was not chosen so that even in this way a clamp connection can be made.
- the substantially plate-shaped connecting element is composed of two plate-shaped sub-elements, which are connected at one of their narrow sides by a plastic hinge joint.
- the plastic hinge joint is in each case preferably formed with a predetermined distance to an edge between the narrow side and the large side, so that the two sub-elements can lie flush with each other in an unfolded state with their narrow sides.
- the distance corresponds to half the distance between the two plate-shaped sub-elements in the embodiment of the connecting element as a connector of the first type, the joint can take over the function of the stop in the connector of the second type. In this way, it is possible to realize with a connector both the first type connector and the second type connector.
- the connecting element is preferably made in one piece from plastic, the plastic hinge joint is designed as a solid-body joint by at this point very thin plastic.
- locking elements can be integrated, which fix the connecting element either in the form of the first connector or in the second connector.
- the connecting element is modularly formed from a first, substantially plate-shaped base module and a second, substantially plate-shaped base module, wherein both basic modules both in Longitudinal direction, that is, at least one of its narrow sides, as well as in the transverse direction, ie at least one of its major sides are connected to each other via connectors.
- both the connector of the first type and the connector of the second type can be produced by plugging together second basic modules.
- plug are formed on the other corresponding sockets, even a mixed attachment of plugs and sockets is conceivable. This can be supplemented by notches, which prevent an involuntary separation of two modules from each other.
- the connector can also be provided with a guide.
- a first dovetail guide and on a narrow side of the second basic module adapted to the first dovetail guide adapted first rail for connecting the first basic module to the second basic module in a transverse direction on a large side of the first basic module, a second dovetail guide and on a large side of the second basic module adapted to the second dovetail guide second rail is formed.
- this has the advantage that the basic modules can not be easily separated from each other, so the connection is more stable.
- a connector of the third type for connecting four display pallets is formed from two first basic modules and two second basic modules, wherein two different basic modules are connected to each other in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction.
- the size of the pallets is basically arbitrary, preferably the size is 400 x 300 mm, compared to the known in the prior art display pallets with sizes of one quarter of a Euro pallet is therefore "mini-display pallets".
- the display pallet also has stand elements in the form of feet 4 which are formed projecting from the underside of the deck.
- the feet 4 are here at least partially hollow, so that several display pallets of the same type are nestable when they are stored stacked in the empty state.
- the stand elements may equally be formed as runners, or for larger pallets also include combinations of feet and runners.
- a display palette also has at least one receptacle for receiving a display, i. For example, a printed cardboard packaging, which surrounds the goods stored on the pallet, on.
- the present display pallet is suitable for the recording of different types of displays, which are connected with different recordings with the pallet, it has several different types of shots 5.1-5.6, wherein the slot-shaped receptacle 5.3 and the dovetail guide-shaped receptacle 5.6 also a single recording can be combined.
- the display pallet also includes at least one substantially plate-shaped constructed plastic connecting element with two parallel outer large sides for connection to another, identical display range.
- Such fasteners are for example in Fig. 3 . Fig. 5 . Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 and will be described later in detail.
- a receptacle 6 is formed in at least one corner region 3 of at least one edge side 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 or 2.4, which is designed as a guide for the partial insertion of the at least one connecting element along an insertion direction.
- two receptacles 6 are each formed on the two shorter longitudinal sides 2.1 and 2.3.
- Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b are side views of the in Fig. 1 shown display palette shown Fig. 2a shows the narrower edge side 2.1 or 2.3, Fig. 2b the longer edge 2.2 or 2.4.
- the insertion direction is also indicated by the double arrow E, it lies parallel to a longitudinal direction of the edge side 2.1, 2.3, generally parallel to the edge side. where the receptacle 6 is formed.
- the connection between the inserted connecting element and the deck in the directions perpendicular to the direction of insertion is positively and non-positively along the insertion direction.
- Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b is also the bottom 7 of the deck marked.
- the thickness of the edge sides 2.1-2.4, ie their extent transverse to the direction of insertion here corresponds to the distance between the top 1 and bottom 7 in the corner region 3.
- the receptacle 6 comprises an inner wall 8 recessed relative to the surface of the edge side - here the edge side 2.1 or 2.3.
- the guide can then be formed either with an outer wall of the receptacle 6, the receptacle 6 is pocket-shaped or - as shown here - It comprises one of the lower edge of the edge side up and one of the upper edge of the edge side downstanding ridge-shaped elevation 9.1 or 9.2.
- This design facilitates in particular the insertion of the connecting element and allows easier access to the receptacle 6, in particular if it has to be cleaned.
- a pocket-shaped bearing receptacle 10 is also designed for mounting the connecting element.
- the connecting element is composed of several individual parts, the bearing receptacle can also be designed so that it receives one or more of the individual parts, it can also be the items are included in different bearing receptacles. If only one connecting element is used, then the formation of a bearing receptacle is sufficient.
- FIG. 3 Now, a connector designed as a connector of a first type 11 is shown, the connector of the first type 11 is formed for connection to a further display pallet on the edge side, on which the receptacle 6 is formed, ie parallel to the insertion direction E.

- the in Fig. 3 shown connector of the first type is formed from two substantially plate-shaped sub-elements 12.1, 12.2.
- a plate or such a plate-shaped element usually has two large sides and four narrow sides, here each one of the large sides of the connecting element to each one of the sub-elements 12.1, 12.2 is formed.
- the large side 13.1 of the partial element 12.1 thus corresponds to one of the large sides of the connecting element, accordingly, the partial element 12.2 has a large side, not shown here.
- the two sub-elements 12.1 and 12.2 are connected to one another at one of their narrow sides.
- Each of the sub-elements 12.1 and 12.2 is also in a front edge region 14, which is formed on a narrow side, which is the narrow side on which the sub-elements 12.1, 12.2 are connected to each other, in at least one of the two directions perpendicular to the insertion direction, here designed to taper in both directions. This facilitates insertion.
- beads 15 are formed, which extend along the edge of the narrow side to which the two sub-elements 12.1 and 12.2 are connected.
- the area between the partial elements 12.1 and 12.2 in the upper and lower edge area is preferably each one-sided offset Groove 17 formed.
- Their dimensions can be so dimensioned that upon insertion also a clamping action between the edge of the ridge-shaped elevation 9.1 and 92.2 and the central surface of the groove 17 between the two sub-elements 12.1 and 12.2 arises.
- FIG. 5a and Fig. 5b a connecting element designed as a connector of the second type 18 is shown, which is designed for connection to a further display pallet on an edge side perpendicular to that on which the receptacle 6 is formed and perpendicular to the direction of insertion.

- a connector of the second type can already be produced from the two basic modules 26.1 and 26.2.
- the above-described display pallet with the associated connection element allows a flexible assembly of different display pallets to larger on site Units, even if these pallets should already be loaded.
- By storing or storing the fasteners in a designated storage receptacle on the pallet can simultaneously reduce the risk that fasteners are lost when they are not used, since pallet and fastener do not need to be stored in different locations.
Description
Benachbarte Randseiten stoßen dabei in Eckbereichen aneinander. The invention relates to a display pallet made of plastic for storage of objects to be transported and presented. Such a pallet comprises a deck having a bottom and a top spaced therefrom. The top and bottom are connected by a border of four edge sides; two of the four sides are opposite each other and parallel to each other. Adjacent edge sides abut each other in corner areas. The display pallet also includes stand elements, such as feet or runners, which are formed projecting from the underside of the deck, and at least one display receptacle for attaching a display.
Display pallets, on the one hand, are used to transport objects, i. Goods used. A broad field of application and the possible integration into a deposit system require the most uniform possible formation of such pallets, which affects the dimensions of the deck on which the goods are stored. In the state of the art, for example, europallets with a base area of the deck of 800 × 1200 mm are known, all the way to display pallets with a base area of 400 × 600 mm. For display in sales areas, it is advantageous to use pallets with the smallest possible footprint, also can be made of plastic display pallets in many different shades that can be adapted to the displays and usually a more appealing impression than, for example, Euro Make wooden pallets.
The so-called display pallets are pallets that are also placed in stores to present goods arranged there directly to the customer, without having to be granted by the staff on shelves, or to these goods especially in the foreground to deliver. Display pallets are therefore used both for the transport and the presentation of goods. The pallets are with so-called Enclosed displays that are more appealing to the customer than the pure presentation on a pallet. These displays are usually printed cardboard or cardboard structures, which are attached in the appropriate recordings for attaching the display, which can be mounted or formed on the deck or on the edge sides. In addition, displays can also be used during transport to secure the goods stored on the pallet.

Den im genannten Stand der Technik bekannten Möglichkeiten zur Verbindung zweier Paletten ist gemein, dass eine solche Verbindung nur hergestellt werden kann, wenn die Paletten nicht beladen sind, da von oben auf die Deckoberfläche zugegriffen werden muss, oder der Aufbau komplex mittels elektromagnetischer Elemente und Schaltungen ist, was der häufigen Verwendung beispielsweise in einem Pfandsystem entgegenstehtThe known in the cited prior art possibilities for connecting two pallets in common is that such a connection can be made only if the pallets are not loaded, as must be accessed from the top of the deck surface, or the structure complex by means of electromagnetic elements and circuits is what precludes frequent use, for example in a deposit system
The object of the invention is therefore to further develop a display pallet of the type described above in that the simplest possible means for connecting two or more pallets are provided, which make it possible to produce a connection of pallets even if they are already loaded to to increase the flexibility of using such display pallets. In particular, a loss of fasteners should be avoided if the pallets are separated. This object is achieved by a display pallet with the features of
The display pallet comprises at least one substantially plate-shaped connecting element with two parallel, large outer sides for connection to another, identical display range. In this case, a receptacle is formed in at least one corner region of at least one edge side, which receptacle is designed as a guide for the partial insertion of the at least one connecting element along an insertion direction. The insertion direction is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the edge side on which the receptacle is formed. The connecting element is preferably made of plastic, but may also be made of other materials which have the required hardness and bending stiffness, which prevent displacement of two connected pallets against each other as far as possible without the connecting element breaking. For example, connecting elements made of wood or steel can be used. However, plastic offers the advantage of cost-effective production in large quantities.
The receptacle is thus formed so that the substantially plate-shaped connecting element is inserted from the side into the receptacle from the outside, the insertion direction is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the edge side, i. the insertion takes place parallel to the plane of the edge side. The longitudinal direction of the edge side is the direction parallel to the edge between the edge side and top or bottom of the deck, the transverse direction that which connects the top and bottom and is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
Preferably, in the inserted state, the large sides of the connecting element are parallel to the edge side, this embodiment is particularly easy to handle and allows a particularly stable connection with respect to a displacement perpendicular to the insertion direction.
The connection between the inserted connecting element and the deck is in the directions perpendicular to the insertion direction, ie in the direction of the normal of the ceiling plane and the normal of the plane of the respective edge side, preferably positively, to facilitate a reversible removal and insertion of the connecting element. Along the insertion direction, two pallets, which are connected by a connecting element in the manner described, are readily separated by pulling. In order to prevent this and to achieve a more stable connection, which prevents unintentional separation or displacement of two pallets relative to one another, the connection between inserted connecting element and deck along the direction of insertion therefore preferably takes place force-locking. This can be realized, for example, in which the plate-shaped element has a thickness - between the two outer large sides - which corresponds to an oversized compared to an opening of the receptacle into which the plate-shaped element is to be used. In this way, a clamping effect, the high static friction prevents the connecting element from accidentally slipping or two pallets are inadvertently separated from each other.
The connecting element is constructed substantially plate-shaped, wherein the plate shape refers to the size ratios of the surface bounding the element, a plate usually has two large surfaces or large sides and - in the preferred cuboid shape - four narrow sides. If the plate-shaped connecting element is oval or round, then there is only one narrow side.
The recording can be formed in various ways. In a preferred, low wear-prone embodiment, the receptacle comprises a relative to the surface of the edge side inwardly recessed inner wall. In an example, pocket-like design of the recording, the guide - whose purpose is to prevent the connecting element slips or falls out of the range outwards - designed as an outer wall of the recording. A disadvantage of a pocket-shaped receptacle is that it can hardly be freed of soiling which can easily penetrate into such a pocket, in particular due to its proximity to the ground, and can become lodged there. This can result in that the connecting element can not be easily inserted into the receptacle, or not as far as necessary, so that two assembled pallets do not fit together correctly. In an advantageous embodiment, the outer wall is therefore not formed continuously from top to bottom along the transverse direction of the edge side, but has the guide one from a lower edge of the edge side up and one from an upper edge of the edge side - usually identical to the edge between the edge side and top of the deck - downward lobed ridge or ridge. It is sufficient if the ridge-shaped survey only slightly, for example in a range of a few millimeters up to about 2 cm, depending on the size of the pallet, stands out from the top or bottom edge. In general, for example, a height of about 1 cm should provide sufficient strength on the one hand with regard to the stability of the guide and on the other hand against shear forces, which may arise in an unintentional displacement of the two pallets perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
The plate-shaped connecting element does not have to be designed as a solid plate made of plastic, but may also have a grid-shaped inner structure, for example, to save material. The deck is usually formed with a grid structure.
The connecting element can be designed in various ways, depending on how two pallets are to be connected to each other, and how the images are arranged on the edge sides. Thus, two rectangular pallets can be coupled together either with their shorter sides or with their longer sides. From a pallet measuring 400 x 300 mm, for example, a pallet of 800 x 300 mm can be produced when coupled to the shorter sides, or a pallet measuring 400 x 600 mm along the longer sides, which is one fourth of the size Size of a euro pallet corresponds. Eight pallets with dimensions of 400 x 300 mm have the advantage that several different goods can be presented separately highlighted on the same room that a quarter pallet claims. In this case, it is possible to provide corresponding receptacles for the connecting element, that is to say a total of eight receptacles, on all four edge sides, so that only one type of connector has to be used. However, in order not to impair the stability of the pallet, it is alternatively sufficient to form the receptacle only on two opposite edge sides of the pallet and to provide different types of connectors for this purpose.
In a first embodiment, the connecting element is therefore designed as a connector of a first type for connection to a further display pallet on the edge side on which the receptacle is formed, parallel to the insertion direction. So here two pallets are connected to each other at the edge sides, which are parallel to the insertion direction.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the connector of the first type is formed from two substantially plate-shaped sub-elements, wherein one of the outer large sides is formed on each of the sub-elements, and wherein the sub-elements are connected to one another at one of their narrow sides. In addition, each of the sub-elements at least in an upper and / or lower edge region with respect to the insertion direction, which are respectively formed on such narrow sides adjacent to the - rear - narrow side at which the sub-elements are interconnected, formed so that they have a thickness which has an excess compared to the distance between the inner wall and outer wall or burr-shaped elevation. In this way, a frictional clamping connection between the connector of the first type and the pallets can take place.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, each of the sub-elements in a front edge region, which is formed on a narrow side opposite to the narrow side on which the sub-elements are connected, formed in at least one of the two directions tapered perpendicular to the insertion direction, preferably in both directions. This facilitates the insertion of the connecting element into the receptacle.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, in which the guide comprises ridge-shaped elevations, the area between the partial elements in the upper and in the lower edge region is formed in each case as a groove offset on one side. In this way, on the one hand, a stop is formed which, for example, prevents the connector of the first type from being pushed too far into the receptacle. On the other hand, the grooves can also be dimensioned so that the clamping connection between the connecting element and the pallet is reinforced by the distance of the two grooves to each other, i. in the transverse direction of the edge side, is chosen slightly larger than the distance between the burrs of the ridge-shaped elevations to each other.
In an alternative second embodiment, the connecting element is designed as a connector of a second type for connection to a further display pallet on an edge side perpendicular to that on which the receptacle is formed, and perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the connector of the second type, at least in an upper and a lower edge region with respect to the insertion direction, which are formed on mutually opposite narrow sides, has a thickness that is oversized compared to the distance between the inner wall and outer wall or burr-shaped elevation having. Also, the substantially plate-shaped connecting element as a whole may have a corresponding thickness. In this way, a frictional clamping connection between the connector of the second type and the pallet can be made, inadvertent slipping out of the connector of the second type is thus prevented and the stability of a composite of two display pallets is increased.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the connector of the second type is formed in a front edge and a rear edge region, which are formed on opposite narrow sides, tapering in at least one, but preferably in the two directions perpendicular to the insertion direction. This facilitates the insertion into the recording.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, stops are formed on the connector of the second type, preferably on the large side, which in the retracted state to the outside, for preventing a complete insertion into the receptacle. With respect to the length along the insertion direction, these stops are preferably formed centrally, so that the connector of the second type engages in each of the receptacles of the two interconnected pallets with the same depth, which is particularly advantageous if the depth of the receptacles is greater as the longitudinal extent of the connector of the second type.
In a further preferred embodiment of this embodiment, in which the guide comprises ridge-shaped elevations, on the large side which faces outwards in the inserted state, support elevations are formed for support against an edge of the ridge. Again, the distance between the elevations on the back of the connecting element in the transverse direction of the edge side can be chosen so that it is slightly larger than the distance of the edges of the ridge-shaped elevations to each other to further strengthen the clamping connection, or to make a terminal connection at all If the thickness of the plate-shaped element in the edge regions was not chosen so that even in this way a clamp connection can be made.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the substantially plate-shaped connecting element is composed of two plate-shaped sub-elements, which are connected at one of their narrow sides by a plastic hinge joint. The plastic hinge joint is in each case preferably formed with a predetermined distance to an edge between the narrow side and the large side, so that the two sub-elements can lie flush with each other in an unfolded state with their narrow sides. The distance corresponds to half the distance between the two plate-shaped sub-elements in the embodiment of the connecting element as a connector of the first type, the joint can take over the function of the stop in the connector of the second type. In this way, it is possible to realize with a connector both the first type connector and the second type connector. The connecting element is preferably made in one piece from plastic, the plastic hinge joint is designed as a solid-body joint by at this point very thin plastic. In order to prevent accidental folding, locking elements can be integrated, which fix the connecting element either in the form of the first connector or in the second connector.
In another particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting element is modularly formed from a first, substantially plate-shaped base module and a second, substantially plate-shaped base module, wherein both basic modules both in Longitudinal direction, that is, at least one of its narrow sides, as well as in the transverse direction, ie at least one of its major sides are connected to each other via connectors. In a plug connection, both the connector of the first type and the connector of the second type can be produced by plugging together second basic modules. At one of the modules then, for example, plug are formed on the other corresponding sockets, even a mixed attachment of plugs and sockets is conceivable. This can be supplemented by notches, which prevent an involuntary separation of two modules from each other. The connector can also be provided with a guide.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of this variant, for connecting the first basic module to the second basic module in a longitudinal direction on a narrow side of the first basic module, a first dovetail guide and on a narrow side of the second basic module adapted to the first dovetail guide adapted first rail. Additionally or alternatively, for connecting the first basic module to the second basic module in a transverse direction on a large side of the first basic module, a second dovetail guide and on a large side of the second basic module adapted to the second dovetail guide second rail is formed. Compared to a pure plug connection, this has the advantage that the basic modules can not be easily separated from each other, so the connection is more stable. Since each of the two basic modules intervenes in a different palette, in this way the connection between the pallets is reinforced. This embodiment also equivalently includes a first base module on which one or both of the rails are formed, or a second base module on which one or both of the dovetail guides are formed.
In a particular embodiment of this variant, a connector of the third type for connecting four display pallets is formed from two first basic modules and two second basic modules, wherein two different basic modules are connected to each other in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction. This gives a high degree of flexibility with regard to the connection possibilities of different pallets. Depending on requirements, composites of several pallets can be produced. The size of the pallets is basically arbitrary, preferably the size is 400 x 300 mm, compared to the known in the prior art display pallets with sizes of one quarter of a Euro pallet is therefore "mini-display pallets". According to the invention, a pocket-shaped bearing receptacle for supporting the connecting element or, if this is composed of several individual parts, at least one of its individual parts is formed on one of the edge sides of the display pallet. For example, in each pallet a receptacle for two basic modules be formed, the connecting elements can be stored there, when they are not used, so that it can be ensured that the connecting element and pallet always give a composite. Also, in this way, the loss of compared to the pallet much smaller connecting element can be prevented when the pallets are separated. Finally, a flexible use on site, at the customer is possible.

The display pallet also has stand elements in the form of
In the display pallet, a
However, it is equally possible to form the

Each of the sub-elements 12.1 and 12.2 is also in a

Basically, it is sufficient to use a plate-shaped element as a connector of the

The above-described display pallet with the associated connection element allows a flexible assembly of different display pallets to larger on site Units, even if these pallets should already be loaded. By storing or storing the fasteners in a designated storage receptacle on the pallet can simultaneously reduce the risk that fasteners are lost when they are not used, since pallet and fastener do not need to be stored in different locations.
