Obviously, the numerical values cited and the substances mentioned have been only examples, and can be changed on demand for each implementation of the invention.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Befüllen eines Behälters (11) mit einem Gemisch (M) aus mindestens zwei Bestandteilen (C1, C2, C3...),
wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:/1/Bereitstellen der Bestandteile (C1, C2, C3) in jeweiligen getrennten Behältnissen oder mittels jeweiliger getrennter Kanäle; und/2/Einleiten der mindestens zwei Bestandteile (C1, C2, C3) in den Behälter (11) von getrennten Behältnissen oder Kanälen aus, sodass das Gemisch (M) in dem Behälter hergestellt wird;wobei das herzustellende Gemisch (M) mindestens zwei Substanzen (S1, S2, S3...) nach jeweiligen finalen Verhältnissen der Substanzen im Gemisch, die unterschiedlich sind, umfasst, wobei das finale Verhältnis einer ersten der Substanzen (S1) niedriger als das finale Verhältnis einer zweiten (S2) der Substanzen ist, und Schritt /1/ umfasst:Vormischen der ersten Substanz (S1) mit einem ersten Teil zumindest der zweiten Substanz (S2), um einen ersten der Bestandteile (C1) zu bilden,und in Schritt /2/ werden der erste Bestandteil (C1) und jeder andere Bestandteil (C2, C3) in den Behälter (11) eingeleitet, gemäß den jeweiligen Mengen der Bestandteile, die dazu ausgelegt sind, in dem Behälter die jeweiligen finalen Verhältnisse der Substanzen (S1, S2, S3...) zu erzeugendadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der zweite Bestandteil (C2) einen zweiten Teil der zweiten Substanz (S2) umfasst, der, gegenüber dem ersten Teil der zweiten Substanz (S2), die im Schritt /1/ für den ersten Bestandteil (C1) verwendet wurde, zusätzlich im in Schritt /2/ hergestellten Gemisch (M) ist, wobei der zweite Bestandteil (C2) durch den zweiten Teil der zweiten Substanz (S2) gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
bei dem eine dritte (C3) der Bestandteile des Gemischs (M) einen dritten Teil der zweiten Substanz (S2) und eine dritte Substanz umfasst, wobei der dritte Teil der zweiten Substanz und die dritte Substanz im dritten Bestandteil vorgemischt sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
bei dem das finale Verhältnis der ersten Substanz (S1) im Gemisch (M) niedriger als 5 % des Massenanteils ist, vorzugsweise niedriger als 2 % des Massenanteils. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem das Gemisch (M), mit dem der Behälter (11) gefüllt ist, eine Flüssigkeit für elektronische Zigaretten ist und bei dem die erste Substanz (S1) aus der Gruppe an Substanzen ausgewählt wird, die die aromatischen Basen und die Nikotinverbindungen enthält, und die zweite Substanz (S2) eine Trägerflüssigkeit des Gemischs ist, die beispielsweise ein Gemisch aus Monopropylenglycol und Glycerol umfasst. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4,
bei dem die dritte Substanz (S3) in der Gruppe an Substanzen ausgewählt wird, die die aromatischen Basen und die Nikotinverbindungen enthält, und verschieden von der ersten Substanz ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
umfassend unter anderem den folgenden Schritt, der nach Schritt /2/ ausgeführt wird:/3/Ausüben einer Bewegung des im Behälter (11) enthaltenen Gemischs (M), um das Gemisch im Inneren des Behälters zu homogenisieren. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
bei dem der Behälter (11) eine Endverpackung für einen Vertrieb oder einen Einzelverkauf des in Schritt /2/ hergestellten Gemischs (M) ist. - Befülleinheit zum Befüllen eines Behälters (11) mit einem Gemisch (M) aus mindestens zwei Bestandteilen (C1, C2, C3),
wobei die Einheit umfasst:-- mindestens ein Zuführmodul (20), das dazu ausgelegt ist, die Bestandteile (C1, C2, C3) aus jeweiligen getrennten Behältnissen oder mittels jeweiliger getrennter Kanäle zuzuleiten; und-- mindestens ein Befüllmodul (10), das dazu ausgelegt ist, die vom Zuführmodul (20) zugeleiteten mindestens zwei Bestandteile (C1, C2, C3) so in den Behälter (11) einzuleiten, dass das Gemisch (M) in dem Behälter hergestellt wird;wobei die Befülleinheit umfasst unter anderem:-- mindestens ein Vormischmodul (30), das dazu ausgelegt ist, die jeweiligen Mengen von mindestens zwei Substanzen (S1, S2) vorzumischen, um einen ersten (C1) der Bestandteile zu bilden, und das mit dem Zuführmodul (20) verbunden ist, um das Zuführmodul mit dem ersten Bestandteil zu versorgen;dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Befülleinheit dazu ausgelegt ist, ein Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umzusetzen.
