Claims (9)
- Spender für ein fluides Produkt, aufweisend einen Behälter (R) für ein fluides Produkt, in dem das fluide Produkt unter Druck gelagert ist, und eine Auslassklappe für fluides Produkt, die von einer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position betätigbar ist, um eine Ausgabeöffnung (62) zu definieren, wobei die Auslassklappe eine bewegliche Einrichtung (51) aufweist, die in der geschlossenen Position dichtend auf einem Sitz (63) ruht, der durch den Rand der Ausgabeöffnung (62) gebildet ist, und die in der geöffneten Position außer Kontakt mit diesem Sitz (63) ist, wobei die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) axial verschiebbar und elastisch gegen den Sitz (63) vorgespannt ist, wobei der Spender auch eine Betätigungseinrichtung (61) aufweist, um die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) zwischen der geschlossenen Position und der geöffneten Position zu verschieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (61) aus einer Drehscheibe (6) gebildet ist, die mit der Ausgabeöffnung (62) versehen ist, wobei die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) durch einen auf dem Behälter (R) montierten Deckel (5) gebildet ist, wobei die Drehscheibe (6) um die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) drehend auf dem Deckel (5) montiert ist, wobei die Drehscheibe (6) ein Nockenelement (65) aufweist, um die Drehbewegung der Scheibe (6) in eine axiale Verschiebung der beweglichen Einrichtung (51) umzuwandeln.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Drehscheibe (6) einen begrenzten winkeligen Verlauf gegen eine Spannfeder (7) ausführt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Nockenelement (65) mehrere Nockensektoren aufweist, die jeweils eine Schräge in Form eines Kreisbogensegments definieren.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) mit einer Nockeneinrichtung (53) versehen ist, die mit dem Nockenelement (65) der Drehscheibe (6) zusammenwirkt.
- Spender nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Nockeneinrichtung (53) so viele Nockenprofile in Form eines Kreisbogensegments definiert, wie es Nockensektoren gibt.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Drehscheibe (6) durch ein Band (8) auf dem Deckel (5) gehalten wird.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6, wobei eine Spannfeder (7), vorteilhafterweise eine Federscheibe aus Kunststoffmaterial, zwischen der Drehscheibe (6) und dem Deckel (5) wirkt, um die Drehscheibe (6) nach jeder Drehung in ihre Ausgangsposition zurück zu bringen.
- Spender nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei die bewegliche Einrichtung (51) eine Spitze (52) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt ist, dichtend in den Sitz (63) in Eingriff zu kommen, der durch die Drehscheibe (6) gebildet ist, wobei die Spitze (52) von einer Nockeneinrichtung (53) umgeben ist, die wiederum von elastischen Mitteln (54), vorteilhafterweise in Form von flexiblen Ansätzen, umgeben ist, die die Spitze (52) elastisch gegen den Sitz (63) vorspannen.
- Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Behälter (R) einen Druckkolben (2) aufweist, der dichtend in einem Gleitzylinder (11) gleitet, wobei der Druckkolben (2) durch elastische Mittel (3), ausgewählt aus Federn, Schaum bzw. Schaumstoff und Gas, vorgespannt ist.
