Description
The present invention relates to a tube sleeve for a multi-segment stick, in particular for a telescopic stick or folding stick. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a sports pole having such a tubular sleeve, e.g. in the area of poles for hiking, Nordic walking, but also in the broadest sense for other sports such as cross-country skiing or alpine skiing, alpinism, etc.
It may happen that the stick in particular in the lower region, where typically the thinnest tube is arranged, has a very small wall thickness, and thus for some applications no longer shows sufficient rigidity. In addition, the structures disclosed in these documents are not always optimally suited for all applications and users, since the relative position of the individual bar pipe sections must be ensured by a rotation of these bar pipe sections relative to each other, including corresponding manually applied rotational forces required are.
It is accordingly inter alia an object of the present invention to provide a structurally simple and therefore robust folding stick which can be folded together as small as possible, for example in order to be stored in a backpack or a bag, but at the same time the disadvantages of the prior art the art known folding sticks to be eliminated.
In such a folding stick, as well as other devices with multiple telescoping or telescoping pipe sections, the following problems may arise: Due to the certain game that is necessary so that the two pipe sections can be moved against each other for the purpose of mating or pulling apart against each other, it can in the region of the respective connector between the two contacting pipe sections come to rattling noises. This is acoustically disturbing, and may also make the construction seem loose, which may give the impression that the product used is an inferior or unstable construction. In addition, such repeated juxtaposition of the outer surface of the Innemohrabschnittes on the inner surface of the outer tube section to friction damage or Abrieberscheinungen, and cause material fatigue.
In particular, therefore, according to the following invention; especially in sticks in the compacted or folded state, the harmful game and the associated possibly occurring rattling noise resulting from a mutual contact can result from inner tube section and outer tube section can be avoided. This object is achieved by a stick with the features of
Thus, the present invention relates to a stick with at least two, preferably at least three or four pipe sections. The pipe sections are connected together in the assembled state of the stick via at least one connector along a rod longitudinal axis A, and at a top pipe section a stick handle is usually arranged and at a lowermost pipe section a stick tip.
So that the above-mentioned telescoping is given, the second pipe section has a smaller or almost the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the first pipe section, and thus can be inserted into the first pipe section (7).
The pipe sections can now be fixed according to the invention in their relative axial position by the latching device, wherein the connector comprises a rigidly fixed to the first pipe section pipe sleeve which projects beyond the end of the second pipe section facing the first pipe section in a projecting region, this end edge radially a circumferential, directed towards the second pipe section flange engages and surrounds the second pipe section in the projection region.
The construction according to the invention is now characterized in particular in that a typically elastic clamping element is arranged in the projection region between a radial inner surface of the tube sleeve and the radial outer surface of the second tube section.
In the conventional constructions, the tubular sleeve with its flange engages directly around the lower edge of the first pipe section so that the inside of the flange comes into abutment with the lower edge of the pipe section, and the flange protects with its axial bottom then the end edge of the first pipe section for the positive fastening , The corresponding fixing pin (push button) does not come into contact with the lower edge of the first pipe section and can not damage and injure accordingly.
In the construction proposed here, to a certain extent such a tube sleeve is pushed far less onto the first tube section, so that a circumferential groove is formed between the flange and the end edge into which said clamping element can be inserted.
In other words, there is according to the invention in the projection region a circumferential, inwardly open receiving groove bounded by end edge, radial inner surface of the tube sleeve and flange, and the clamping element is arranged in this receiving groove. In this case, the clamping element is dimensioned such that it contacts both the radial inner surface of the tube sleeve and the radial outer surface of the second tube section and these surfaces elastically clamped against each other. In particular, therefore, the tube sleeve has at its lower end, which is directed axially towards the pole tip, a radially inwardly directed flange. This flange, which advantageously adjoins a hollow cylindrical portion of the pipe sleeve, engages around the lower end of the first pipe section, or the lower end of the first pipe section rests on a shoulder of the flange. The flange can also be achieved by a conical taper of the tubular sleeve directed downwards towards the tip of the pole.
Advantageously, the clamping element is arranged in the radial direction between the second pipe section, or the radial outer side of the second pipe section and a radial inner side of the pipe sleeve. In this case, the clamping element forms a connection between the radially outer side of the second pipe section and the radial inner side of the pipe sleeve, wherein preferably a distance which is defined by a circumferential gap between the radial inner side of the first pipe section (Outer pipe section) and the radial outer side of the second pipe section (inner pipe section) is defined, is fixed. The clamping element thus acts as a kind of sealing element or spacer in this cavity between the tube sleeve and the pipe sections. In this case, the radial position of the two telescoped or overlapping pipe sections is fixed.
The pipe sleeve is fixedly connected to the first pipe section in a force-locking and / or positive and / or material fit, preferably cohesively, especially firmly connected to the lower end of the first pipe section facing the pole, so that the pipe sleeve is arranged axially immovable on the first pipe section.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the inventive stick, the positively locking device has a spring-loaded radial detent pin, which is preferably held against the action of a spring element piercing in a radial through hole of the second pipe section. The latching device preferably also passes through a through hole aligned with the through hole in the second pipe section in a fastening section of a guide pin, which is embedded and fixed in the second pipe section, whereby it comes into contact with the axial, the second pipe section facing end surface of the flange.
The proposed form-fitting mechanism, which is concerned here, can be designed so that the tube sleeve and / or the Ausssenrohr have a hole for receiving such a guide pin, said holes are then preferably arranged congruent. The lateral surface of the pipe sleeve can be extended for something. The push button, which may preferably have a lateral surface which is flattened in the contact region with the lower edge of the tubular sleeve, may in this case also have a round lateral surface. Preferably, the positive-locking mechanism involved is not a mechanism in which the tubular sleeve and / or the outer tube has a hole for receiving such a guide pin, but a mechanism in which the lower edge of the tubular sleeve as a stop serves for such a guide pin. However, this lower edge may have a downwardly open recess or axial recess for receiving the guide pin to ensure a safer system and a rotation.
The tube sleeve is according to a further preferred embodiment substantially formed of a light metal, preferably of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
In contrast, the clamping element is preferably formed at least partially elastically deformable.
In this case, the clamping element is preferably at least partially made of plastic, more preferably based on a thermoplastic or a thermoplastic elastomer, particularly preferably crosslinked or uncrosslinked systems based on polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, copolyamide, thermoplastic elastomers based on olefin and / or urethane , thermoplastic polyester elastomers, thermoplastic copolyesters or a mixture thereof.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the clamping element is formed substantially annular, wherein the clamping element completely surrounds the second pipe section within the circumferential groove in the circumferential direction, wherein it further preferably at least partially, the axial length of the groove substantially completely fills.
It is particularly advantageous if the clamping element has a radially inner portion and a radially outer portion, wherein the radially outer portion preferably substantially completely fills the axial length of the cavity and wherein the radially inner portion only partially fills the axial length of the cavity. The two sections are preferably connected to one another on one of the two axial sides, so that the radially inner section to some extent forms an at least partially circumferential tongue. Preferably, the clamping element is arranged in the groove so that the tongue is directed to the inner tube side facing away. Preferably, the clamping element is integrally formed. In this case, the clamping element can be designed to be elastic in itself, such as in the case of a sealing ring, or O-ring. In fact, the clamping element can be designed as an O-ring arranged in the groove.
Alternatively, however, the clamping element may also be designed in several parts, wherein only a part, preferably only the radially inner portion of the clamping element may be formed of an elastically deformable material, or wherein the radially inner portion of the clamping element made of a material having greater elastic deformability may be as the radially outer portion of the clamping element.
A particularly preferred embodiment comprises a clamping element which at least in a part of its circumference in a cross section along the longitudinal axis of the rod through the clamping element has a substantially hook-shaped or U-shaped profile with a radially inner leg and a radially outer leg of preferably different length, and preferably also has different measured in the radial direction maximum width. In this case, preferably, the radially inner leg has a smaller axial length than the radially outer leg and preferably a smaller radially measured maximum width than the radially outer leg. For example, For example, the radially outer leg may have an axial length in the range of 1-20 mm, preferably 2-15 or 3-10 mm, and the radially inner leg may have an axial length in the range of 0.5-15 mm, preferably 1-8 or 1.5. 5 mm. The radially inner portion of the clamping element can be provided in the circumferential direction with a preferably upwardly open to the stick handle recess. In other words, it may be advantageous if the clamping element at its radially inner portion or when the radially inner leg in the circumferential direction is not completely circumferential, i. is formed with at least one interruption, preferably 2-4 interruptions. These recesses, which are preferably arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, lead to an arrangement of several, preferably regularly spaced, upwardly pointing legs. The radially inner portion of the clamping element can thus be formed to a certain extent toothed.
The radially inner portion of the clamping member is somewhat similar to a lip facing upwardly of the stick handle, this lip being continuous in the circumferential direction, i. may be annular, with or without interruptions.
In order to keep the two pipe sections rotationally fixed relative to one another in the circumferential direction or to fix the rotational position of the two pipe sections relative to one another, it can be particularly advantageous if the spring-loaded radial detent pin protrudes open in a circumferentially extending end of the pipe sleeve, preferably towards one of the pole top trained, recess of the tube sleeve is held.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the inventive stick is a folding stick, wherein the pipe sections are connected to each other via at least one pull rope, and wherein preferably at least two pipe sections are connected together in the folded state of the folding stick only via the pull rope.
