Claims (10)

  1. Liquid-dispensing device forming a table comprising a body (10) and a plate (17),
    - with the body (10) including:
    -- three casks (11) containing a liquid to be dispensed, with each cask comprising a shell made of polyethylene terephthalate inside of which a pouch made of a flexible material containing the liquid is positioned, with each cask (11) being thermally insulated with respect to the others by a separation wall,
    -- three draft circuits (24) extending from each cask (11) to three corresponding dispensing taps (15) located on the plate (17), with the taps (15) being maintained above a drainboard, a system (12) for cooling the draft circuit arranged between each cask (11) and the corresponding dispensing tap (15),
    -- three pressurised draft systems (13) suitable for drawing the liquid from each cask (11), with each draft system (13) comprising
    • a solenoid valve (25) in each draft circuit (24) between the cask and the tap,
    • a means for insufflating a gas inside the cask (11) between the shell and the pouch made of a flexible material,
    • a flowmeter able to measure the flow rate of the liquid in the draft circuit (24),
    • a blocking means between each cask and the cooling system (12), said blocking means being a floater contained in the draft circuit (24), when the cask is empty, the floater descends into the blocking means and automatically closes off the inlet, allowing only the liquid to pass,
    a system (14) for managing the device provided to control the dispensing of liquids by opening or closing the solenoid valve (25), castor wheels provided to enable movement of the device,
    - the plate (17) of the table being removable and including: three taps (15) for dispensing liquids, a means (16) for interacting with the managing system (14) suitable for interfacing with the liquid-dispensing control, said managing system (14) being able to be connected to a database (37) by a connection means.
  2. Device according to claim 1, wherein the connection means is with a wire.
  3. Device according to claim 1, wherein the connection means is wireless.
  4. Device according to claim 1, wherein each solenoid valve is positioned at the taps (15), said solenoid valves (25) are cooled by the cooling system (12).
  5. Device according to claim 1, wherein the cooling system (12) comprises a cooling circuit (23) of which a heat-transfer fluid passes through an evaporator (18), a pressure reducer (19), a condenser (20) and a compressor (21).
  6. Device according to claim 1, wherein the managing system (14) includes:
    - a microcontroller connected by a wireless connection in real time to a database (37),
    - a temperature sensor able to measure the temperature of the cask (11),
    - a pressure sensor able to measure the pressure inside the cask (11).
  7. Device according to claim 6, wherein the managing system (14) includes a means for recognising the cask (11) to identify the liquid and transmit information to the microcontroller.
  8. Device according to claim 1, wherein the database includes information on the type of liquid of the cask (11), information on a client.
  9. Control system assembly (36) and device according to one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the control system is a tablet computer, a computer or a mobile telephone that controls a device, and said control system comprises a means for wireless communication with said device.
  10. Method for dispensing a liquid including a device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that it comprises the following steps:
    - consulting a database about the information of a client;
    - controlling the opening of the dispensing tap (15) of liquid according to a limit volume of liquid according to the information of the client.
