Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kupplungsteil für eine elektrische Leitung, welche mindestens aus zwei aus isolierten elektrischen Leitern bestehende Adern und einen dieselben gemeinsam umschließenden Mantel aus Isoliermaterial aufweist, das einen eine Anschlußseite und eine derselben gegenüber liegende Steckseite aufweisenden Kontaktträger aus Isoliermaterial hat, in dem gegeneinander isolierte elektrische Kontaktelemente angeordnet sind, an die in Montageposition auf der Anschlußseite des Kontaktträgers die elektrischen Leiter der Leitung angeschlossen sind, bei welcher über der Verbindungsstelle von Leitern und Kontaktelementen ein dieselben umschließendes, vorgefertigtes Gehäuse aus Isoliermaterial angebracht ist, das sich einerseits bis über den Kontaktträger und andererseits bis über die Leitung erstreckt (
