Claims (4)
- Eine Schnellspannvorrichtung für Schraubendreherbits, umfassend:einen Schaft (10) mit einem ersten Ende und einem zweiten Ende, wobei der Schaft (10) ein polygonales Loch (11) aufweist, das in Längsrichtung an seinem ersten Ende vorgesehen und so abgestimmt ist, dass es einen Bit (40) teilweise aufnehmen kann, wobei der Bit (40) eine darin ringförmig vorgesehene Nut (41), mindestens einen Schlitz (13), der in Längsrichtung am ersten Ende des Schafts (10) vorgesehen ist, eine Ringnut (14), die auf einem Innenumfang des polygonalen Lochs (11) vorgesehen ist und mit dem mindestens einen Schlitz (13) in Verbindung steht, ein dehnbares Begrenzungselement (16), das in der Ringnut (14) aufgenommen ist, aufweist, wobei das Begrenzungselement einen Außendurchmesser hat, der geringfügig kleiner als ein Durchmesser der Ringnut (14) ist;einen verjüngten Abschnitt (15), der ringförmig auf einem Innenumfang der Ringnut (14) in Richtung des ersten Endes des Schafts (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Begrenzungselement (16) mit dem Bit (40) bewegt wird, wenn der Bit (40) frei zurückgezogen wird und das Begrenzungselement (16) nach innen gedrückt wird, um dank des verjüngten Abschnitts (15) fester in die Nut (14) einzugreifen, sodass sich der Bit (40) nicht frei vom polygonalen Loch (11) in den Schaft (10) verschieben kann;eine Hülse (20), die beweglich auf das erste Ende des Schafts (10) aufgesteckt ist, wobei die Hülse (20) mindestens einen Vorsprung (21) aufweist, der sich davon nach innen erstreckt, wobei der mindestens eine Vorsprung (21) in den mindestens einen Schlitz (13) eingreift, um zu verhindern, dass die Hülse relativ zu dem Schaft (10) gedreht wird, wobei der mindestens eine Vorsprung (21) gegen das Begrenzungselement (16) anstößt, wenn der Bit (40) vom polygonalen Loch (11) entfernt wird;einen Hohlstutzen (12), der sich in Längsrichtung von dem ersten Ende des Schafts (10) erstreckt, wobei der mindestens eine Schlitz (13) in Längsrichtung im Hohlstutzen (12) vorgesehen ist; undeinen Stopper (30), der an dem ersten Ende des Hohlstutzens (12) befestigt ist, um zu verhindern, dass sich die Hülse (20) vom Schaft (10) löst, wobei der Stopper (30) das erste Ende des Hohlstutzens (12) und den mindestens einen Schlitz (13) des Hohlstutzens (12) umgibt.
- Schnellspannvorrichtung für Schraubendreherbits nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Hülse beweglich auf dem Hohlstutzen (12) aufgesteckt ist, wobei der Hohlstutzen (12) einen kleineren Durchmesser als den des Schafts aufweist und eine Durchmesserdifferenz zwischen dem Schaft (10) und dem Hohlstutzen (12) gebildet ist, wobei die diametrale Differenz gleich einer Dicke der Hülse ist.
- Schnellspannvorrichtung für Schraubendreherbits nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schaft (10) ferner einen polygonalen Schaft umfasst, der sich von dessen zweitem Ende erstreckt und so abgestimmt ist, dass er mit einem Griff verbunden werden kann, damit ein Bediener den Bit (40), der in das polygonale Loch eingesetzt ist, leicht bedienen kann.
- Schnellspannvorrichtung für Schraubendreherbits nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Begrenzungselement (16) aus der Gruppe bestehend aus C-Ring und O-Ring ausgewählt ist.
