Claims (16)

  1. Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1) für Tür- bzw. Fensterflügel und -Rahmen (100) der Bauart, die einen Betätigungshebel (2) umfasst, der um eine Drehachse (R-R) zwischen mindestens einer geschlossenen Stellung und mindestens einer offenen Stellung drehbar ist, wobei der Betätigungshebel (2) ausgestattet ist mit einem Griff (3) und einer Betätigungsstange (4), um einen Klemmmechanismus für Tür- bzw. Fensterflügel und -Rahmen (100) versehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch ein Abdeckelement (7), das angepasst ist die Unterlegscheibe (5) zumindest teilweise abzudecken, wobei das Abdeckelement (7) mit einem Durchgangsloch (7a) versehen ist, um ein Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) durchzulassen, wobei das Abdeckelement (7) zwischen einer distalen Stellung (P1) und einer proximalen Stellung (P2) in Bezug auf die Unterlegscheibe (5) bewegbar ist, und wobei entgegenwirkende elastische Mittel (13) umfasst sind, um das Abdeckelement (7) in der distalen Stellung zu halten (P1), und in eine Gestaltung eingreifende Verriegelungsmittel (14) zwischen dem Abdeckelement (7) und dem Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2), um die Drehung des Betätigungshebels (2) zu verhindern, wenn sich das Abdeckelement (7) in der distalen Stellung (P1) befindet, und um die Drehung des Betätigungshebels (2) zu ermöglichen, wenn sich das Abdeckelement (7) in der proximalen Stellung (P2) befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) mindestens einen Abschnitt (9b) der Nabe (9) umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) mindestens einen Endabschnitt (3a) des Griffs (3) umfasst.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) mindestens einen Endabschnitt (4a) der Betätigungsstange (4) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die in die Gestaltung eingreifenden Verriegelungsmittel (14) zwischen dem Abdeckelement (7) und dem Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) zwischen dem Durchgangsloch (7a) und dem Verbindungsstück (12) angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die in die Gestaltung eingreifenden Verriegelungsmittel (14) zwischen dem Abdeckelement (7) und dem Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) mindestens eine Rippe (14a) und mindestens einen entsprechenden Sitz (14b) umfassen, der angepasst ist, die mindestens eine Rippe (14a) aufzunehmen, wenn sich das Abdeckelement (7) in der distalen Stellung (P1) befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei die mindestens eine Rippe (14a) an dem Abdeckelement (7) angeordnet ist und in Richtung des Inneren des Durchgangslochs (7a) vorspringt, wobei der mindestens eine Sitz (14b) auf dem Abschnitt (9b) der Nabe (9) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) eine Nut (15) umfasst, so dass sich der Betätigungshebel (2) drehen kann, wenn das Abdeckelement (7) sich in der proximalen Stellung (P2) befindet.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastischen Mittel (13) neben mindestens zwei Druckpunkten des Abdeckelements (7) angeordnet sind, wobei die mindestens zwei Druckpunkte so konfiguriert sind, dass sie die Bewegung des Abdeckelements (7) von der distalen Stellung (P1) zur proximalen Stellung (P2) ermöglichen, wenn sie gemeinsam gedrückt werden.
  10. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastischen Mittel (13) zwischen der Unterlegscheibe (5) und dem Abdeckelement (7) symmetrisch in Bezug auf die Drehachse (R-R) des Betätigungshebels (2) angeordnet sind.
  11. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elastischen Mittel (13) mindestens zwei flexible Vorsprünge (13a) umfassen, die von der Unterlegscheibe (5) vorstehen.
  12. Vorrichtung (1) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die in die Gestaltung eingreifenden Verriegelungsmittel (14) so angeordnet sind, dass der Betätigungshebel (2) nicht rotieren kann, wenn der Betätigungshebel (2) sich in der mindestens einen geschlossenen Stellung befindet.
  13. Verfahren zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln eines Griffs (3) mittels einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1) für Tür- bzw. Fensterflügel und -Rahmen (100), der Bauart, die einen Betätigungshebel (2) umfasst, der zwischen mindestens einer offenen Stellung und mindestens einer geschlossenen Stellung drehbar ist, und eine Unterlegscheibe (5), gekennzeichnet durch ein bewegbares Abdeckelement (7), das angepasst ist die Unterlegscheibe (5) zumindest teilweise abzudecken, wobei das Abdeckelement (7) mit einem Durchgangsloch (7a) versehen ist, um ein Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) durchzulassen, wobei der Betätigungshebel (2) einen Griff (3) aufweist, der mit einer Betätigungsstange (4) eines Klemmmechanismus für Tür- bzw. Fensterflügel und -Rahmen (100) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Drehen eines Betätigungshebels (2), um ihn in die mindestens eine geschlossene Stellung zu führen;
    b) Verriegeln des Griffs (3) durch Führen des Abdeckelements (7) in eine distale Stellung (P1) in Bezug auf die Unterlegscheibe (5);
    c) Entriegeln des Griffs (3) durch Führen des Abdeckelements (7) in eine proximale Stellung (P2) in Bezug auf die Unterlegscheibe (5);
    d) Drehen des Betätigungshebels (2), um ihn in mindestens eine offene Stellung zu führen;
    wobei der Schritt b) durch in eine Gestaltung eingreifende Verriegelungsmittel (14) zwischen dem Abdeckelement (7) und einem Verbindungsstück (12) des Betätigungshebels (2) ausgeführt wird.
  14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt b) durch entgegenwirkende elastische Mittel (13) ausgeführt wird, die zwischen dem Abdeckelement (7) und der Unterlegscheibe (5) angeordnet sind, wobei der Schritt c) durch Drücken des Abdeckelements (7) ausgeführt wird.
  15. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13 oder 14, wobei der Schritt c) erfolgt, indem mindestens zwei Druckpunkte (7d) des Abdeckelements (7), vorzugsweise mindestens zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Druckpunkte (7d), gedrückt werden.
  16. Verfahren gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 13 bis 14, wobei der Schritt d) ausgeführt wird, indem das Abdeckelement (7) in der proximalen Stellung (P2) gehalten wird.
