Claims (10)
- Récipient (100) pour tabac ayant une base (10) et un couvercle (20), le couvercle (20) comportant :une bordure extérieure (21) et une première saillie en aboutement (22), cette saillie en aboutement (22) étant disposée de manière circonférentielle sur une surface intérieure du couvercle (20), près de la bordure extérieure (21); la base (10) comportant:une paroi latérale (11) configurée de manière à entrer en contact avec la surface tournée vers l'extérieur de la première saillie en aboutement (22) lors de la fermeture du couvercle (20), de manière à ce que la paroi latérale (11) soit déviée vers l'extérieur et entre en contact avec une surface interne de la bordure extérieure (21) du couvercle (20), ce qui a pour effet de rendre étanche le récipient (100) lorsque le couvercle (20) est fermé; caractérisé en ce quele récipient (100) contient par ailleurs le tabac.

- Récipient (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il existe au moins trois points de contact entre le couvercle (20) et la base (10) lors de la fermeture du récipient (100).
- Récipient (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la paroi latérale (11) de la base est disposée à un angle vers l'intérieur de manière à augmenter la force de contact entre la paroi latérale (11) et la première saillie en aboutement (22) du couvercle (20) lors de la fermeture.
- Récipient (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bout de la paroi latérale (11) côté base est disposé à un angle vers la bordure extérieure du couvercle (21) augmente lors de la fermeture.
- Récipient (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie du récipient (100) est réalisée en polymère personnalisé à transmission d'oxygène.
