Claims (4)
- Garnklemm- und Schneidestruktur für eine Abziehvorrichtung (1), die an einer Rundstrickmaschine installiert ist, die Abziehvorrichtung (1) wird durch Betreiben der Rundstrickmaschine angetrieben, und weist eine Vielzahl von Garnklemm- und Schneidstrukturen (2) auf, jede Garnklemm- und Schneidstruktur (2) umfasst:eine erste Garnklemm- und Schneidemesserklinge (3a) und eine zweite Garnklemm-und Schneidemesserklinge (3b), die aneinander grenzen und synchron angetrieben werden, die erste Garnklemm- und Schneidemesserklinge (3a) ist durch eine Garnzuführklinge (6) begrenzt, die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie ein farbiges Garn (8) auf eine Seite führt, zwischen der ersten Garnklemm- und -Schneidemesserklinge (3a) und der Garnzuführklinge (6) ist eine Garnklemmklinge (4) angeordnet, in Kontakt mit der ersten Garnklemm- und -Schneidemesserklinge (3a), die erste Garnklemm- und -Schneidemesserklinge (3a) weist eine erste Endkante auf, die einen ersten Garngreifabschnitt (30a) bildet, der sich gegen die Garnklemmklinge (4) bewegt, um einen Garnklemmvorgang auszuführen, die zweite Garnklemm- und Schneidemesserklinge (3b) steht mit einer Garnschneidklinge (5) an einer Seite gegenüberliegend zu der Garnklemmklinge (4) in Kontakt, die zweite Garnklemm-und Schneidemesserklinge (3b) weist eine zweite Endkante auf, die einen zweiten Garngreifabschnitt (30b) bildet, der sich gegen die Garnklemmklinge (5) bewegt, um den Garnschneidevorgang auszuführen, der erste Garngreifabschnitt (30a) weist einen Richtbereich (31) auf, der so konfiguriert ist, dass er das gefärbte Garn (8) trägt und so konfiguriert ist, dass er das gefärbte Garn (8) umbiegt, um einem Drehpunkt auf dem gefärbten Garn (8) zu bilden, während der Durchführung des Garnschneidevorgangs,wobei die Garnklemm- und Schneidestruktur dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zweite Garnklemm- und -Schneidemesserklinge (3b) einen Abstandabschnitt (32) aufweist, der eine Höhendifferenz gegenüber dem Richtbereich (31) zwischen dem zweiten Garngreifabschnitt (30b) und dem ersten Garngreifabschnitt (30a) bildet, konfiguriert, um einen Garnklemmsicherheitspufferabschnitt (81) über dem Wendepunkt hinaus zubilden.
- Garnklemm- und Schneidestruktur nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Richtbereich (31) eine erste Richtflächenschräge (311) in der Nähe der Garnklemmklinge (4) aufweist.
- Garnklemm- und Schneidestruktur nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Richtbereich (31) eine zweite Richtflächenschräge (312) in der Nähe des Abstandsabschnittes (32) aufweist.
- Garnklemm- und Schneidstruktur nach Anspruch 2, wobei die erste Garnklemm- und -Schneidemesserklinge (3a) und die zweite Garnklemm- und - Schneidemesserklinge (3b) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
