Abstract

Transparente Substrate werden zumeist einseitig bedruckt, es besteht jedoch ein zunehmender Bedarf an einem beidseitigen Bedrucken transparenter Substrate. Daher ergibt sich die Aufgabe, eine Lösung zu schaffen, mit welcher bei transparenten Substraten die Registerabweichungen in derselben Genauigkeit wie die Passerabweichungen ausgeführt werden können.
Um beim Register dieselben hohen Genauigkeiten wie beim Passer zu erreichen, wird ein Verfahren eingesetzt, bei welchem an mindestens einem Nutzen auf der ersten Substratseite mit mindestens einer der n Druckfarben mindestens ein erstes Registerelement gedruckt wird, wobei dieses mindestens eine erste Registerelement als Referenzmarke zum registerhaltigen Drucken für mindestens eine der m Druckfarben, welche auf der zweiten Substratseite aufgebracht werden, verwendet wird.
