Claims (15)

  1. Magnet (100), umfassend:
    - einen Körper (101), der einen ersten und einen zweiten Abschnitt (103, 104), aus magnetischem Material gefertigt, umfasst, um magnetischen Fluss auf ein zu befestigendes Objekt (200) zu richten, wobei der erste und der zweite Abschnitt (103, 104) getrennt und an einem dritten Abschnitt (105) des Körpers (101) befestigt sind, wobei der dritte Abschnitt (105) aus nicht-magnetischem Material gefertigt ist und
    - ein Gleitstück (110), das einen Permanentmagneten (111) und ein erstes und ein zweites Polstück (112, 113) umfasst, die an entgegengesetzten Magnetpolflächen des Permanentmagneten (111) befestigt sind, wobei das erste und das zweite Polstück (112, 113) aus magnetischem Material gefertigt sind und das Gleitstück (110) eingerichtet ist, relativ zum Körper (101) beweglich sein, um den Weg des vom Permanentmagneten (111) erzeugten magnetischen Flusses zu verändern;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der erste Abschnitt (103) ein Loch (106) umfasst, in dem das Gleitstück (110) beweglich angeordnet ist, wobei das Loch (106) an einem ersten Ende in einen ersten Hohlraum (107) des Körpers (101) und an einem zweiten Ende in einen zweiten Hohlraum (108) des Körpers (101) mündet, wobei der Boden des ersten Hohlraums (107) zumindest teilweise durch den zweiten Abschnitt (104) definiert ist,
    - der erste und der zweite Hohlraum (107, 108) ein Medium enthalten und
    - der Magnet (100) ein Mittel (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) zum Übertragen des Mediums in den ersten und den zweiten Hohlraum (107, 108) hinein und aus dem ersten und zweiten Hohlraum heraus umfasst, um das Gleitstück (110) zu bewegen.
  2. Magnet nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitstück (110) und das das Loch (106) zylindrisch sind.
  3. Magnet nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (100) einen Dichtungsring (125), der um das Gleitstück (110) herum angebracht ist oder an der Wand des Lochs (106) angebracht ist, umfasst.
  4. Magnet nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) zum Übertragen des Mediums in den ersten und den zweiten Hohlraum (107, 108) hinein und aus dem ersten und zweiten Hohlraum (107, 108) heraus eine in den Körper (101) integrierte erste und zweite Leitung (116, 117) umfasst, wobei ein erstes Ende der ersten Leitung (116) in Verbindung mit dem ersten Hohlraum (107) steht, und ein erstes Ende der zweiten Leitung (117) in Verbindung mit dem zweiten Hohlraum (108) steht.
  5. Magnet nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zweites Ende der ersten Leitung (116) und ein zweites Ende der zweiten Leitung (117) sich außerhalb des Magneten (100) öffnen.
  6. Magnet nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) zum Übertragen des Mediums in den ersten und zweiten Hohlraum (107, 108) hinein und aus dem ersten und zweiten Hohlraum (107, 108) hinaus eine Pumpe (118) umfasst, die mit dem zweiten Ende der ersten und der zweiten Leitung (116, 117) gekoppelt ist.
  7. Magnet nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Medium ein Gas oder eine Flüssigkeit ist.
  8. Magnet nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (101) einen vierten Abschnitt (109), der die Wand und den Boden des zweiten Hohlraums (108) festlegt, umfasst, wobei der vierte Abschnitt (109) aus nicht-magnetischem Material gefertigt ist.
  9. Magnet nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (100) umfasst:
    - einen magnetischen Flusssensor (121), eingerichtet um die magnetische Flussdichte in dem ersten Abschnitt (103) zu messen und
    - ein Mittel zum Bestimmen der Position des Gleitstücks (110) basierend auf der gemessenen magnetischen Flussdichte.
  10. Magnet nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der magnetische Flusssensor (121) ein Hallsensor, ein AMR-Magnetometer, ein MEMS-Sensor oder ein Reed-Relais ist.
  11. Magnet nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitstück (110) einen Führungsstab (114) umfasst, der sich zu einer Bohrung (115) in dem Boden des ersten Hohlraums (107) erstreckt.
  12. Magnet nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (100) eine Spule (122), die an dem Körper (101) befestigt ist, umfasst, wobei die Spule (122) eingerichtet ist, eine magnetische Kraft zu erzeugen, die die Haltekraft des Magneten (100), abhängig von der Stromrichtung, die an die Spule (122) angelegt wird, steigert oder verringert.
  13. Magnet nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (100) ein Mittel (123, 124) umfasst, um elektrischen Strom an die Spule (122) bereitzustellen.
  14. Verfahren zur Handhabung von Metallblechen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren umfasst:
    - Platzieren des Magneten (100) nach Anspruch 1 auf ein oberstes Metallblech von einem Stapel von Metallblechen
    - Erhöhen der Haltekraft des Magneten (100) durch Bewegen des Gleitstücks (110) in Richtung des obersten Metallblechs,
    - Hochheben des Magneten (100) und
    - Verringern der Haltekraft des Magneten (100) durch Bewegen des Gleitstücks (110) weg von dem obersten Metallblech, bis eine vorfestgelegte Anzahl an Metallblechen am Magneten (100) haftend verbleiben.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren nach dem Schritt des Verringerns der Haltekraft des Magneten (100) ein abermaliges Erhöhen der Haltekraft des Magneten (100) durch Bewegen des Gleitstücks (110) auf das oberste Metallblech hin umfasst.
