wobei beim Einführen der mindestens zwei Kolben (14a - 14c) in die mindestens zwei Aufnahmezylinder (12a - 12c) ein Verdrängen des in dem jeweiligen Aufnahmezylinder befindlichen Reinigungsmittels und ein Herauspressen des Reinigungsmittels aus der Ausgabeöffnung erfolgt,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen sich in distaler Richtung in seinem Querschnitt verjüngenden Konfusorelement (16), dass distal der Ausgabeöffnungen der Aufnahmezylinder (12a bis 12c) angeordnet ist und
einer sich hieran distal anschließenden im Querschnitt zylindrischen Ausgabedüse (18) zur Ausgabe des Reinigungsmittels.
