Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung (50) zur Anordnung eines Schaltungsträgers (30) in einer bestimmten Lage relativ zu einem optischen System (20) einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung, wobei der Schaltungsträger (30) mindestens eine darauf befestigte Halbleiterlichtquelle (32) aufweist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass ein lichtemittierender Bereich (34) der Halbleiterlichtquelle (32) optisch erfasst und zur Ermittlung einer Ist-Lage in Bezug auf einen Referenzbereich (26, 28) des optischen Systems (20) ausgewertet wird. Die ermittelte Ist-Lage wird zur Ermittlung einer Lagedifferenz mit einer vorgegebenen Soll-Lage des lichtemittierenden Bereichs (34) verglichen, und es wird eine Relativbewegung des Schaltungsträgers (30) relativ zu dem optischen System (20) zur Verringerung der Lagedifferenz ausgeführt. The determined actual position is compared with a predetermined target position of the light emitting area (34) for determining a positional difference, and a relative movement of the circuit carrier (30) relative to the optical system (20) for reducing the positional difference is carried out.
