Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rail device for a guide device by means of which a sliding door, in particular a sliding door of a piece of furniture is held displaceably, and a guide device and a piece of furniture, in particular a cupboard, with at least one sliding door.
  • Sliding doors can be used to separate rooms in a building or lock cupboards. To open a cupboard, the sliding doors are pushed aside and do not have to be turned towards the user like revolving doors. On the other hand, space is also required for the sliding doors that can be opened in which they can be parked.
  • US8763205B2 discloses a cabinet with a plurality of sliding doors which are held and guided by drive devices which can be displaced along guide rails, so that the sliding doors can be lifted from a cabinet opening and moved to the side.
  • the drive devices include drives with drive arms which are each connected to the sliding doors via a connecting device.
  • the sliding doors of this cabinet are therefore not transported into a specially provided parking space, but rather moved in front of an adjacent sliding door.
  • the user can therefore slide one door in front of the other. So that Sliding doors using the guide drives can be moved in the manner described, a rail device is required which is suitable for moving the drive or drive modules of the drive in appropriate tracks.
  • Rail systems or rail devices are usually provided by the manufacturer of the drives and rails in the dimensions required for the end product. If the rail devices only comprise straight rail elements, it is also possible for the furniture manufacturer to cut them to size as required. In the case of complex rail systems that have curved shapes or that have combined rail shapes with curves and straight lines, this is hardly possible.
  • the prefabricated elements of the rail device are assembled piece by piece. At least one carriage is then inserted into the rail device. This assembly of the entire guide device causes considerable effort and requires appropriately trained personnel.
  • the EP2799651A1 discloses a sliding door fitting for a piece of furniture, which has two slidably mounted sliding doors on the front side, each of which is assigned a carriage arrangement which has an outer guide carriage that can be moved parallel to the front side and an inner guide carriage that can be moved relative to the outer guide carriage.
  • the outer guide carriage is guided in a rail device parallel to the front.
  • the inner guide carriage is guided in a control contour of the rail device.
  • the DE202009004802U1 discloses a guide arrangement for a sliding door furniture with two sliding doors provided on the front side, which are flush in a plane in a closed position and which are each connected to a carriage that can be moved parallel to the front side along a guide rail.
  • a cam piece Arranged on the guide rail is a cam piece which rotates away from the sliding door and in which a control roller is guided.
  • the WO2012150819A2 discloses a device that allows a window to be moved.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved rail device for a guide device.
  • a guide device is to be created which comprises such a rail device, as well as a piece of furniture with at least one sliding door, in particular a cabinet, which is equipped with such a rail device or guide device.
  • the rail device should be able to be continuously adapted to the dimensions of a cabinet with little effort.
  • the rail device should have a simple structure and it should be possible to manufacture it at low cost. In particular, it should be possible to advantageously manufacture sections of the rail device which have curves.
  • the guide device provided with the rail device should be able to be mounted with reduced effort and the dimensions of the cabinet should be adapted. Any adjustments should be able to be made with minimal effort.
  • the rail device is provided for a guide device which has at least one drive, by means of which a sliding door can be held and moved along a guide channel provided in the rail device, which is formed by an at least partially straight first rail part and at least one adjoining at least partially along a curve extending second rail part is formed.
  • bearing elements are provided which engage with one another in a form-fitting manner and through which the second rail part is held displaceably parallel to a longitudinal axis of the first rail part. Furthermore are Fastening means are provided by which the second rail part can be connected to the first rail part at a selected position.
  • the guide track By moving the second rail part in relation to the first rail part, the guide track can thus optionally be lengthened or shortened and adapted to the dimensions of a cabinet. If second rail parts are slidably provided on both sides of the first rail part, the guide track can optionally be lengthened or shortened on both sides.
  • the parts of the rail device therefore do not have to be assembled according to the cabinet dimensions and then individually assembled.
  • the rail device or preferably the entire guide device with one or more drives can be delivered pre-assembled and assembled as a unit by the furniture manufacturer.
  • the second rail parts provided on each side of the first rail part can be shifted in order to lengthen or shorten the guide track on one or both sides.
  • the solution according to the invention therefore makes it possible to assemble the rail device or even the complete guide device in one operation within a very short time and without special training of the personnel.
  • the slidable mounting of the rail plate can take place in different ways, whereby it must be ensured that the first and the second rail part are always aligned coaxially to one another at the ends facing one another, i.e. in the transition area.
  • first and the second rail part are in the Overlap transition area of the guide channel and engage in one another in a form-fitting manner and displaceably relative to one another at least on one side of the guide channel.
  • the overlapping parts of the first and second rail parts jointly adjoin the guide channel on a second side and each form a running surface part for a guide element guided in the guide channel.
  • the guide element e.g. a guide roller
  • the second rail part which forms the second channel section and has a first and a second channel wall, is part of a rail plate made of plastic or metal, which has a first plate part running on the first side of the guide channel and a second plate part running on the second side of the guide channel Has plate part.
  • This rail plate allows the second rail part to be precisely manufactured with any curve.
  • the rail plate can advantageously be coupled to the first rail part or auxiliary elements connected to it, such as auxiliary rails.
  • the rail plate preferably has options for mounting a pull-in device.
  • the first and second rail parts are connected to one another at least on a first side of the guide channel by a first auxiliary rail, along which the second rail part or the rail plate can be displaced and fixed in a selected position.
  • the first auxiliary rail thus supports the displaceable mounting and fastening of the rail plate and can at least in the transition area between the first and second rail part EKU 15-03 EP / 27.04.15
  • the guide channel at least partially delimit the guide channel and form a running surface or a running surface part on which the guide element can be supported.
  • the first auxiliary rail is required for other purposes, e.g. for the storage of running rollers of the drive, it can extend along the entire rail device and supplement the first rail part. If the first rail part has, for example, at least approximately an L-profile, this can be supplemented to form a U-profile using the first auxiliary rail, which is preferably coupled to it in a form-fitting manner. This synergistic connection makes it possible to dispense with the formation of the first rail part with a complete U-profile.
  • the first plate part of the rail plate is slidably and fixably connected to a wall profile of the first auxiliary rail, which adjoins the first side of the guide channel, which adjoins the first rail wall of the second rail part and which is coupled to a first profile part of the first rail part.
  • the wall element which connects seamlessly to the first rail wall of the second rail part, therefore forms a channel wall of the guide channel at least in the transition area between the first and second rail part.
  • the second plate part of the rail plate is preferably slidably coupled to a second profile part of the first rail part and forms a wall piece of a second rail wall of the second rail part, which together with a wall element of the second profile part of the first rail part adjoins the guide channel and forms a common running surface for the guide element .
  • the rail plate is preferably by means of screws with rail elements of the first rail part or with other Rail elements of the rail device, in particular the auxiliary rails connected.
  • these rail elements preferably have a screw channel which runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first rail part and on the inside of which threaded elements are provided, into which mounting screws can engage in a form-fitting manner.
  • the mounting screws can be mounted in any position of the screw channel extending along the rail device. The rail plate can thus be moved steplessly and fixed in any position using the mounting screws.
  • the first plate part of the rail plate is connected to the coupling profile of the first auxiliary rail, for example by assembly screws, which has a screw channel for receiving the assembly screws.
  • the second plate part of the rail plate can have a coupling profile which engages positively in the second profile part of the first rail part.
  • a second auxiliary rail is provided which is connected to the second or a third plate part of the rail plate.
  • the second rail preferably also has a screw channel in which assembly screws can be fixed at any point in order to also connect the rail plate to the rail device in a stable manner on this side.
  • first and second auxiliary rails which are preferably connected to one another by cross struts, each have a running surface along which running rollers of the drive are guided.
  • Fig. 1a shows a cabinet 9 according to the invention with a guide device 1 provided on its underside, which comprises two bogies 11, 11 ', which are slidably mounted in a rail device 2 according to the invention and which are each connected to a sliding door 91, 92.
  • the sliding doors 91, 92 each serve to close off a cabinet opening and can be lifted off the associated cabinet opening and moved to the side.
  • a complementary guide 6 each.
  • Figure 1b shows the cabinet 9 of Fig. 1a after the first sliding door 91 has been lifted from the cabinet opening 90 by means of the associated drive 11 and moved laterally parallel in front of the second sliding door 92.
  • the complementary guide 6 on the top of the cabinet comprises a drive 62 which was guided along a guide rail 68 to an intermediate wall 95 and which is connected to the first sliding door 91 via a curved guide lever 63.
  • Fig. 2a shows the cabinet 9 with the partially exposed guide device 1, which has a rail device 2 according to the invention and drives 11, 11 'guided therein, which are each connected to a guide fitting 19 via drive arms 18 (see FIG Figure 4b ).
  • the complementary guide 6 is also shown in the configuration of FIG Fig. 1a after removing the first sliding door 91 and a side wall 94 as well as a section through the center of the cover plate 93.
  • the carriage 11 can be displaced within the rail device 2 along a guide rail in such a way that the guide fitting 19 is displaced parallel to the complementary fitting 61 when the sliding door 91 is displaced.
  • the guide device 1 makes it possible, if necessary, to carry the sliding door 91 completely, after which the complementary guide 6 is not loaded by the weight of the sliding door 91.
  • Figure 2b shows the cabinet 9 in the configuration of FIG Figure 1b after removing the first sliding door 91 and a section through the center of the cover plate 93.

  • the rail device 2 has a rail channel 20 with a first channel section 201, to which a second channel section 202 connects on both sides, which runs along a curve towards the rear of the cabinet 9.
  • Fig. 5d shows that a guide roller 1111 is held in the rail channel 20, by means of which the first drive module 111 can be moved back and forth.
  • the guide channel 20 is formed by a straight first rail part 21 and second rail parts 22 adjoining it on both sides, which are each part of a rail plate 220.
  • the rail plate 220 is made of plastic or metal, for example.
  • the mounting bracket 220 manufactured by a die-casting process or an injection-molding process, which allows the curved shapes of the second rail parts 22 to be precisely manufactured.
  • the rail plate 220 with the second rail part 22 is displaceable with respect to the first rail part 21, so that the rail channel 20 can be adapted to the dimensions of the cabinet 9 and the sliding door 91, if necessary.
  • a transition region 200 thus results between the two rail parts 21, 22, the length of which changes when the second rail part 22 is displaced.
