Description
The invention relates to a shoe in the sense of a footwear with a lower part and an upper part. The invention further relates to a decorative element for attachment to the shoe and a coordinated system of shoe and decorative element.
A shoe basically consists of a lower part with at least one sole and a top part with an opening for the foot. The upper part usually has several layers, namely the outer upper leather and the inner inner leather. The upper leather is the visible material that contributes significantly to the shape of the shoe and its constant overall appearance. In order to be able to change the design of a shoe within certain limits, decorative elements are commercially available as so-called "shoe clips" in various shapes and colors, for example in flower form. These are plugged with a spring clip to the edge of the shell opening. A disadvantage is that the decorative elements can only be infected at the edge and that the terminal when running can be distracting. In addition, the inner leather can be damaged by the attachment and the attachment is not secure, so that the decorative elements can fall off. Furthermore, shoes with replaceable decorative elements are known in which the decorative elements are fastened by means of snaps on the shoes. The push button system is then covered by the decorative element. Here there is also the disadvantage that the attachment is not secure. A major disadvantage is that the shoes can not be worn without trim, because then the push button system is visible on the shoe.
The present invention has been developed in light of the prior art described above. The object of the invention is to provide a shoe which does not have the disadvantages mentioned.
This object is achieved in that the shoe has at least one magnet in the region of the upper part, which is provided for releasable attachment of one or more ornamental elements. The respective decorative element has at least one complementary magnet and can be attached to the shoe in a simple manner and also released as needed. The decorative element may be, for example, a stylized flower, a buckle or the like.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention with additional features will be described below.
The at least one magnet is in each case flat and in particular disk-shaped. As a result, he can be integrated into the shoe, without disturbing. In a preferred embodiment of the shoe, the magnet has a thickness of about 2 mm and a diameter of 16 mm. The magnet may be a neodymium-iron-boron magnet. Such a magnet generates a particularly strong magnetic field and can therefore be particularly small and yet fasten the decorative element securely on the shoe.
If two magnets are provided, which have a distance and are arranged side by side, results in a particularly stable attachment. In addition, the decorative element is rotatably attached.
In a preferred embodiment, the shoe has an upper leather and an inner leather and the magnet is or the magnets are arranged between the upper leather and the inner leather. The attachment can be done by the magnet or the magnets are sewn or glued to the inner leather and / or the upper leather. This results in two advantages. On the one hand, the at least one magnet is arranged below the upper leather and thus not visible. The shoe can therefore be worn without decorative element, because the magnet or magnets are covered by the upper leather. Another advantage is that the magnet or magnets are arranged above the inner leather. The respective magnet is therefore padded and not felt by the wearer of the shoe. The terms "upper" and "inner leather" refer only to different layers and are not limited to a particular material, for example, the "upper" and the "inner leather" may also be made of plastic.
Another padding results when the magnet is embedded in filling material. This protects the foot even better against pressure from the magnet. In addition, a bulge of the upper leather is prevented. The filler may for example consist of or comprise felt or sponge rubber.
The upper and / or the inner leather may have an adhesive layer for fixing the magnet.
The invention further comprises a decorative element for releasable attachment to the shoe having the features described above, wherein the decorative element comprises at least one, preferably two magnets. The polarity is oriented so that an attractive force acts between the magnets of the shoe and the decorative element.
The magnet or the magnets of the ornamental element are adapted in size and / or the position of the decorative element to the magnet or the magnets of the shoe.
The invention further comprises a system comprising a shoe or a plurality of shoes and a decorative element or a plurality of decorative elements having the respective features described above. Preferably, the system comprises a pair of shoes and a plurality of differently shaped trim elements. In this way, they can be interchanged and give the shoes, depending on the situation, a different appearance.
